~With Nagisa~
Right now, Nagisa and the sixth unit were brought over to the tenth unit's base to meet with the first unit chief and vice chief. Apparently the vice chief, Myouga Riu, wanted to meet Nagisa personally. As they entered inside, they saw both Riu and her chief waiting for them.

"Hello, I know we already met at the chief assembly but let me introduce myself again. My name is Tatara Konomi, nice to meet you!!!"

"I am her vice chief, Myouga Riu."

"Tomioka Nagisa, nice to meet you."

As Nagisa bowed his head, he saw both Konomi and Riu staring at him. Suddenly Riu walked up towards him as she was observing him. The moment she walked a full circle around him, a smile began to be plastered on her face.

"I see. You must be the kid that Bang trained."

"Eh, you know the old man?"

"Know him? I use to fight together with that old bloke in my younger days back when my husband was alive. He was a really pompous and arrogant brat back in his youth. He would go around challenging people he thought was stronger than him. If it wasn't for Bomb putting him in his place, he'd be very different from the old man you know now."

Nagisa found this hard to believe. The strict and disciplined Bang being a delinquent and losing was hard to imagine. However, he wasn't here for that. He came here because the vice chief asked for him specifically and he could make a good guess why.

"Actually, this request is less from me and from Konomi herself."

"Tatara-san?"

"Konomi is fine. I heard from the Commander how despite being a weapon user, you were great at hand-to-hand combat. So please, spar with me, Tomioka-san!"

"....alright then. Let's do this."

~Outside~
Right outside of the tenth unit base, both Konomi and Nagisa were standing a few feet away. Riu was standing to the side as she was excited to see this fight. After hearing that Nagisa managed to beat her previous disciple, Kyouka, she was curious to see how he fairs against her current disciple.

"Alright you two, begin!!!!"

"Golden Xing Yi Quan:Tiger Fang Piercing Strike."

Suddenly Konomi lunged towards Nagisa with great speed as she had her hands in a fang-like formation. Nagisa held up both his arms to block the attack the moment he saw how close she was. The moment her hands came into contact with his arms, both Konomi and Nagisa suddenly jumped back.

"His body is way more durable than I thought if he could handle Tiger Fang while I use my ability."

"That girl. She merely mimicked the action of a tiger yet her hands actually felt like a tiger was biting at me."

[Golden Xing Yi Quan, Beast Power:Konomi's unique ability, which grants her the same characteristics as an actual animal, ranging from modern, prehistoric, and unusual ones. Once either are activated, she is granted a particular enhancement towards her strength and speed, focused on the particular animal.]

The two fighters soon began to walk in a circle as if observing each other. Meanwhile, Riu couldn't help but be impressed by Nagisa. Him being able to endure that attack with just pure physicality already showed he surpassed even Kyouka in that regard. As Konomi and Nagisa walked in a complete circle, Konomi swiftly charged at Nagisa.

"Golden Xing Yi Quan:Tiger Fang Piercing Strike!!!"

Once more, Konomi tried to attack Nagisa with great speed and power. Seeing this, Nagisa grabbed the girls wrists just before the attack reached him before shortly throwing her over his shoulder. Konomi soon smirked as this was exactly what she wanted as her aura began to manifest.

"Tiger Claw Fierce Slash!"

Suddenly Konomi launched her aura at Nagisa in the shape of slashes just when she was out of his line of sight. Soon dust began to fill the air as Konomi landed on her feet. The moment she did, she noticed how the dust began to move around as if it was covering a dome. The moment the dome cleared, she couldn't believe what she saw.

"Fist of Flowing Water Crushing Rock: Encampment."

Nagisa created an area where his fists destroy anything that enters, protecting himself from the slashes that were aimed at him. He knew he would have a blind spot if he threw Konomi over his shoulder, so he planned this in advance. Soon Nagisa took a deep breath as he looked at Konomi while he took a stance.

"Alright Konomi, since you showed me your way of fighting. How about I show you mine?"

Before Konomi realized it, Nagisa was already in front of her as he swung his right hand-blade downwards. The moment the girl jumped to the side, she saw a large slash mark appear on the ground from where he attacked. Though this was short lived as Nagisa spun his body and slashed at the girl horizontally with his left hand. When Konomi landed on her feet, she saw a slash mark just above her stomach as blood was drawn.

"His technique......"

Konomi suddenly dashed towards the boy with great speed. As she jumped in the air, she tried to slam her right foot onto his head only for Nagisa to hit the right side of her face with his right-hand blade as her body spun in the air.

"His power........his speed. They far surpass me. Amazing, you're amazing, Tomioka-san. That's why, this is the only way I can show my respect for you."

As her body hit the ground, Konomi slowly began to get back up as Nagisa was dashing towards her. Suddenly Nagisa jumped backwards as he felt a shiver down his spine. When Nagisa looked downwards, he saw a slash mark just above his own stomach though the cut wasn't deep at all.

"This girl.....did she......"

"Golden Xing Yi Quan, Beast Power:Monster Form."

"Konomi......she actually copied Tomioka Nagisa. Is he really that much of a monster that she didn't even register him as a normal human?"

Riu couldn't help but be astonished. By Nagisa's strength as someone fighting well against a chief and by Konomi's growth during this mere spar. Seeing this girl copy him, a small smile began to form on Nagisa's face. Now he had the perfect opponent to test the limits of his hand-blade technique.

"Good."

Suddenly Nagisa dashed in front of her as he swung his right hand-blade at the girl with great speed and ferocity. As Konomi tried to counter the boy, she instantly felt it. The difference between both her and the boy. Each hit to her arms felt like it could tear them apart. His power and speed were otherworldly. However, Konomi's ability allowed for her to match the power as Nagisa felt pain in his own arms. Konomi soon gasped as she was kicked in the gut and was sent flying.

"Good!"

It felt as if time was moving slowly while his heart was racing. Facing against his own technique that was being powered by a peach ability. He finally got to test the limit, he finally got to let loose even if it was sparring. He passed something on to someone, basically leaving a mark in this world. Nagisa didn't understand this feeling, but he almost felt like he could get lost in this feeling.

"VERY GOOD, TATARA KONOMI!!!!!"

Suddenly Nagisa's hand was grabbed by Riu as he was slammed to the ground. Nagisa, Konomi, and Riu herself were all surprised by this action. Just as Nagisa was about to ask why this happened, he suddenly had a call on his phone.

"Oh, i'm sorry. I gotta take this. Is this okay, Konomi-san. Riu-san."

"Yes, of course. I think this spar is just about over judging from my vice chief's actions."

Riu merely nodded her head in agreement. As Nagisa walked away for a bit to answer his call, Riu was deep in thought. That last moment, it was only for a very brief second, but Tomioka Nagisa reminded her of him. The man was known as White Ghost back when he was in Japan.

"How. How could a kid merely a year younger than Konomi give me the same feeling as White Ghost?"

"I'm sorry, but I have to return to Japan now. Thank you for sparring with me, Konomi-san. And thank you for setting this up, Riu-san."

As Nagisa bowed his head, he was getting ready to leave. Just as Riu waved the boy goodbye, she saw Konomi looking downwards as if she wanted to say something. After feeling Riu slightly push her forward, Konomi shouted towards Nagisa.

"Thank you for the match!!!! I hope we can spar again, so please come back anytime, Tomioka-senpai!!!!!"

".......s-sure. I'll fight you anytime."

Tomioka Nagisa is not use to being called senpai.
