Cat's POV

The others are confused at my actions so I turn my staff around to show them what I've discovered.

"How have we never thought of that before!?" Ladybug exclaims.

"I don't know, but at least we figured it out now."

"I'm sorry, what does that mean?" Carapace asks.

"Oh, right. We can track any active miraculous, so since Hawkmoth must be transformed, or recently been, we can track him."

"Wow! That's really cool!" Rena says.

"Yeah. So, are we ready?"

"I'm ready!" Ladybug shouts

"We're ready!" The others say in unison.

"Ready as I'll ever be." I growl.

We all start jumping toward my house, until we get to the roof across from it.

"Okay, here we go. Voyage!" I say.

The portal opens up, and I hope it's able to get us to a place where we don't just pop up next to Hawkmoth, but a hidden area.

We quickly go through the tunnel of light and end up in a dark room.

"Kaalki, Plagg, divide!" I say, and my costume goes back to normal, and Kaalki rests on my shoulder.

I give her the apple, and she eats most of it while we sit and watch.

We had landed at the start of a long walkway that stretched out before us to a strange area with bushes, roots, and an odd tube.

Wonder that's for?

"So I assume that's where butterfly boy keeps his akumas?" Carapace says.

"I guess. But the real question is, where is y/n? And Hawkmoth of course." I mutter.

"Don't worry, Cat. We'll find her." Ladybug tries to assure me.

"I know. I just want to hurry with it."

"So, let's figure out a plan. What should we do?" She says, taking charge.

"Well first, we should probably go over there, to see what there is." I say.

"Good enough start. Let's go."

We all slip quietly over, and start looking.

I glance behind the bush, and that's when I see her.

After knocking you out, Hawkmoth had tied you to a chair behind some bushes and a long tube.

And there you'd sat, hoping against hope that Cat Noir and the rest of his superhero team would figure out you were missing, and be able to find you.

Hawkmoth hadn't really caused you any physical pain, other than when he hit you over the head, and tied the ropes too tight. 

But he has caused mental pain.

"Oh ho, when Cat Noir and his friends come I'm gonna take their miraculouses, no matter what! Even if I have to-" he leans in and whispers in your ear "-kill."

That was awful enough to listen to, but then he'd rambled on about how he wanted to make them suffer for standing in his way.

He was making sure to use Cat's name, knowing that would cut all the more deeper.

After hearing your begs not to do any if it, he'd gagged you and left, saying he had to prepare something.

Now you sit there, trying to get the gag away, but having no luck.

Suddenly, "Y/n?" you hear a whisper.

You turn your head as best as you can, trying to look at the bushes Hawkmoth had turned you away from, only letting you stare into darkness.

"Y/n! You're ok!" Unable to clearly see him, but able to recognize the voice, your heart flutters.

Cat Noir has found you!

He doesn't even bother going around the bush, instead leaps over and lands in front of you.

"Oh y/n, I thought, I thought he might've hurt you, or even worse!"

He quickly throws his arms around you, until you start making grunting noises.

"Oh right, just a sec."

He pulls the fabric away from your mouth, and unties the ropes.

As soon as you can move you tackle him.

Off balancing him, the two of you topple over, arms around each other.

"Cat, I had no idea how long it'd be before I saw you again, and then Hawkmoth knocked on my window, and I'd thought it was you, so I let him in, then he hit me over the head and dragged me here, and, oh, I'm just so glad to see you!" You quickly say to him.

"I'm sorry, he. What?" Cat has a crazed look in his eye, and his tone is oddly calm, but surprisingly that makes him sound more menacing.

"Um, he knocked on my window, and I let him in, because I thought it was you."

"No, after that."

"He knocked me over the head?"

"He is going to regret that!" He growls through clenched teeth.

"It's ok, I'm fine, now that you're here, especially." You can feel the heat creeping up your cheeks, even if this is no time for blushing.

"I'm much better too, now that I know you're alright." He says, squeezing you tighter.

"Ahem." Someone clears their throat from behind the bush.

You look up and see Ladybug staring at you and Cat.

"I know that you two are happy to see each other and all, but we have to find Hawkmoth."

"Right, sorry." Cat says sheepishly.

"So um, should I just hang out here, or...?" You ask.

"Oh yeah! Y/n l/n, here is the miraculous of the horse, which grants you the power of teleportation. You must use it for the greater good, and return it to me when the job is done. I can trust you, right?" Cat Noir says as he's holding out a pair of glasses.

"Whoa... Of course you can trust me!"

"Then take these."

He gives you the glasses and after putting them on a bright flash appears, until it melts into a small horse.

