Manik sighed for the hundred time sitting on the couch thinking about Nandini. Ever since he returned back from her, announcing a sad news and seeing her sad face made his heart ache but he himself was helpless.

Being a vampire is not all roses, it does have some advantage like no ageing process but disadvantages are bigger. They cannot stay at one place for longer period of time and loving a human was strictly prohibited.

Even if he wanted to take Nandini along with him but he couldn't he isn't allowed to do that. And doing so will only bring trouble and danger to their lives and more of Nandini's life.

"Nandini please listen to me".... Manik said trying to gain her attention but Nandini didn't pay any attention to him laying on her bed showing her back.

"You know..how much I love you and I too dont want to be separated from you".... He said softly sitting beside her stroking her hair. She jerked off his hand sitting down on her bed with a pouted face showing clearly how much angry she was.

"All lies".... Nandini huffed struggling to get away from him. But Manik didn't let her go instead he pulled her more close placing his arms on her waist to lift her up and make her sit on his lap.
