A long update ahead. I want you all to read till the end and  give your comments and views. I wait for them eagerly. Looking forward to lots of long comments.

Aditya woke up early that morning and saw Zoya sleeping peacefully next to him. He looked at her and thought "I love you so much Zoya. When will I be able to say that to you ? I don't think I will be able to live without you. I just wish my insecurities stop creeping up. I know you wont ever do anything to hurt me, but I am scared." He rubbed his face with his palm and then caressed her hair and went to get dressed.
At the breakfast table , he and Zoya were together and then Zoya said "Aditya, hum na thoda jaldi niklenge. Toh aap humare bina hi nikal jaiye. Darasal humko Sahir ke ghar jaake unko saman dena hai, aise basic necessities. Unko pata nhi hai yahan pe kahan kya milta hai toh hum hi unke liye leke ja rhe hai. Hum aapko hospital mein milenge. Bye."
With that she picked up the casserole which had the mutton, a bag of stuff and left.
Aditya watched her leave and without his control , had a flashback.

Flashback

Pooja was talking to Aditya on the phone. She said "Adi, Yash bohot odd behave karta hai aaj kal."
Aditya said "Kya hua ab di?"
She said "Aajkal roz subah voh jaldi nikal jata hai, apni uss dost se milne.  Pehle toh hum saath mein office jaate the , ab voh uske saath office aata hai, lunch karta hai and I meet him only during dinner time. Adi, mujhe kuch acha nhi lag rha hai. Pata nhi why I feel.... i don't know ... how I feel. I just feel weird."
Aditya said "Di, do mahine ki baat hai phir toh voh ladki chali jayegi. Tab aap dekhna sab theek ho jayega. Yash probably wants to spend time with her as he would not be meeting her for years after this. Aap befaltu ki tension mat lo. Aap ek kaam karo aap ghar aa jao hum bahar chalte hai.
Pooja said "Hmm. I hope jaisa tu keh rha hai vohi ho aur kuch nhi."
Aditya said "Aur kuch kya di?"
Pooja said "I dont want to say this , but sometimes I feel he loves her. I think he just doesn't like spending time with me anymore. I am scared yaar."
Aditya said "Kya bakwaas kar rhe ho aap. Yash will never betray you. You are his best  friend and his soul mate."
Pooja said "Maybe. Main vahan aati hoon, I will feel better."

Flashback ends.

Aditya played with the last piece of toast he had and then left for work with a restless mind.
At lunch break , he went into Zoya's cubicle and saw Sahir already sitting there,laughing with her and playfully punching her on the arm. Adi thought " I love that smile , but I am the one who is supposed to make you this happy. Why do you have to look so happy with him?". His face was turning sour and he was liking Sahir lesser by the minute.

He cleared his throat and both of them looked up and Zoya said "Are Aditya , aap aa gye. I was just telling Sahir about the time when you saw the fake gun in my hand."
Aditya said "Oh nice. Acha, ab khana khaye. I dont have the whole day you know."
Zoya senses the harshness of his tone but said nothing. She said "Haan hum abhi dete hai."

Sahir said "Aapko pata hai yeh fake gun ka idea maine hi diya tha Zoya ko. Mujhe nhi pata tha voh implement bhi kar legi iss idea ko."
Aditya said "Aapko toh kaafi kuch nhi pata hai lagta hai."
Sahir was a bit taken aback by his rude behaviour but chose not to respond. Zoya served them.

Sahir said "Zoya. Iss mutton curry ka taste mujhe itne saalon tak yaad hai..
"Kamal ki memory hai aapki." said Aditya while looking down at his food.
Sahir ignored him and said "And I am so glad ki itne saalon baad mein phir se yeh khane wale hoon.Itni jagah  dhoondha maine aisa taste karne wala mutton , kahin nhi mila mujhe."

Zoya patted his hand and said "Hum bohot khush hai ki hum aapko yeh khila paaye. Aap chahe toh hum roz yeh bana le khila denge."

Aditya said "Mutton pe sale nhi lagi hai ki tum roz ek guest ke liye bana ke dogi.
Anyway I am done. I will suggest ki tum bhi apne "khaas mehmaan" ko alvida bol ke kaam pe lag jaao. After all it's a hospital, patients tum dono ke lunch hone tak ka wait nhi karenge , right."