"Hello, I'm Kaalki. Are you someone important or famous?"

"I'm y/n, but no, not famous or important."

"Don't worry, Kaalki, she's perfect." Cat says with a soft look, making you slightly blush.

"Ok. To transform you must say 'Full gallop' and to use your power you say 'Voyage'."

"Got it. Kaalki, full gallop!"

After transforming, you look at yourself as best you can.

You have a brown and white suit, with the body being brown, and the arms and legs white.

You feel your head, you have horse ears, and around your waist is a tail, very similar to an actual horse's.

On your back is a horseshoe, which must the weapon.

"Cool!!"

"Yeah..." Cat says, and you look at him.

He seems to have a light blush, and is somewhat staring.

"Uhh, Cat? Everything ok?" You ask.

"Oh, yeah! Everything's great! So, you ready?"

"Definitely. Let's go kick his butt-erflies!" You say with a giggle, making Cat laugh and Ladybug groan.

"Come on, you two. You can swap puns later!" She says.

Cat walks up to you and holds out his hand.

"You ready to fight?"

"Always." You answer as you take his hand.

"Let's go then." He says and the two of you walk past the bushes and towards the others.

"Ok everyone, this is the girl Hawkmoth took hostage, she's gonna help us defeat him." Cat introduces you.

"Hi dudette!" Carapace says.

"Um, hey everyone," You say, waving a little.

"So what's your name?" Rena Rouge asks.

"Hmm, Equina. Yeah, Equina." You say, having to think for a moment.

"Cool. So let's get started. Equina, when was Hawkmoth last here?" Ladybug asks.

"Um, he's been gone about 30ish minutes."

"Okay, so where did he go?"

"I don't know, he said he was going to prepare something."

"Probably some kind of trap for us." Cat suggests.

"Yeah. So we all need to be on high alert! Ok, follow me." Ladybug says, taking charge.

Cat drops your hand, and the whole team follows Ladybug down the long path.

Just as you're all reaching the other end, you notice what seems to be an elevator coming down.

"Uhh, guys? What's that?" You ask, pointing.

"Must be Hawkmoth. Quick, hide so we can jump him!" Cat says.

Everyone quickly runs to either side of the elevator tube, three on each side.

The chamber comes to a halt and Hawkmoth steps out and starts down the path.

Everyone looks at each other, and after a few hand signals and gestures, the plan is agreed on.

Sneak up behind him, and tackle.

One by one, the team peels into a line, going single file, but close together.

But after all the time it took to distinguish the plan, Hawkmoth had reached the bushes and found you missing.

"Ah, my young friends must have arrived sooner than expected. Very well, no time like the present to take some miraculouses!" He monologs to himself.

You look at Cat and do a circular motion beside your head, making him bite his lips to hold in the laughter.

Cat's POV

I look back to Hawkmoth as he turns and sees us, halfway across the pathway.

"Oh, hello! So nice of you to join me!" He says cheerfully.

We all stop and look at each other skeptically.

I've haven't heard my father sound this cheerful in years.

Not since before Mom disappeared.

"Drop the games, Hawkmoth. Give us your miraculous!" I say.

"No, I think I'll keep it. Yours too!"He replies.

"You are seriously outnumbered here, just give up!" Viperon says, which is like, the second time he's spoken since he's been here.

"Why should I?"

"Because it'll be easier for all of us?" Y/n, er, Equina says.

"Oh, I've never seen you before, wait, you're the one who messed up my most powerful akuma, right?"

"Um, I guess. I'm the one you took hostage!? Remember that?"

"Ah, yes. That was easier than I'd expected."

"Well, I can't say I was waiting for you."

"No, that's what made it easier. Obviously."

I think he's gone crazy, he's being so cheerful, it's creepy. 

Hopefully we can get him help or something.

"Dude, you are psycho. You can't just kidnap people!" Carapace states.

"Oh, can it, Shelly!" Hawkmoth retorts.

"Ok, Hawkmoth, just give us yours, and Mayura's miraculous already!" Ladybug says.

"No! Give me all of your miraculouses!"

"We are obviously not going to give them to you. Don't even ask." I say.

"Maybe this will change your mind. I do have a reason for everything I've done, I don't just want the miraculous to take over the world or something, like some comic book villain. I just want to mend my family."

He actually seems sincere, which is a change.

"Well this isn't the way to do it!" I tell him.

"But it is! My son, I've pushed him away, his mother was the only thing keeping us together. And now that she's gone I have nobody."

Jeez, he talks like I'm dead or something.

"What happened to your wife?" I say skeptically.

Does he know what happened to mom?

"Let me show you."

