Lillie's POV

"Delphox, hold it through, use Psychic!" The girl commanded, I was surprised it learned the move but I have something in mind.

"Snowy, run around while using Ice Beam on the ground beside you!" I quickly commanded back.

As soon as Delphox's eyes glowed, Snowy quickly ran around while firing off Ice Beams beside her, to repel the Psychic, preventing it from seeing her.

"Charge in and use Shadow Ball!" I yelled and threw my fist above victoriously.

As Delphox is just standing there while using her move, Snowy got the momentum to charge in and fired Shadow Ball point blank range. Delphox was hit badly, and cannot endure the attack, resulting for it to collapse and faint.

"Delphox is unable to battle! Ninetails wins!" The referee yelled, signaling the red flag to me.

Cheers burst throughout the battlefield, Serena sighed and then returned back her Delphox.

"That was a fine battle, now I know Alolan trainers are really strong." Serena commented. I just giggled and then smiled at her.

May's POV

"The girl is quite remarkable." I murmured. I still can't believe that Serena lost, I mean, it's been a long time since I saw her lose to a trainer.

"The girl might have few tricks on her sleeves." Dawn said.

"I agree, Alolan trainers are very well known in terms of intelligence in battling and stuff, I can't be surprised at this since she's one of them." Cilan commented.

"I wish I can battle her too, I want to experience battling a strong Alolan Trainer." Iris also said with excitement in her.

"But Serena has to pull this one through." I said.

Lillie's POV

"Here goes my second pokemon, Sylveon, come on out!" Serena yelled and tossed another pokeball, revealing the fairy type eeveelution.

"Snowy return." I said and returned back Snowy, that caught Serena off guard, well, I have this someone who would like to battle now.

"Froslass, let's go!" I yelled and tossed it's pokeball, Froslass went out and cried.

"I assume you're an Ice Type specialist?" Serena asked. I chuckled at that.

"Not really, I use different types of pokemon too, but these two just wants to battle." I replied with a smile.

"Battle start!" The referee yelled.

"Sylveon, Moonblast!" Serena decided to start off, Sylveon charged a Moonblast and then fired it towards Froslass.

"Froslass, intercept with Shadow Ball." I commanded, she nodded and then repelled the Moonblast with Shadow Ball.

"Now! Ice Beam!" I quickly reacted, Froslass too was quick to response and then shot an Ice Beam towards Sylveon.

"Quick! Protect!" Serena desperately shouted, just as Ice Beam is about to hit Sylveon, a transparent barrier repelled the Ice Beam from hitting Sylveon.

The collision created a smoke and some chunks of ice around Sylveon, but both pokemons stood still, ready for battle.

The battle went through with both pokemons giving their all, both sides exchanged attacks, knowing on when the round will end.

Tapu Koko's POV

Location : Alola Region

I arrived at Melemele Island, from Kalos, it was a really long flight, but it was all worth it.

Moments later, while flying around, I was greeted by three guardian dieties of the different islands in Alola.

'Lele, Bulu, Fini, I have finished the tasks, but I was wondering what's the mega stone for?'  I asked in curiosity.

'Koko, the mega stone there is quite hard to find, you see, we did our research because we, ourselves, had also found it accidentally on a deserted place.'  A deep voice was the one I heard as a reply, I guess it came from Bulu.

'The mega stone we found is a rare one, it's a Latiasite, a mega stone for our friend Latias.'  This time, a feminine voice answered, and it came from Fini.

'But wait, why give a Latiasite to Ash when he doesn't even have one? And knowing Latias, she doesn't show up to everyone.'  I replied back, now confused about this.

'It's true that Latias doesn't show up to everyone, but base on what I see on him, he already encountered her. Latias managed to kiss him.'  Lele stated.

It was silent for a few seconds, I'm still calculating on what they just said, LATIAS KISSING ASH?! He didn't even mentioned that he already encountered her.

'Oh and by the way, insert Latios, both of them were already encountered by him.'  Lele added, more reasons for me to gain interest on Ash more.

And to be frank, it is okay for me to let Ash catch me, or us, as long as we still do our guardian duties, I have no objections of us being caught by him.

I see Ash as a worthy trainer, the first time he set foot on this region, I knew that he'll be successful here, though at first I have difficulties with him, but he managed to finish his journey here in Alola, and I'm still thankful for him since he saved Alola and the world countless times.

Maybe that's why they decided to let Ash keep the mega stone because he's a responsible trainer, maybe he will have the chance to meet Latias again.

'So the Latiasite is in his hand now, we will just have to wait for them to meet again, but I don't know if Latias will join him, I hope she will.'  Lele said with excitement.

We all did separated ways as the meeting finished, and we went back to our respective places and duties.

Lillie's POV

Location : Kalos Region

"And that's it! Altaria is unable to battle! The winner is Lillie!" Professor Sycamore yelled through the microphone.

Cheers and yells boomed throughout the battlefield, Serena returned her fainted Altaria back into its pokeball and walked towards me.

"Congratulations on your win Lillie! You're quite strong." Serena commended, I giggled in response.

"Thank you, it was fun battling you too." I replied back and I offered my hand at her, she smiled and then accepted the hand, and we both shook it.

"Let's have another battle soon! I will not lose!" Serena said.

"You can count on that!" I replied.

The two of us parted with each other and then we went to our respective positions.

"Good job out there Lillie." Mallow commended happily, to be honest, I don't know where that battling style came from, I guess I just really learned much from Ash.

"Yeah, you owned Serena's team, do you know that she's the second most strongest trainer here." Sophocles said.

"Since when did you get the information?" Lana asked Sophocles, he just sweatdropped and laughed nervously.

"I...I don't know, wait, someone told me." He quickly said.

"Who's the first one?" I asked, curios about who's the strongest here.

"That, I don't know, but eventually, we'll find out." Sophocles said with determination.

"And I know Ash can defeat him, I mean, he's the one who taught us, these." Kiawe said as he gestured his hand to all of us.

Since the first time Ash set foot on the Pokemon School, we learned so much from him and he's battling styles, let alone a trainer who travelled five regions and collecting pokemons.

He is a huge influence and a great teacher to all of us. That's why we have the knowledge on pokemon battlings and styles from each regions.

Serena's POV

I returned on my seat and was greeted by May.

"It's okay Serena, a trainer experiences lose sometimes, but I'm surprised that the girl just used one pokemon for your team." May acknowledged.

"Yes, I'm quite surprised at that, now I know the powers of Alolan trainers, I should train more." I said with determination.

"Do you think Calem can handle them?" Dawn asked.

"Seeing Calem battle, I think he has an advantage over her, but who knows." I honestly said. Like, maybe there are few tricks under her sleeves that aren't showed up, or maybe her friends is quite stronger than her, or equally strong. I dont know.

"And the next battle will start with the challenger, Kiawe!" The announcer yelled.
