This is serious. Things are escalating way too fast here and it's getting hard for me to keep up with it and explain it all. So please bare with me.

There's clear rules in the Indian constitution which says, ,,No discrimination against someone for their race, gender, religion or caste"

does the Indian government follow that rule? no, they've discriminated against Muslims so many times. This is only one of the rules and laws they've broken.

There's equality, ,,It means all citizens are equal before the law"
but then again, the Indian government has made a ,amendment' act which makes it that Muslims can't get Indian citizenship. Second law they've broken.

There's the right to freedom of Religion in articles 25 to 28 in the Indian constitution. But as said before, Muslims aren't legally allowed to have Indian citizenship anymore so this is the third law they've broken.

Then there's secularism, which is extremely important.
But since Modi is wanting a ,Hindu Rashtra' that means this is the forth law they've broken.

The Indian government has broken 4 whole laws of the Indian constitution. But you know why no one has done anything about it?

because the Preamble of the constitution which includes this stuff as well can NOT be enforced in the court in case of its violation.

And the government knows that very well. Do you see what power they have over us citizens?

and the fact we have the most detailed constitution in the world, but it can't be enforced in court if its violated. Means that if the government wanted, they could declare a state of emergency.

Which would give dictator-like powers to the PM. And if that happens, this country will be done for. Because we citizens will have no power against him.

And our constitution declares us as a democracy, but this isn't what a real democracy is meant to be like is it?
no, it isn't. So our country will be left hopeless if a state of emergency is declared.