He presses a button on tube, and it splits in the middle reviling a sort of coffin, that has a body.

But not just any body.

It's my mother's body.

"Is... Is she dead?" I quietly ask.

"No, she's on life support. But she will be if I can't make that wish!"

"For every wish there is a price to pay, every action has a reaction. If you make that wish someone else will enter this comatose state. It could even be your son."

"I know. That's a chance I'm willing to take."

"Seriously!? You care more about your half dead wife than your actual, living son?! That's sick!" I fume at him.

Y/n, who's been standing beside me can sense I'm about to go off and takes my hand in hers and strokes her thumb across it.

It calms me some, but I'm still angry at him.

I miss her too, but I would never do something like this.

No matter how upset I get with my dad, I wouldn't put his life in danger.

I feel my glare harden, and I pull my hand away from y/n's as I walk towards my father.

"You are severely outnumbered. Just give up."

"I will not give up until I get my wife!"

"Fine. Hard way it is."

"What?" He says, right as I kick him in the chest.

It surprises him, so he's sent flying backwards into a bush.

Ladybug quickly runs up to try and get his miraculous, but as she's reaching he grabs her arm and tosses her.

She crashes into the wall and starts falling, but quickly catches her yo-yo around the railing of the pathway.

"You just crossed a line, bub!" Rena hisses at him and runs while taking out her flute.

She tries to hit him in the head with it, but he yanks it and since her grip on it was so tight she's thrown as well.

Carapace immediately flies off the handle and throws his shield right at his chest.

It knocks the wind out of him enough for me to run up, but as I'm reaching for his brooch he grabs my wrist and tries to get my ring.

"No!" I try to wrench my hand back from him, but he's stronger.

He has ahold of my ring now, and I can't call for Cataclysm, I'm not going to disintegrate my father.

With Hawkmoth holding one wrist, with that hand clenched tightly in a fist, and the other hand trying to pry him off, I can't move.

But then a horseshoe comes flying through and knocks Hawkmoth right in the temple.

Everything happened so fast, first Ladybug had gotten thrown, Rena Rouge ran up, she too getting tossed, then Carapace threw his shield and Cat went to try to get Hawkmoth's miraculous, and is now being held by the wrist trying to keep hold on his ring.

You don't know what to do, and you're the only one unoccupied.

Viperon is helping Ladybug, Carapace with Rena, and you're left wondering how to help Cat.

You remember the horseshoe attached to your back and grab it, then with the best aim you can muster, toss it at Hawkmoth and hope it doesn't hit Cat Noir.

It finds it's target well, leaving Hawkmoth staggering back, loosing his grip on Cat's arm.

Cat pulls away and reaches for his miraculous.

Luckily Hawkmoth is still dazed, as he'd been hit to the temple.

Cat grabs the brooch, but as he's pulling it Hawkmoth regains enough sense to grab his wrist again, but Cat has a strong hold on the miraculous, and when Hawkmoth pulls his hand, he ultimately pulls away his own miraculous.

There's a bright purple flash, then there stands a normal looking man with red pants, a white shirt, and hair slicked back to a point.

"No!" He shouts and tries to reach to get the miraculous back, but Cat throws it to you with a shout of your super name.

You grab it out of the air, and the man let's go of Cat and starts to come for you, but is picked up and tossed.

Cat literally threw him into the tube thing, which had revealed a woman inside.

"Dang." You whisper.

Cat's superhearing must have heard you though, as he starts laughing.

You walk forward and stand beside him, while Ladybug wraps her string around the man and the cylinder.

"He's hurt you enough today. I told you he was gonna regret it." Cat says with a smile.

"Yeah, you did. But I didn't expect you to toss the guy!" You can't help but laugh.

"Eh, he deserved it, to be honest. Not only does he terrorize Paris on the daily, he is a horrible father. I know his son, and he tells me he's always neglected and Mr. Agreste here barely even speaks with him."

"Wow, that's awful." You say.

"Yeah, bro. I know his son too, he's a good dude. I just wonder how he's gonna take all this." Carapace says.

"Me too, I'm sure this'll be hard for him." Ladybug replies with a concerned look.

"I wonder if he's here?" Rena asks.

"Should we check?" Viperon wonders.

"Uhh no! I think Adrien would probably be asleep now, right? Let's not wake him." Cat says quickly.

"He's right, he probably had a busy day, with modeling and all." Ladybug states.

It seems everyone here knows the Adrien boy, except you.

Wait-

Adrien? As in the one you theorized is Cat?

Is that who they're talking about?

You replay the conversation in your head, and yes, you decide it's him.

