Forget everything you know about awards because this is not going to be like any one of them. From the beginning to the end, this awards will be completely business. If you're here to make friends with me, sorry, but that is most likely not going to happen unless you actively DM me or spam my message board (which I don't mind if you do).

By nature, I am a sarcastic person, but my sarcastic tone does not translate well through text. So, if I do sound rude, please tell me (like seriously, tell me). You are not going to hurt my feelings unless you let me accidentally hurt yours.

Now that that is said and done, let me explain how this awards will be different. This will be a tournament-style competition that consists of 2 rounds. The first round will be between 30 stories first-come-first-serve. There are no categories, no nothing. From there, ten winners will then advance to the next round, where a "champion" will be chosen.

There will be no "extra points." This awards is based on your skill and abilities alone, not participation and willingness to waste your time on superficial activities.

Winners of the first round will get nothing. They will only advance to the next round. However, the top three winners of the second round will get an award. Only first place will get a sticker, though, because stickers for second and third undermine that champion title.

No matter what happens, whether a hurricane destroys my house or an earthquake splits the ground in two, this competition will end exactly one month after all of the slots are filled. And, yes, the winners will be announced in one month.
