Arceus' POV

"Father, Latias wants to see you." Mew called out as she entered the hall.

"Latias? What is it?" I called out, she then appeared flying at the hallway, and I'm noticing, is she somewhat, giggling?

She landed right in front of me in an excited manner, what's with her now?

"Father, is it true? You're letting us have a trainer?" Latias said in an excited voice, I nodded in response, I think she's really eager at this. And I think she clearly knew who I am talking about.

"Father, you should let me go and be his first legendary to be captured." Latias said with determination and stressing the word should. That made me widen my eyes, and looked at her unbelievably.

"Why are you so excited about this Latias?" I asked in a calm voice, I'll let her go first but I need answers.

"Well, father, first I do owe him one for saving Altomare and the Soul Dew, second, I just wanted to be his first owned legendary, third, I kind of miss him." Latias explained. And I formed a smile on my face.

"Very well, fair enough." I said.

"And I want to fly to Kalos all by myself, I also want to stretch myself out there on the sky." Latias said.

"Okay then, just don't get too much attention, if possible, stay hidden." I told Latias, she nodded and cooed, before bolting out like a jet.

I smiled and then smirk formed on my face.

'Let's proceed to the next plan, Trainer Tags.'

Location : Unova Region

Diantha's POV

"Diantha, l-look at that..." Cynthia managed to blurt out, still staring at the beautiful Shiny Gardevoir.

"I..uh..." I was lost in words, I couldn't say anything, Ash has really grown so much, and to be able to acquire such magestic and fascinating pokemon, I think even me is out of his league.

"Th-That Gardevoir is..." I think Cynthia is also lost for words, seeing a shiny rare pokemon is indeed a rare case.

"Cynthia, say, can Ash defeat us in a battle?" I asked out.

"Honestly Diantha, seeing his pokemon so high-leveled and seeing clearly the skills he showed in that particular pokemon battle, I think we're already half-away on him in terms of being a strong trainer." Cynthia admitted, I also agreed at her, I can't help it.

"I can't believe how strong he got." I muttered.

"Drake will be astounded if he got this news." Cynthia chuckled.

"Agreed."

Location ; Kalos Region

Ash's POV

"Gardevoir, beautiful as ever." I praised Gardevoir. she cried and then bowed her head in gratitude, I just chuckled at Gardevoir's 'somewhat royalty' characteristics. She grinned and then did battle stance. I mentally facepalmed as I realized who I picked. I guess I picked the wrong pokeball then.

"You can have the first move Calem." I said.

"Fine then, Chesnaught, Rollout!" Calem commanded.

"Why do I have to pick the wrong pokeball, Gardevoir, Dark Pulse." I muttered the first part, pretty not obvious though, I congratulated myself.

Chesnaught was taken aback by Dark Pulse as he charged towards Gardevoir.

"Chesnaught, get a hold on yourself and then use Pin Missile!" Calem yelled, deciding to go to the long range attack plan.

"Charge in." I simply commanded.

Chesnaught fired lots of Pin Missiles and was heading towards Gardevoir, but Gardevoir swiftly dashed towards Chesnaught and appeared in front of it.

"Night Daze." I smirked.

Gardevoir grinned before releasing a dark aura and formed around her, it got bigger and hit Chesnaught.

"What?!" Calem shouted.

On the stands

"What?!" All of them except Gary yelled.

"How?!" Iris yelled out, Unova.

"How come Gardevoir can learn that move?" May continued on, also dumbfounded.

"But if we think the other one around..." Cilan muttered.

"Then maybe..." Brock continued on.

"Yeah." Gary finished.

They looked again at the battlefield, waiting for the smoke to die down.

Back on Ash

I stared at the battlefield, as the field's smoke is dying down, I can hear faint grinnings and giggles coming from the smoke, how do you know, that's just her personality after all.