Wasn't the boy's last name Agreste?

And he was a model, that's why bff/n had been so upset that you didn't know him.

"What are puzzling over, Equina?" Cat says, looking down at your quizzical face.

"Oh, nothing. I was just thinking about something. It's unrelated."

"Ookay. So now what do we do?" Cat asks the rest of the group.

"Take him to jail, right? What charges would he even have?" Ladybug questions in return.

"Well, even without the charges of being Hawkmoth, which could add up to what? Child abuse? Since I know I'm under 18, and so is Equina. And kidnapping! But even without that, we could get him for child labor, since he forces his son to work without pay. Unless we count normal, necessity stuff, like food." Cat lists.

"So either way, we should take him in?" Rena asks.

"Yeah. Anybody got some handcuffs or anything?" Carapace says.

"Hold on, maybe I can get some. Lucky Charm!" Ladybug calls for her power.

And actually does get a pair of cuffs.

She puts them on Hawkmoth, who must've hit his head when Cat threw him, because he's out cold.

"So how are we getting outta here?" You ask.

Cat laughs and says, "That's what your power is for. Remember what it was?"

"Oh yeah! Voy-" You're cut off, as someone says, "Wait! What about the other one?"

Rena, the speaker, gets questioning looks from everyone, until Carapace asks "What other one?"

"The other miraculous! Didn't he have an accomplice?"

"Yes. He did." A voice behind you speaks and everyone turns.

Behind you stands a blue woman, with a feathery outfit on.

You can't recall seeing her, but she seems familiar.

"Mayura! So glad you showed up!" Ladybug chirps.

"Me too..." Hawkmoth slurs, finally waking up.

"Let's just get this over with. Give us the peacock back." Cat says, sounding tired.

"No, you give me your miraculouses, and the butterfly back!"

"We're not gonna do that." You state.

"Ohh, are you our little guest?" The blue woman says, finally noticing you.

"Apparently. Now I'm tired, so let's just make this easy." You reply.

"I agree. So, be a good little team and hand them over." She says.

"Do we really have to go through this?" Rena asks.

"Well, if you'd just-" Mayura tries to speak but is cut off by Cat Noir.

"We're not giving you anything, except a one way trip to prison. Cataclysm!" He calls for his power and holds his hand out to her.

"Now, hand it over. I'd like to take both back, not just one." He walks closer and closer to her, keeping his hand far enough away so that he doesn't touch her, but near enough she won't try to run.

"This isn't necessary is it? Let's not lose our heads here." She says, a worried tint in her voice.

"Agreed, so just give me your miraculous, and I'll just get rid of this." Cat says while waving his hand.

Before she can answer she breaks into a fit of coughs and doubles over, leaving her miraculous unguarded.

Cat Noir quickly snatches it off her, and in the blue flash that follows, the woman stands up and tries to take the brooch back, but can't as Cat throws it to Ladybug, who is closest.

"No! I need that!" She yells.

"You don't." Cat tells her.

"So now what do we do? We don't have anymore cuffs." Ladybug asks.

"Uhh... Oh! I know!" Cat replies.

He quickly passes the struggling woman to Ladybug and destroys a leaf that was on the ground, since he didn't need the Cataclysm.

Then he takes off his tail and wraps it around the woman, and buckles it.

"Okay. Equina, can you get us to the police station?" Cat requests.

"Yeah! Voyage!" You say while making a circular motion with your hands.

A portal appears and you stick you head through it, finding it leads to the front of the police station.

"Come on guys, it's the right spot!" You say enthusiastically, happy your first try was correct.

First Rena Rouge and Carapace go through, then Ladybug and Cat, who are holding onto the villains, then Viperon and you.

That way, there will be someone to catch either of the older people in case they try to run, and because you have to go last to close the portal.

"Hey, good job fighting. You're really good at throwing." Viperon says to you as you walk through together.

"Oh, thanks. I was just hoping to not hit Cat."

He laughs while nodding, earning a questioning glance from Cat Noir, who's just ahead.

You smile at him and he returns it before turning back to Hawkmoth, as he'd insisted he be the one to walk him.

When all six of the heroes walked into the station, leading two tied up adults, the officers were definitely surprised.

"Um, what's this?" One asked.

"This, is the people who have been terrorizing Paris these last two years." Ladybug says.

"Wow, you finally caught them!?" The same officer rhetorically asks. 

"Yup." Cat answers anyway.

The one you assume to be the chief says, "Good work everyone. Let's take them in."

OH MY KWAMI THIS IS LONG! And sorry if the fight stuff was kinda disappointing, I'm HORRIBLE at fight scenes.