He got up and left.

Sahir looked at Zoya and said " Isko kya hua hai? Tumne toh bola tha yeh ab khadoos nhi hai. Maine isse badtameez insaan nhi dekha aaj tak."
Zoya said "Sahir. Pati hai humare voh , sambhal ke boliye."

Sahir said "Haan zoya , I am sorry. Jaanta hoon tum isko apne dil o jaan se pyaar karti ho but you have to agree that he was extremely rude. I think he some problem, you should talk to him."

Zoya said "Sahi keh rhe hai aap. Aditya ko humne aisa bohot dino baad dekha hai. Hum baat karte hai."

Sahir said "Okay. Baat karke mujhko batana. Main chalta hoon nhi tumhara yeh chaand ka tukda mujhe maar ke bahar nikalega. Acha suno, hum mil rhe hai na do hafte baad, Monday raat ko?"
Zoya said "Haan haan. Acha aap jaiye. Ghar pohonchke message kar di jiye ga. Bye." She hugged him and then went to Aditya's cabin. He looked up and said "Tumhara azeez dost chala gya?"

Zoya said "Haan. Aditya hum aapse kuch poochna chahte hai."

Aditya said "Bolo."
She said "Aapko Sahir se koi problem hai?"

Aditya said "Tum iss baat ke peeche kyun padi ho. Nhi koi problem nhi hai mujhe usse. Main uske baare sochta bhi nhi hoon, toh problem honi toh door ki baat hai."

Zoya said "Toh aap itne badtameezi se kyun baat kar rhe the unse aaj."
Aditya rolled his eyes and said "Zoya main aise hi baat karta hoon. Tumko problem hai toh main kuch nhi kar sakta."

Zoya knelt down beside his chair and said "Aditya. Humare shaadi ko ek saal hone wala hai. Aur humne aapko iss ek saal mein dekha hai , samjha hai. Humein pata hai aap kaise baat karte hai. Aditya please humein batiaye kya dikkat hai. Jabse Sahir aaye hai aap bohot hi ajeeb bartaav kar rhe hai. Kya baat hai."

Aditya was shaking and then he said in a throaty voice. "Main...voh..... I hate the fact that you consider him your best friend."

Zoya said "Kya matlab."
Aditya too came down from his chair and knelt down and said "Zoya.. I know, I will sound very stupid as I say this. But I just hate the fact that you consider him your best friend.

Mujhe laga ki tum meri best friend ho. Main tumhara sabsa pehla dost hoon..mujhe laga ki tum sabse pehle mere saath itna khul ki baat karti ho. I didnt know ki yeh Sahir bhi tha , I mean hai tumahri zindagi mein.  I am sorry, I can't help feeling irritated by him. I cant share you with anyone else."

Zoya laughed and said "Aditya. Aap na bilkul... aap na bilkul Aditya hai"
She pulled him into a hug and said "Aap kaise soch sakte hai ki aapki jagah koi aur le sakta hai humari zindagi mein. Aap hai humare sabse pehle dost aur aap hi rahnege. What we share , cant be described in words. I can and will never have it with anyone else. Aur aapko kabhi humein "share"nhi karna padega. Aap humari zindagi hai Aditya, aapki tarah kaun hi hoga humare liye.

Buddhu hai aap, itni choti si baat ko leke itna soch rhe hai."
She hugged him again and Aditya said "I am sorry."

She said "Are pagal hai aap..its okay..hum samjhte hai. I guess agar hum aapki jagah hote , hum bhi aisa hi karte. Acha ab uthiye. Kisine dekh liya na  , the great surgeon Aditya Hooda ko aise school ke bacchon ki tarah kneel down
kare hue toh kya sochenge."
Aditya smiled and got up.
Zoya was about to leave , when Aditya said "Tum best ho Zoya."
She said "Buddhu."

Aditya felt light. It was good to have this conversation with her. H felt happy. But his inner demons couldn't be conquered so easily as they were still there. He still hadn't told Zoya about all his insecurities and. He hadn't told her how he feared that Zoya might leave him for Sahir.

