3rd person pov

The crow flying around Purple Haze let out some calls before they choked on something and fell to the ground dead.

Their flesh began to swell and melt as the insides of their mouth melted and leaked out their beaks

Issei: What's going on with the birds...?

Koneko: A Killer Virus. That's Purple Haze's ability. I don't know how the enemy keeping Y/N hidden away... but he lucked out seperating Y/N from his sacred gear

Issei: Look at his fist! One of the bulb like things have burst

Purple Haze began to drool heavily as a purple mist came out from the broken bulb and they backed up.

Issei: What's the range on the virus?

Koneko: We're safe from here, the sunlight is neutralizing the virus and should be done disinfecting the carcasses by now

The drool got on Purple Haze's wrist so he tried rubbing it off on it's knee

Issei: What's it doing...?

Koneko: Wiping off it's own spit maybe? It looks pretty neurogentic... could be it's quirk

It stopped wiping it's wrist to see no drool on it's knee

Purple Haze: Gufufu♡ Gufufu♡

Purple Haze raised it's wrist and noticed that there was still drool on there

Purple Haze: Nn? GUGEH!?

It touched it's wrist and began wiping it's wrists together to get rid of the drool

Purple Haze: Ugugugugu

Aftet it was done it noticed that there was drool on both it's wrist now making it look between them rapidly

Purple Haze: Ugeh... GEGEH!

It raised it's wrist to it's mouth and began licking the drool away but because it kept drooling it did nothing.

Issei: It seems kind dumb...

Purple Haze: UBASHAAAAAAAA!!!

it punched the mirror shattering it making them look to it in shock as another bulb was broken

Issei: See it's still attacking at random!

Koneko: Maybe it isn't... maybe Y/N's controlling it still and is trying to tell us something... There must be something about that mirror.

Issei turned around and began walking away

Issei: We need to go get prez...

Koneko stayed their and looked around the room and back to the mirror which had broken

Koneko: Are you abandoning Y/N in this crisis!?

Issei: I want to save him as much as you do but we can't save Y/N with the others!

Issei ran off to find the others as Koneko stayed for a moment before moving through the clubhouse in an attempt to find Y/N

Y/N's pov

The mirror stattered making him look at it.

Mirror man: You shattered it huh? Well that doesn't mean anything!

He used Man In The Mirror to swing at me but stopped when he heard some glass break.

Mirror man: One if your friends must be on the move... They abandoned you Y/N!

He ran away as i tried to stop him but i fell to my knees due to bring hurt too much.

Me: W-WAIT!

Koneko's pov

I made it into a room far from the original mirror to find Y/N's arrow?! I went to reach for it but pricked my finger making me pull it back.

I saw a glimmer and noticed there was a mirror shard here. Has it always been here...?

I saw a man in the reflection and turned around to find no one there. Looking back to it a creature similar to Y/N's gears appeared at lunged at me

I kicked the mirror making it shatter but he managed to take top the left half of my body away.

Somehow i survived... a weird creature that  upon closer inspection was Y/N's old gear had merged with that half if my body.

Running back through the halls i saw that there was still a bit if the virus left so i touched it and hit a book with the Gold Experience half of my body before i got dragged in.

I saw the man looking at us smuggly but i hit him with my infected hand making his as well.

He slipped through another mirror and left his hand behind.

Me: Y/N your Purple Haze is still outside si get him

Y/N: I can't see him so i can't hit him... you sacrificed yourself for nothing.

A book began moving as Y/N looked to it confused.

Me: I turned a book into a snake with Gold Experience, it's tracking the guy right now

3rd person pov

Illuso: Hah hah... i won! This is my victory!

Suddenly he was grabbed by Purple Haze and looked in fear as it raised it's fist. Illuso saw a mirror shard in the corner however

Y/N: Get him Purple Haze!

Purple Haze swung it's fist but was caught when Illuso summoned Man In The Mirror.

