AUTHOR'S NOTE
This will be a short update. I just wanted to update as a token of appreciation for you readers.
I don't I have ever had such supportive readers ever. You guys have waited for the updates even if the delay was for over a month. You have not given up on the book and always filled me with positivity. I don't think I thank you guys enough. All the silent readers, the ones who vote , the ones who comment regularly , the ones who mention the book on Twitter, all you have no idea how much your small gestures mean to me. I want to say I love you guys , Thank you for everything. Thank you for giving your views and perspectives and I want you to keep doing so. Your opinions matter a lot. I hope I become a better writer , someone who can give you stories to look forward to , characters you relate to, characters you fall in love with and forget your worries for a little time when you read my works and also may I update regulaely .And all that will only be possible if I have you by my side. Thank you dear readers, I hope all of you do well in life and your lives are filled with happiness and you guys get all that you wish for.

Zoya was curled up on the floor like a little baby. The rays of sunlight hit her pretty face and she opened her eyes just a little and then turned to the side to hug Aditya and snuggle into him. But to her surprise he wasn't there. Her eyes opened and she looked around. He wasn't there anywhere. Suddenly she felt scared and thought "Kahin Aditya humko chod ko toh nhi chale gye? Kahin kal raat ko jo bhi hua voh sab ek sapna toh nhi tha." She was on the verge of tears when she felt two hands on her eyes and heard the voice she loved the most say "Jaanam dekh lo , mit gyi dooriyaan, main yahan hoon yahan." She started laughing and said "Aap bade hi besure hai."
Aditya said "Haan pata hai , lekin dekho kaise serial ke kisi scene ki tarah kara na maine."

Zoya rolled her eyes and said "Aapko na hindi serials kuch zyada hi pasand hai. Mat dekhiye itne serials. Vaise bhi dimag nhi hai aur bhi kam ho jayega aap mein."
Aditya slipped his hand on her narrow waist and pulled her close to him and brushed his stubble across her cheeks and said "Acha aisa hai kya. Toh tum mereko entertain kar dena roz, nhi dekhoonga serials."

Zoya blushed and then placed her hand on his chest and said looking deep into his black eyes "Ek minute ke liye toh humein laga ki aap humse phir se door ho gye hai".

Aditya placed a finger on her lips and said "Sssh. Zoya. Ab hum kabhi alag nhi honge. Jo bhi bura hona tha ho gya hai , ab bas hum dono saari muskilon ka saamna ek saath karenge. Ab hum Aditya aur Zoya bankar nhi balki Adiya banke apni zindagi mein aage badenge. Kyunki hum dono ek doosre ke bina adhoore hai."
Zoya smiled and then said "Ek aur baat bol sakte hai hum?"

Aditya nodded and she continued "Hum bhi aapse uss raat ke liye maafi maangna chahte hai."
Aditya started saying "Tum kyun baar baar.."
She cut him and said "Humne uss din bohot saari baatein bol di thi jo humein nhi bolni chaiye thi. Upar se humein aapki saari insecurities ke baare mein pata hone ke bawajood bhi humne unko aur badaya aur humein aadhi raat ko Sahir ke ghar aapko bin bataye nhi jaana chaiye tha. I am really sorry. Also that slap, that was really unacceptable. I shouldn't have raised my hand. In no case in physical violence acceptable. I am so sorry."

Aditya said "Bas Zoya. Maine bola na , ab hum uss raat ke baare mein aur baat nhi karenge. Raat gyi baat gyi. Abhi ek nayi subah hai , aur uss nayi subah ki roshni mein hum dono ne apne saare galtiyaan peeche chod diye hai."