His inner demons were now playing with his mind by playing another flashback where Pooja and Yash had, had a similar conversation and  Yash had very tactfully calmed Pooja down.

It was just scary how all the events in Aditya's life were following the same path as Yash and Pooja's at this moment.
He thought "Bas kar Adi. Bohot ho rha hai. You need to control these negative thoughts. Zoya ko hurt kar dega nhi toh bohot buri tarah." Aditya hoped that thunhs would get better with his monsters soon. But they got worse instead.

For the next two weeks Aditya experienced the worst of his days.
The next two weeks he saw Zoya getting closer to Sahir. She used to leave early to meet him and at night he hardly had time to talk to her because she was either on the phone with Sahir or texting him. Aditua noticed a different Zoya.

She seemed self absorbed and he felt ignored. These things didnt go well with his already ongoing insecurities. He tried hard to ignore everything and remember what Zoya had told him, that how he was her everything but he was having a hard time believing it.
He was getting angry but he didnt show it. Then one night was the last straw for him.

As he was sleeping, he suddenly woke up to find Zoya slipping out of the room silently. He saw the edge of her bag leaving the room and knew that she was going out of the house .

That was too much for him. He decided to follow her. He knew he was not doing the right thing and she had every right to go somewhere if she wanted to, but he wondered where she had to go so late at night and that too without telling him. He didnt want to doubt her but he couldn't help it.

As he followed her in his car, they came in front of a housing complex.  He followed her car inside the complex. The guard stopped his car and asked him whom he wanted to meet, he took a guess wishing it was wrong and said "Sahir Choudhary."

The guard allowed him inside after checking him his car. Aditya's heart was sinking as his doubts were getting stronger. So Zoya had come to meet Sahir and that too after midnight. He wondered what might have been the need.

He hurried the car inside and saw Zoya taking the lift.
He used the stairs and hurried upstairs. He recalled vaguely Sahir telling Zoya that he lived on the fifth floor.

He rushed up the stairs and as he reached , he saw Zoya getting inside the first apartment and hugging Sahir.
He felt his heart drop. He went near the door tried listening to the conversation. He could only hear Zoya's voice at first and what he heard shook him.

She was saying "Aaj toh humein lage , Aditya jaag hi jayenge. Unko pata chal jata toh problem ho jaati."
Aditya couldn't hear Sahir clearly but then heard Zoya laughing.
Then he heard Sahir saying "Tum sure ho na iss cheez ke bare mein."

Zoya said "Agar hum nhi hote toh hum itni raat ko aap ke paas kyun aate."
Aditya couldn't hear anything else for a long time then he heard Sahir saying "I love all this started once again. Main yahan na aata toh mujhe pata hi nhi chalta how much I  missed doing this."
Zoya said "I love this too."

Aditya was trembling. He couldn't and didnt want to hear anymore. He concluded the worst from the conversation he heard. He was broken and shattered..Zoya had cheated on him. She had broken his trust. She and Sahir.

He couldn't believe what he heard. He kept replaying the words in his head. Zoya was sure about doing this, which meant she was sure about leaving him. Sahir was happy to have started everything again.

Which meant they were already in relationship before and had rekindled it now. Aditya's head was spinning. He almost fell as he climbed down the stairs. He couldn't face all this.

His Zoya , the woman he loved with all his heart had broken him in the worst possible way. He was shattered, angry and very hurt. He wanted to kill himself. As he reached downstairs , he fell down and he clutched the handrails of the staircase and bawled like a baby.

He screamed "Kyunnnn." Kyun Zoya kyun. Mere saath hi kyun.' He cried and hit his head on the rails. After a few minutes he wiped his face and said "Main aise nhi toot sakta.  Mujhe Zoya se baat karni hogi.  Zoya ne jo kiya hai voh usko mujhe batana padega. Zoya bhool gyi thi ki voh Aditya Hooda ko dhoka de rhi hai. I will show her who I am."

His hot head overtook his good heart. He didnt even stop to think once that he might have misunderstood the whole situation. He drove back , recklessly and waited for Zoya to come back home.

