"Hi bubblegum"..... His voiced echoed inside her room. Her eyes trail down to his body laying comfortably on her bed.

Nandini breath hitched a little but she was more calm now cause she know how to deal with such situations.

"Ah..dont to be afraid, I am not here to hurt you...look I already got my food".... Manik said taking out a packet of blood showing it to her.

Her eyes disgust at the scene before her.

"I am just here to see you...well how was my surprise?".... Manik asked walking towards her.

"Surprise?''.... She asked.

"Yes...me being in your college".... He winked at her.

"Actually I like it..." She said sarcastically.

"Really bubblegum".... Manik eyes shined at her words.

Nandini nodded with her arms folded across her chest looking at him with an unamuse expression. She had learned now how to rebel. She learned that if you cannot change the devil then be one of them.

"If you like than I can stick around with you the whole day in college... What do you say?".... Manik asked with a playful smirk.

"I never said that".... Nandini hissed.

"But I will take it that way".... He sipped the blood.

"Ahh...this taste awful".... Manik said  after gulping down not satisfied by taste of other blood.

Nandini watched his every move but she stayed still trying to convince herself that he won't do any harm today.

"Why are you sweating... Dont worry I won't hurt you today...you can breath normally"..... He said looking into her eyes mostly into her soul.

She back away a little getting uncomfortable with sudden closeness but Manik pulled her closer by placing hand in her fragile waist securely.

"You think you can escape".... He whisper in her ears making her cheeks get flush...his lips lightly brushing onto her ears making her feel chills.

Her body got tense as she became stiff in her position denying the urge to loop her arms around his neck feeling him more getting his touch a little more but instead of all this sinful thoughts she choose to stay still.

On other hand Manik again felt his heart beating loudly inside his chest. He knew nothing about the feeling but he heard of it...they said it was painful.

"What is this feeling?".... Manik whispered again looking into her eyes.

Her eyes...he wanted to stare at them till the dawn he wanted to be drown at that very moment.

"I myself dont know".... She whispered back.

"Do you think you can endure?".... He asked.

"Not for so long".... She said lost in his eyes.

Get way off her Manik..this is not right. You cannot feel for humans.

He suddenly back off from her pushing her away harshly. His eyes turned red he cared nothing. He looked at her getting hit by the side of the bed. But the monster was back with his cold attitude.

"Don't get near me".... He said before jumping off the window.

"What was that?".... Nandini questioned herself placing hand over heart which was drumming inside.

"Aayat...leader wants to see you".... Her vampire roommate informed her.

"Me..why?".... She asked being quite nervous.

"Don't know"... She shrugged walking out of her room.

"Did that jerk did something... If he did I am sure gonna die but only after killing him"..... She muttered clenching her teeth.

She walked to the leaders office with a slow pace cause she wanted to delay as a much as she can. Standing at front of his office she take a deep breath she was about to knock when the door flung open revealing Manik walking out with a smirk eying her.

"All the best.. You need this".... He whispered with a smug.

"I swear I will kill you".... Her hands balled into a fist.

"Sure but try that later for now pray for your soul"... He mocked her with a smirk.

Ignoring him she walked inside the door closing it behind her.

"Good evening sir".... She bowed a little.

"Evening my child how have you been?".... His sudden response made Aayat startled she wasn't expecting such positive response.

"Ahh...I am good sir"..... She said in between her coughs.

"Sir?"..... Well you can quit sir for now, you can address me as father here"..... He said smiling looking at daughter standing few feet's away from him.

"Father...you know I dont want anyone to know about our relationship".... She sounded offended.

"But...no one is here and I have been missing the word father from your mouth".... He said.

"Okay...okay I got it..but why I am here".... She tried her best time hide her smile.

"Well there is no specific reason I just wanted to see you".... He said.

"Daddy".... She yelled.

It was true Aayat was the daughter of leader but no one knew about this cause Aayat never wanted to. And apart from this she wasn't spare of breaking the rules which was made for vampires.

Leader was for sure strict and won't go easy on her daughter too although he love her more than his life but rules are rules and rules breakers are meant to die irrespective of any relation.

"Can I go now daddy?"..... She asked.

"Yes..." He nodded.

She walked out with deep thoughts. Why did that jerk didn't complain about me. Well why do I care if he didn't its actually good.

"I am in love"... Navya yelled.

"Woah! Calm down your shit".... Aayat spoke after keeping the call on speaker.
"You almost made me deaf".... She added.

"But  what do I do...I am in love".... She yelled again.

"Calm down... Or else I will strangle you for sure" ... Nandini spoke from the phone.

"But you guys aren't asking about my love".... She said making her voice puffy.

"Okay tell us who is that unlucky guy?"....Aayat spoke between her laughs.

Nandini laugh too at Aayat's words.

"How mean".... Nandini pouted over the phone.

"Navya you tell it me..I will listen honestly".... Nandini tried to comfort her.

"Okay so"..... Before Navya could confess the line went dead.

"What happened?"...

The scene ended with all three sitting on their bed staring at phone with a pout expression.

"Hey!".... She heard a voice looking up she he was one of the transfer student.

"Hello".... She answered with least interest.

"Can I sit with you?"... He asked again

"Umm...yes"... She sounded unsure.

But far away someone was watching over her with a frown expression...ready to explode anytime.