Zoya kissed him on the forehead and cheeks and said "Acha, aap itne subah kahan gye the?"
Aditya said "Voh main apni pyaari biwi ke liye vada pav, ice cream aur mausmi ka juice laane gya tha. Subah subah tumhe rani maharainyon ki tarah dawat dena chahta tha."
Zoya "Kaunsi rani subah uth ke vada pav khati hai? "
Aditya said "Mere dil ko rani."
Zoya made a face and said "Cheeee, kya filmi line maari aapne. Voh bhi koi achi film ki nhi lag rhi , aise C grade film ki."
Aditya said "Inhi linon pe tum mara karti thi baby doll."
Zoya said "Yeh jo aap YJHD ko ratta maar ke baithe hai na."
Aditya said "Tumhe kuch acha pasand hi nhi aata."
Zoya scoffed and said "Humein bhi yehi lagta hai.Ab aap dekh hi lijiey humari pasand ko , udhar sheeshein mein. "
Aditya said "Tum duniya ki pehli biwi hogi jo sab theek hone ke baad, phir se bacchon ki tarah ladhna shuru kar diya."
Zoya said "Bina nok jhok ke hum Aditya aur Zoya nhi ho sakte hai na. Acha ab idhar aaiye , hum aapko apne haathon se khilayange."
She pulled him towards her and took note size pieces and fed him and herself. After finishing the food , Aditya placed her on her lap and hugged her from behind, he took her hand played with her fingers while inhaling the sweet smell of her hair sometimes. She said "Aditya..."
Aditya said "Hmmm..."
"Aapko yaad hai , humari kahani kahan se shuru hui thi aur ab hum yahan ek saath hai."
Aditya smiled recalling the past , he said "Hum pehli baar jab mile the tab tumne lift bandh kar diya tha na ? Kyun kara tha aisa tumne , mujhe yaad sa nhi aa rha."
Zoya said "For a doctor aapki memory kaafi weak hai. Humne lift isliye bandh ki thi kyunki aapne humara interview nhi liya tha ."
Aditya said "Are haan. Agar tumne lift nhi bandh kari hoti toh shayad hum kabhi fir na milte."
Zoya said "Dekhiye shaadi honi toh pakki si baath thi. Kyunki baba aur abbu ka rishta pehle se tha. Bas hum shaadi ke din ek doosre ko dekh ke shocked ki jagah surprised hote."
Aditya lightly kissed her head and said "Voh pehli car ride hai ?"
Zoya said "Of course. Raabta jab baja tha. Usi din toh humne ek doosre se ache se baat ki thi. Vaise humein toh lag rha hai ki aap humse dare hue the isliye baat kar rhe the."
Aditya said "Fake gun se main nhi dar rha tha. Tumko humari pehli chai date yaad hai?"
Zoya said "Voh chai nhi coffee date thi. And it wasn't a date. Because I hated coffee until then ."
"Phir tumne The Aditya Hooda ki coffee taste kar li jo Starbucks se bhi better coffee banata hai. Aur idiot main uss date ki baat nhi kar rha tha , tumhe yaad nhi. Hum chai ki tapri meim gye the aur tumne bun maska ke saath do cutting pi li thi."
Zoya said "Are haan. Hum toh voh bhool hi gye the. Phir baarish ho rhi thi aur hum gaadi mein baith kar baatein kar rhe the. Yaad aa gya."

Aditya suddenly clapped his head and said "Are in sab mein toh main bhool hi gya. Tumhara result hai na aaj. Dekhte hai jo itni mehnat se maine tumhe padhaya tha voh rang laati hai ya nhi."

Zoya suddenly got up feeling anxious and said "Hum pakka fail hai. I am sure I got 10 questions wrong , and I didn't attempt 20 of them and maybe I clicked on all the wrong answers ....."

Aditya said "Sssshh. Zoya. Stop freaking out. Acha gaya tha tumhara paper, result bhi acha hoga."
He checked her result and said "Zoya..."
"Hum fail ho gye na . Humein pata tha . Pata tha humein."

"Tumhe internal medicine mil gyi hai . You have an all India of rank 5. "
"WHAAAATTTTT" shrieked Zoya.

