Bhutan was born into a human family
when they realized she had the same genetic disorder as the first CLHs did, she was adopted by the Royal family and official became a CH

She never developed a flag so that's why she covers her face with her country's flag

Also from her human family, Nepal is her nephew
He had the same condition as her but eventually did develop a flag and then travelled to the Kingdom of Nepal and became an official CH after the K.N ended.
