charlie lived in a military family and was always moving around a lot. he learned to talk to everyone no matter how they acting towards him, though he doesn't much understand social cues either. when he was around three, his parents figured out his power after becoming awfully sick after touching charlie. his powers progressed from there and now he can't touch or be touched by anything without killing it.