Aditya laughed and hugged her and twirled her and said "Haan. Rank holder ho tum. And I knew you would do it."
Zoya couldn't stop smiling and said "Humein yakeen nhi ho rha hai. Mediocre Zoya , became a rank holder. I am just..."

Aditya said "Just shows ki how a little determination and hard work and make you achieve anything. And of course a good teacher does make a difference."
Zoya danced around the room and said "Thank you Aditya. Aap hi ne kara hai sab kuch. "

Aditya said "Acha ab ghar chale. Vahan ache se celebrate karenge."

Zoya nodded and they headed home.
Zoya went to her room and was shocked to see the mess, Aditya scratched his head and was looking down and said "Haan voh tumahre jaane ke baad thoda mess up ho gya tha sab kuch."
Zoya said "Koi baat nhi , hum sab samet denge."

Aditya said "Bilkul nhi. Tum kuch nhi karogi. Tum jaoogi hospital. Dr.Arora ko jaake bologi ki tum internal medicine ki JR ho aur rounds ke liye le jaaye. Fir PG ke forms ke baare mein information nikalogi. Tum hospital ja rhi ho abhi , naha dho ke."

Zoya said "Aap nhi aayenge ?"
Aditya said "Nhi mere body mein dard hai. Aaj nhi aa paaonga , tum jaao nahane ."

Zoya said "Aapne humein bataya kyun nhi ? Aaiye hum aapko dawai laga ke dein."

Aditya said "Zoya main theek hoon. Thodi thakaan ke wajah se dard hai isliye aaj rest le rha hoon, tum please jaao. "
Zoya looked at him flirtatiously and said "Aap bhi aaiye na , shower mein hum dono kaafi ache lagenge. Garam garam paani , aap aur main. Bohot maza aayega."

Aditya smirked and said "I would love to , lekin uske liye thoda time chaiye hoga. Filhaal voh nhi hai. Tumhare saath jaldi jaldi mein romance nhi khatam karna chahta. Ab please jaao."

Zoya was about to go when she turned around and said "Aap ghar mein rehkar humare liye surprise plan karne wale hai na? Hain na?? Isliye aap hospital nhi aa rhe. Yehi sach hai na." She was gleaming and looking at him like an excited child and he said "Zoya , bakwaas bandh karo aur jaao. Koi surprise nhi plan kar rha hoon main."

Zoya grinned knowingly and said "Humein sab pata hai." and went in.
Aditya sat down on the bed laughing at his goofy wife he loved and adored and was so proud. Of course he was planning a surprise and that required him to do some cleaning first.

Zoya got ready and left for work but not without giving Aditya a kiss on his cheek.
Soon after she left , Aditya got to work.
He cleaned up all the mess. Put up the photographs in place and hung new curtains. Changed the bed linen and decorated the room with tiny silver lights. He got up on the ladder and placed rose petals on the fan blades. He then went to the kitchen and baked a red velvet cake, Zoya's favourite, and made her favourite dish , chicken oriental fried rice with basil chicken. Since neither of them used to drink , he got an apple flavoured soda contained in those fake champagne bottles with a cork and put it in the fridge.
He got ready after placing all of this on the table. He put on his best light blue suit and applied the perfume that Zoya found intoxicating and then waited for her to come.

At around 10, he heard the wheels of the car purring and he got up from his seat and took a deep breath and went outside. Zoya stepped out of the car and Aditya said "Zoya , may I have the privilege of taking you to a date?"

Zoya wasn't surprised and she said "Yes please " gleefully.

Aditya took her hand and then they walked inside. Aditya said "Welcome to restaurant Adiya. Yahan aapko aapke favourite dishes milengi served by your favourite waiter and cooked by your favourite chef. I hope you like the ambience. "

Zoya didn't say anything was blushing hard. He opened their bedroom door, which smelt beautiful because of the essential oils in the diffuser. The room was dimly lit and sparked because of the lights. He said "Udhar beech mein khadi ho jaao."