The bulbs shot off his fist and hit the wall before they cracked at the man screamed as the virus spread on him

Purple Haze: BUSSHAAAAAAA!!!

Illuso was pummeled by Purple Haze's flurry attack and melted into nothingness as Y/N and Koneko were returned with Koneko no longer fused to Gold Experience

Y/N's pov

I saw Purple Haze standing over the corpse of the man and noticed we were back in the real world.

I saw that Koneko still had the virus i  her though and she seemed to notice too. She looked down to the snake which had the smoke around it but wasn't dying.

Gold Experience picked up the snake and i figured it out. As soon as she virus was let out she made the snake... it has immunity to the virus!

She pulled out some of the snake which held the cells which allowed it to be immune and had Gold Experience inject it into her.

She did something absolutely crazy that no one could expect and carried it out using the ability of something that she had only heard of...

I don't like devils... they tried to kill me and turned Issei into one but...

Me: Koneko Toujo for the deeds you risked your life to accomplish! You have my respect!

She got herself up shakily and shook her head.

Koneko: No... i simply followed my predictions... You risked your life to save us...

I moved over to Koneko and helped her up, she grabbed something from under her shirt.

It was my arrow! That's how she got Gold Experience! She pricked her finger again and it disappeared before Koneko gave it back to me.

I helped her down onto the sofa and sat next to her.

Koneko: As fun as it was... i think you should keep the arrow. Just don't use Purple Haze unless you're around me

Me: Yeah, of course... where did you find the arrow?

Koneko: In another room, he must have taken it so you couldn't defend yourself.

I nodded before the door burst open to reveal Rias and the rest of her peerage who were panting.

They looked to us confused but Rias sighed and came over to Koneko before hugging her.

Rias: I'm so glad your safe!

Koneko kinda hugged back, she patted Rias' back and eventually let go. I noticed that i was still wounded and sighed tiredly.

I took the arrow and pierced my chest making me wince in pain, the gear was swapped out before i touched the mark and the arrow disappeared.

Me: Hey... since i've saved you guys to you think you could do me a favour?

Rias: I suppose

Me: Heal me please

Tineskip

I woke up a few hours later to find my wounds had been healed, Koneko was layed by my side and she had fallen asleep as well.

I don't know why but she... looked cute like that. Sitting up from the bed they lent me i stretched before shaking Koneko gently.

She stired awake before blinking a couple times, she looked at me tiredly before a small blush came up on her cheeks

Me: Why were you sleeping next to me?

Koneko: That's how i healed you...

There was a knock at the door making Koneko move from the bed. The door opened to reveal Issei

I gave him a two finger salute before getting up and off the bed, he eyed me suspiciously before i cleared my throat.

Me: You wanted something?

Issei: O-Oh right, i was about to go try and make another pact. Do you want to come with?

Me: I don't see why not. See ya Koneko

She gave a small wave and we began walking down the halk but were stopped by Rias.

I sighed before she turned her head away and stuck her hand out, in it was a six shooter. It had a long dark barrel and the hammer was cover, there was also a Pentagram on it.

Rias: It's a devil gun, it should help if you get attacked by any fallen

I took it from her before nodding and placing it in the hem of my trousers.

Issei and I began to make our way to the persons house as i summoned my sacred gear.

Six small creatures appeared in my hand, they were coloured yellow and had six differnet numbers of them 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7? Well i guess four is an unlucky number

Me: So you guys are my gear huh?

Number one: Yeah!

Number two: We'll beat all your enemies!

Number three: Let's kick their asses! Like this!

Number three punched number five making him fall and cry.

Me: Hey! Don't hurt your comrades!

Number five: Don't forget to feed us

Number six: We like Italian!

Number seven: Italian's the best!

I like these guys. Hmm what to name them?

Me: Once we're done with this job i'll feed you, how's that sound Sex Pistols?

Sex pistols: YEAH!
