About a week after Shane started to live with us, things never seemed normal. Everyday something different happened. After school had ended today, my brother decided to surprise everyone with a trip to the zoo. Don't get me wrong I love the zoo and all, but I don't want to be stuck with everyone.

This is going to be an interesting trip. My mom and dad is letting Shane and Jax share a room, and as far as I know they have not killed each other. Even though I think they did try to. Of course the rest of us kept our own rooms. I was glad that no one has to sleep on the couch anymore.

I decided go to try to be nice to everyone. I have been so used to staying by myself that all these people are driving me crazy! The only person that I can tolerate is my brother, I guess because I stayed alone with him for so long. I grabbed my purse, and everything that I needed. I told my parents that I wanted to drive myself to the zoo, but they insisted that we all ride together.

I never got the full explanation from Jax about the beach, and I really don't want to hear it. I bet it's something like she was an ex, or I was dating her while I was flirting with you. Ugh!! Why can't all guys on earth disappear.

Once I got down to car, someone decided to run right into. I literally fell on my butt. "Ouch!! That freakin hurt!" I looked up to see a laughing Jax. "What are you looking at, help me up!" I stuck out my out my hand, he did grab it. I was trying to be mean, and pulled him down with me. Expect he fell right on top of me.

"Get off, you weigh a ton!" He smiled down at me, and can I say I wish it could stay like this for a while. "Sorry, but your the one that pulled me down." Darn it! He is right. Once we both were up and off the ground, we got into the car. My mom and dad were in the front seats, I was sitting in between Jax and Shane in the back. My brother drove my car, and might I say he was so lucky...

I mean, it's my car why can't I drive it. Grr, sometimes I really hate people. I decided to plug in my ear buds, and listen to music. Trying my hardest to not to listen to anyone else in the car. Of course, there was two people that was determined to make my car ride as miserable as possible. "Eve, what are you doing?"

While I have Jax asking my questions, I have Shane poking me. Ugh, I am gong to kill them both. "I am listening to music. Now, leave me alone." His eyes widened for a split second, but then he went back normal. "Ok, but I will still try to get your attention." Of course you would.

While I was playing on my phone, I felt something warm on my thigh. When I looked down I say that it was Shane's hand. He slowly rubbed his hand up and down my thigh. Every movement he made sent shivers up my spine. He bent over to my ear, and whispered. His breath was hot, as he spoke. "Do I make you nervous?"

I slowly shook my head meaning a 'no', he nodded but not seeing the slightest impressed. I looked over at Jax, thinking maybe he could help. Of course, the man is asleep. That's just great! I can't ask my parents for help, since they are the ones that want me and him to date.

He slowly moved his hand further up my thigh. I was trying my hardest to keep a small moan to escape my mouth. He moved his thumb in a circular motion while he moved his hand up and down. When he got really close to where he was not suppose to go, I let out a small gasp.

I slapped his hand away, before he could do anything else. He looked down at me and just smirked. I have to say that did felt good, but I can't let him knowing that. My heart was pounding so hard, that I bet ever one can hear it.

Ugh, can we please hurry up! Jax, while in his sleep had fell over. What I had realized since then, was the fact that he had fallen over on my shoulder. I tried moving him off, but he would not even budge. He mumbled something something incoherent. "Huh?" He slowly lift up hid head, and looked at me with his eyes hall open. "I said, let me sleep for a little longer. I am comfortable here."

Then he later back down on my shoulder, and fell back asleep. Can't these boys give me a break. First I had to deal with Shane, now I have to deal with a sleeping Jax! Can this ride please be over now...

About thirty more minutes has past since everything else happened. Shane had fell asleep, and Jax is still laying on my shoulder. My parents in the front, don't even know what I have been through back here.

I looked down at a sleeping Jax, he looked so at peace. I moved some of hair from his face, trying not to wake him up. He looked liked a sleeping child. It reminded me of when we were kids, and would have small sleep overs. He always looked so cute in his sleep.

He moved a little, and when he did he wrapped his arms around my waist. I just let him be, and just listened to his heart beat. For once in a long time, I just really wanted to be with him. To just feel the warmth that his arms bring when ever he hugs me. To just be near him? And to never let him go.

He tightened his grip on my waist, and I wrapped my arms around him. I smiled to myself, and closed my eyes. This is where I want to be. In his arms, near him, and to be with him. I never want to let him go again, I don't want to loose him like I did last time. I want to know that he will always be with me, and that he will never leave me alone again.

I whispered in his ear, "please, don't leave me alone." He tightened his grip on my waist even harder. "Never." I smiled to my self, and closed my eyes. Maybe this trip was not such a bad thing after all. For now I am happy to know that Jax was in my arms, and that he won't leave. He in mine, and mine only.

Never, that one word replayed in my mind, and for once in a long time I fell asleep with a smile on my face, and was happy. Happy to have Jax in my life once again.

We were walking to see the bird habitat, and on the way there I spotted someone. She looked really familiar, and when I looked closer I saw that she was the same girl from the beach! She walked over to us, and went straight to me. "Hi, you must be Eve. I am Samantha, Jax told me so much about you." I stared at her completely shocked.