He didnt know Zoya was planning their anniversary which was tomorrow with Sahir. He didn't know that the thing Sahir had asked Zoya to be sure about was her surprise for him , which was a bit expensive and Zoya had to use all her savings for that. Sahir wanted her to be sure before she spent all the money.

Aditya didn't know that Sahir and Zoya used to plan events before Zoya got married. They used to plan birthdays and anniversaries together in their pass time and were the best event managers in their block. They used to love doing that and that was what Sahir was talking about.

If Aditya had waited a little longer he would have heard Zoya say "Hum bas wait kar rhe hai kab Aditua yeh sab kuch dekhenge aur kab hum apni dil ki baat unko bolenge.  Kal humari zindagi ka sabse haseen din hoga."

Sahir said "Lekin Zoya tumhari saari savings ismein chali gyi."
Zoya said "Toh kya hua? Aditya ke liye kuch bhi. Ek toh yeh do hafte humne unse dhang se baat tak nhi kari. Humko aisa karna bilkul acha nhi lagta but it will all.be worth it tomorrow."

Sahir smiled and said "I am so happy for you Zoya. I just hope ki jis tarah tum Aditya se pyaar karti ho , voh bhi karta ho."

Zoya said "Nhi bhi karte ho toh chalega. Voh humari jaan hai aur humara pyaar hum dono ke liye kaafi hoga. "

Sahir hugged her and said "You are blessing for everyone Zoya. By the way Happy Anniversary, Zoya Hooda."
She blushed and said "Acha abhi humein chalna chaiye. Agar Aditya uth gye toh problem hogi."

Sahir dropped her home and as she came to her room , she saw Aditya sitting on a chair , waiting for her. His eyes had fire in them and his jaw was stiff. He looked scary.

She was shocked. She said "Aap kab uthe?"
Aditya said in a cold and menacing voice. "Uth toh bohot pehle gaya tha, jaga abhi hoon."

Zoya said "Huh? Kya bol rhe hai aap?" Aur aap aise kyun baat kar rhe hai?"
Aditya said "Kahan thi tum?"
Zoya gulped and said "Hum voh.. voh hum hospital mein apna kuch saman bhool gye the toh voh laane gye the."
Aditya said  "Oh really?"

Zoya said "Haan , hum kyun jhooth bolenge." She didn't meet his eyes and went towards the washroom. Aditya said "Kya bhool gyi thi?"
Zoya said "Kya?"
He said "Maine poocha kya bhool gyi thi? Sahir ko?"
Zoya turned and said "Kya bol rhe hai aap?"
Aditya said "Jo bol rha hoon, sahi bol rha hoon. Sahir ko bhool gyi thi na tum. Ab vapas le aai ho usko apne paas."

Zoya narrowed her eyes and said "You make no sense. Bolna kya chahte hai , theek se boliye."

Aditya lost his calm and held her shoulders and pinned her to the wall and said "Theek se jaan na chahti ho main kya bol rha hoon main? Toh suno. Main jaanta hoon tum kahan gyi thi aaj. Main jaanta hoon tum kya kar ke aai ho uss Sahir ke saath aur tum dono ke beech mein kya chal rha hai pichle itne dino se."

Zoya had tears in her eyes and she said "Chodiye humein Aditya. Dard ho rha hai humein."

Aditya pushed her further into the wall "Tumhe dard ho rha hai? Tumne jo mere saath kiya uska ehsaas hai tumhe?"
Zoya pushed him and said loudly "Kya kiya hai humne? Kya kehna kya chah rhe hai aap? Main Sahir ke saath kya karke aai hoon."

Aditya said "Bano mat Zoya. I heard everything. You are having a freaking affair with him and now you have the fucking audacity to pretend as if you know nothing about it."

Zoya couldn't believe what she heard. She couldn't fathom what just happened. She was shook. She said "Aap hum pe shak kar rhe hai?"

Aditya laughed manically and said "Shak? Oh no, Zoya. Mujhe sach pata hai. Main toh bas tumhe yeh bol rha tha ki tumhe banne ki zaroorat nhi hai ab. Tumhe uss Sahir ke saath apna affair ab chipana ki zaroorat nhi hai. Ab tum sab khule mein kar sakti ho. I am sure Sahir must be really good at all the right things. So now you don't have to hide it from me. I know about it. Let's discuss your loving relation with him , shall we?"

