~The Next Day~
As he exits the Tenth Unit base, Nagisa simply stretched his body as he was waiting for someone. While he did, his mind was wondering to what happened earlier with Mira. Slowly his face was turning red as he tried to shake his head and focus.

".......her lips were really soft."

"Nagisa, they're waiting for you."

As Nagisa looked up, he saw Tenka standing in front of him. While the Sixth Unit chief looked at the boy, she was actually surprised by what she saw. This was the first time she ever saw Nagisa flustered. With a giggle escaping from her lips, Tenka extends a hand towards Nagisa.

"Ready to go see them?"

"Yeah, let's go."

As Nagisa and Tenka were teleported from the headquarters, Nagisa saw they were in an area similar to the hidden village they previously met Aoba and the others in. When Nagisa looked forward, he saw Kyouka and Yuuki talking to Aoba, Naon, and Koko. Seeing her best friend was here, Aoba smiled brightly upon seeing him.

"It's been a while, Nagi."

"Yeah.....glad to see you again, Ao-chan."

Nagisa and Yuuki both smiled as they saw how Tenka and Aoba were getting along. Honestly, after everything that happened in Yokohama, they needed moments like this to help them relax after that incident. While they saw this scene unfold, Yuuki and Nagisa saw both Naon and Koko walking towards them.

"We wanted to thank you for saving us."

"Thank you, Yuuki and Nagisa."

"No problem/Don't worry about it."

As the two boys responded, they both looked at each other and chuckled. However, the battle at Yokohama told them something. While it told Yuuki that he needed to improve, Nagisa learned that an old pain in the ass from his past has surfaced. A single fact could be taken away from the incident in Yokohama.

Things were not going to be easier from here on out.

~A few hours later~

Inside of the headquarters, another chief assembly was being held. Currently, the chiefs were going over the aftermath of the Yokohama incident. Even after Nagisa killed all the shuuki in Yokohama, the fact that so much shuuki appeared in our world to begin with was enough to cause panic. Knowing this, Ren let a sigh escape from her lips.

"Mira did a great job evacuating the civilians. We avoided turning this into a true panic."

"That's a given, we're the Mato Defense Corps. But I can't take all the credit since it was Nagisa's idea in the first place to evacuate the civilians and he was the one who killed all the shuuki in the city."

Ren grew silent the moment she heard this. She knew that Mira had a point and Nagisa being able to pull something like that off with no powers was incredible. The moment she looked at the boy, she saw a smug look on his face. In this situation, her not speaking up and giving him some form of credit would make her look bad. Yet if she does that, Nagisa would never let her live it down.

"I guess Tomioka Nagisa was in fact a key factor in the safety of the people. So thank you for your hard work."

"At least try to make it sound sincere and not robotic, you damn she-devil."

"Now that our world was brought to danger, we will have to change our course. There are many things we don't know about the Gods of Thunder, like their location. We have to investigate them further. So in the meantime, we'll make an official Mato Emergency Announcement."

Soon Ren began to explain the details about the announcement. It would be an announcement to prepare for the threat of the Gods of Thunder. Not only that, they would work closely with their own world. Doing so would also put the people more at ease. As Ren dismissed everyone since the meeting was now over, she looked over at Nagisa and motioned for him to come close to her.

"What do you want? If you're gonna degrade me, just know that isn't my kink, so you won't get a reaction you'd like."

"No, I was just wondering if you're aware of the situation you're in."

"??????"

"Oh my, it seems you really are ignorant of the situation, Tomioka Nagisa. No, isn't that right, Yamazaki Nagisa."

Nagisa merely looked at the girl confused. Seeing this expression, Ren merely laughed. It was almost sad how ignorant Nagisa was in this situation. As her laughter died down, she began to float in the air as she lifts Nagisa's chin to make him look at her.

"This wasn't the first time we met and this wasn't the first time you shamed me, but you don't seem to remember."

"Look, I know i'm a handsome devil, but keep this up and i'll have to look into if the Corps has an Human Resources department."

"So you really don't remember, huh. That's good, it just means when the time comes, I can see YOU in shock and have the last laugh. You are dismissed."

Hearing this, Nagisa merely nods his head as he left the room to go find Tenka. As this happened, Ren was alone as she sat down in her chair. Honestly, Nagisa was just as sufferable to her back then as he is now.

~Flashback~
"Growing up, I was regarded as Genius."

A younger version of Yamashiro Ren could be seen on the playground of her grade school as she was surrounded by the other kids of her class. The girl merely smiled as she expected this. She always had good grades, was on her best behavior, and carried herself higher than anyone. Soon the girl saw it was time to leave as her ride was slowly arriving up the street. Before she could say goodbye to the other kids, she heard them talk about one boy that just walked by her and the group.

"But little did I know a boy who looked like a hoodlum would grow up to be another genius."

[Fifth Grade:Tomioka Nagisa]

"Isn't that the kid who was rescued from a Mato Incident?"

"Didn't his sister also get trapped along with him?"

"I haven't seen her around him as much, do you think sh-"

Before that sentence was finished, the children saw Ren walking up to Nagisa. She was confident she could help the boy out. Whether it was by being his friend, giving him money, or just talking to him. She was positive her presence alone would make things better. This would also show the difference in the worlds they live in.

However, something happened that even Yamashiro Ren didn't expect. The moment she touched the boy's shoulder from behind, Nagisa suddenly turned around and stopped himself from attacking the girl as Ren fell to the ground.

"Crap, the old man is gonna kill me if he finds out I used his training like this. Sorry about that, you scared me. Don't sneak up on people."

Having said that, Nagisa simply turned his back and walked away from Ren. The girl was still stunned. She, Yamashiro Ren, was on the ground and nearly attacked faster than she could react. All by some random kid that looked like he didn't have anything and didn't even bother to help her up or ask for her name. She was never going to forget this shame the boy brought her in front of her classmates. As she saw her ride home now in front of the school, Ren stormed into the car as her driver pulled off.

"That boy....."

"Do you know him? Considering you're the heir of the Yamazaki clan, information gathering should be easy for you."

"I'm only here until I go to South Korea. As for that boy, he is family. Considering the situation, he might very well be your-"

~Flashback ends~
Right now, it was raining as Nagisa was trying to head to Bang's dojo. While doing so, he was thinking about what Ren said earlier. What was it that he didn't remember? Why would it be so important to him now? While lost in his thoughts, Nagisa felt his shoulder bump into someone.

"Oh, sorry about that."

"You, I remember you. You're the guy who almost attacked Ren when I picked her up from school. Wait, that face.....are you Tsutako's brother?"

Nagisa couldn't you explain this feeling. Right now, the man before him had the same presence as Goo. This man's presence just screamed how strong he was. Not only that, Nagisa felt if he were to fight him right now, he would most definitely lose.

"Hehehehe, hahahahahaha!!!! So this is why Goo wanted to keep you away from me. It all makes sense. If you're really Tsutako's brother and given everything Goo told me, it all makes sense."

"Who are you?!"

"Do you know about the other side of your family? The side that Tsutako wanted to hide from you."

Suddenly the man grabbed Nagisa by his throat as he lifts the boy in the air. When Nagisa looked at his attacker, the most notable trait he saw on him was a scar that stretched from between his eyes and how his eyes were bitch black and his irises were pure white.

"Are you ready to handle the reality of your situation, Yamazaki Nagisa?"