Zoya did as she was told and he switched on the fan . She was showered with the flower petals and Zoya looked happier than she ever had looked. She exclaimed "Aditya yeh toh. This is the best surprise ever. Yeh sab kitna acha hai. I love you."
Aditya cleared his throat and said , mereko kuch kehna hai."
Zoya beamed and said "Boliye na."
He said , "baitho. I have constructed a unique love confession , here it goes.
Since we bonded on music I thought of joining some lyrics and conveying my love to you

Zoya,
"Dahleez pe mere dil ke jab tumne rakhe the kadam", tab mujhe nhi pata tha ki ek din aisa aayega , maahi jab hoga bolna "Tere bina mera koi molna" , tumse shaadi karna mere bas mein nhi tha aur tumhare pyaar mein padhna bhi mere bas mein nhi tha kyunki "Aankhon mein teri aisi ajab si aadyein thi , ki unhone mere dil ko bana di patang."   Tum meri zindagi jab se aai ho tab se maine jana hai ki "Agar tum saath ho toh har gam phisal jaaye aur yeh din dhal jaaye." . Main toh tha ameer lekin jabse "Tumhe chaha betahasha zehnaseeb , mera dil hua gareeb." Tumse pyaar karne ke baad mujhe laga ki "Main tera hone nhi laga hoon balki main tera hi tha aur humesha rahoonga." Tum mere adhoore ko poora kiya hai . Aur ab toh main yehi dua karta hoon ki "Aye khuda, aye khuda, jab banana  tumhara hi banana."  kyunki tumhare bina "Yeh jag soona soona laage."  aur  "Aisa koi din nahi jiski tum subah nahi
Aisi koi baat nahi jo tumse na ho shuru."
Main kehna chaoonga ki jab tum kahin bhi jaogi tab "Le jana mujhe saath tere , tumhare bina ab rehna hai  na saath mere."
Mujhe bhi nhi pata ki "Tum itna zaroori kaisa hua ,  ab toh bas itna jaanta hoon ki "Tum mein rab dikhta hai aur sajde sar jhukta hai , aur hum "Mar jaiyen tere bin mar jaiyen re."  Ab main sach mein maan ne laga hoon ki "Khuda ne kisi na kisi ko banaya hai har kisi ke liye , kyunki tumse toh hai mera raabta."

And with this he finished.
Zoya was laughing yet had tears in her eyes. Aditya said "Kaisa laga tumhe yeh."
Zoya laughed and said "Aapko bhi pata hai mereko aapki har baat achi lagti hai , aapki creativity achi thi lekin yeh romantic se zyada funny tha. I couldn't stop laughing when I saw how you were connecting each lyric."

Aditya said "Toh phir se aansoon kyun."
"Kyunki hum overwhelmed hai aapki mehnat dekh ke."

Aditya said "Tum kuch kehna chahogi?"
Zoya said "Haan . Hum aapse iss dunia mein sab se zyada pyaar karte hai , aap se din hai humara aur humari raat. Hum aapke bina reh nhi sakte. Aapne humari zindagi mein itni khushiyaan di hai ki hum jata bhi nhi sakte. I love you Aditya, from this day to my last."

Aditya kissed her forehead and said "Toh ab cake khaao."

They ate and Zoya said " Aap sab acha kar sakte hai , sivaay creativity ke."and started laughing. She said "Aap bohot cute hai. Bohot zyada. "

Aditya said "Achaaa. Toh ab tum dekho main kitna creative hoon. Bed pe aao tum. Saari cuteness bhaag jayegi."
Zoya raised her eyebrows and said "Ohhhh. Hum bhi toh dekhe aisa kya karte hai aap."

Aditya said "Dikhata hoon" and lifted her in his arms and put her on their bed.
Zoya grabbed his collar and brought him closer. Aditya said "Yeh jo audience humein dekh rhi hai iss update mein, inko zara bye bolte hai aur kaam pe lagte hai." He draped a sheet on top of them and the night closed in on them and their moments of love.