He spat on the ground. Zoya was crying but she was equally disgusted at what she heard. She couldn't believe that the man she loved like mad was accusing her with such horrible things. Didnt he trust her at all.

She said "Bas Aditya. Bohot bol liya aapne."

Aditya mocked her and said "Jab karne mein sharam nhi aai toh sunne mein kyun aa rhi hai tumhe. I cant believe it Zoya. Tum itna kaise neeche gir gyi Zoya. Main tumko kya samjhta tha aur tum kya nikli. Tumne ek baar bhi mere baare mein nhi socha. You knew what shit I had gone through with my sister's suicide. You knew nothing hurts me more than deceit but you did exactly that to hurt me. I hate you Zoya. I wish main tumse kabhi mila hi nhi hota. Kitna bada bewakoof hoon main ki maine tumpe bharosa kiya. Ki maine socha tum meri dost ho. Tum ek nihayti ghatiya kism ki ladki ho Zoya. Meri kismat kharab hai ki main tumse mila. Tum se meri shaadi hui. Are jo insaan apne bhaai ko maar sakta hai voh kisi ka saga kaise ho sakta hai."

Suddenly he felt a cold and hard hand on his face. Zoya slapped him with all her might. The edge of his lips started bleeding and her ring left a bump on his face.

She said in a trembling voice "Bas bohot bol liya aapne. Hum soch bhi nhi sakte ki humne aapke saath apni poori zindagi bitane ka socha. Humein kisine kabhi itna neecha nhi feel karaya jitna aapne karaya hai aapne aaj. Ghin aati hai humein aapke saath khade rehne mein.

Aapke jaisa ghatiya aur bhusdil insaan humne kabhi nhi dekha. Hum soch bhi nhi sakta hai ki aap humpe itne bade ilzaam laga rhe hai voh bhi aapke khud ke banaye hue theories se. You are a pathetic person Aditya. I am sorry  the day that I thought I would stay happily with you. You are rotten to the core. Aapke dimag mein kabhi kuch acha aa hi nhi sakta kyunki aapka dil hi patthar ka hai. Aap jaise insaan ke saath koi kyun rehna chahega.

Aap kabhi kisi achi cheez ko apne paas rakh hi sakte because you are a negative soul. Aapko bas doosron ki khushiyan cheenana aata hai. You are tumor for everyone and for yourself. You will destroy everyone around you. Pata nhi Mrinalini kaise rehti hai aapke saath.
Na toh aap ek ache bhai the, na toh ek responsible doctor aur ek hadh se zyada bekar pati hai aap. Aapke paas reh kar humara dum ghut rha hai Aditya Hooda."

Aditya shouted and said "Toh khadi kyun ho. Jaao yahan se. Tumhare jaise cheaters ke saath mujhe ghar basane ka koi shock nhi hai. Nikal jaao yahan se aur Sahir ke saath ek nayi zindagi shuru karo."

She pushed him and said "Khabardaar Aditya. Jitna bolna tha bol liya aapne. Humein bhi yahan nhi rehna. But I am glad you didnt make me break my promise. I had promised I won't leave you so I am happy you have unchained me from your promise. Khuda afiz Aditya Hooda
Hum allah se yehi dua karenge ki aapki shakal hum kabhi zindagi mein na dekhe.

Aap mare, jiye humein koi farak nhi padta. Bas humare zindagi mein kabhi mat aayiyega. Humare beech jo tha voh aaj aapne akele hi khatam kar diya.Aapko aapka akelapan mubarak ho."

She was about to leave when she turned around and said "And by the way Happy Anniversary Aditya. Aapke jaisa pati humare dushman ko bhi na mile."

She left the room and Aditya threw everything around him clutched his hair and shouted "Aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh".

Zoya went outside the house and caught a tree and cried her heart out. Everything was over in a matter of few minutes. She had lost everything. She hit her head on the tree and fell down and started rocking to and fro recalling all the incidents that had happened.

How will this mess ever clear?