The smoke died down and then something new can be seen, instead of a beautiful shiny Gardevoir, there stood a rather somewhat black and blue pokemon, standing on two foot, while still grinning.

I stared at the tag, and it pixelized before appearing a new name.

'(S) Zoroark - Lv. 92''

Then once again it made huge gasps at the audience. Well, she's now standing behind the fainted Chesnaught, while dancing around, I'm really surprised that she still got the personality she has when she was still a Zorua.

Calem returned his pokemon without saying a word, but instead, he switched onto his final pokemon, maybe this will be his ace after all.

"Absol, you're my last chance, help me out!" Calem yelled as he tossed his last pokemon of choice. The said pokemon came out magestically and then stood all fours.

'Absol - Lv. 79'

Yep, his ace.

I recalled back Zoroark and then gave her my thanks, then I looked Pikachu on my shoulder and gave him a wink, Pikachu, clearly understood this, went in front of me and sparked his cheeks, indicating he's ready to battle.

"Calem, give me your best shot." I told him, he smirked and nodded, then he revealed his necklace which is hidden under his shirt, then a small round stone attached on it, with a DNA symbol.

He touched it before releasing an energy.

"Absol, let's do this, mega evolve!" Calem yelled as he and Absol started performing mega evolution, the evolution finished and there stood a rather winged Absol with it's hair covering it's other eye.

'M-Absol - Lv.79'

Seems like the tag also changes when mega evolving a pokemon. I shrugged that thought off and then focused on the battlefield.

"Absol, let's start things up, Psycho Cut!" Calem ordered.

"Counter with Thunderbolt." I commanded back.

Both pokemons executed their commanded move, the two attacks collided with each other evenly, that made Calem smirk.

"I guess we're in the same level then in terms of power." Calem said and smirked.

"Pikachu, power through." I calmly said, he's really letting his guard down, doesn't he?

Without hesitation, Pikachu unleashed a shockingly three times the original power he released first, and that somewhat easily overpowered Calem's Absol, Absol has no time to dodge and was hit by the massive Thunderbolt.

"Oh no, Absol get up!" Calem yelled in desperation.

"Pikachu, charge with Quick Attack." I said.

"Absol quick, Shadow Ball barage!" Calem managed to call out.

In a blink of an eye, Pikachu was now gone, Absol then narrowed his eyes and then quickly barraged Pikachu with a lot of Shadow Balls, a Shadow Ball is coming towards Pikachu but Pikachu managed to deflect it with it's tail, sending it back towards Absol, Absol easily dodged it, but was hit by Pikachu's Quick Attack as he didn't realized that Pikachu is still charging.

"Absol, now's the chance, Megahorn!" Calem then yelled in determination.

"Quick, deflect with Iron Tail." I ordered. clearly surprised that Absol still withstood the attack.

Absol's horn glowed brighter and was about to hit Pikachu point blank range. but Pikachu is quick to react and then quickly deflected his horns with Iron Tail, both Pokemon was taken aback and then the two separated with each other.

"Electro Ball." I said.

"Shadow Ball, stay put!" Calem called back.

The two attacks then meet and then created a smoke. Then seconds later, I heard a command.

"Hyper Beam! Right through the smoke!" Calem yelled, that made my eyes narrow.

"Pikachu, counter shield." I quickly called out for an old strategy move, which is sometimes can be really handy.

The smoke quickly died as Hyper Beam passed through it and is now heading towards Pikachu, but Pikachu perfectly deflected it by firing off Thunderbolts around him, neutralizing Hyper Beam.

"Now Absol's immobile, Pikachu, let's finish this, Thunderbolt!" I yelled and put my fist up in victory.

Pikachu jumped and then shot Thunderbolt towards Absol, the Thunderbolt is very quick to travel, making Pikachu hit it's mark.

"Calem's Absol is unable to battle! And that's all folks! Ash is the winner!"

And then once again, hopefully the last time, audience gave cheers, claps and yells.
