Adrien's POV

I wait until I'm pretty sure the others are asleep, then quietly transform and sneak out my window.

Though I took all the regular precautions, I feel like I'm being watched.

So before I left, I put some pillows in my bed, to make it look like I was asleep.

It's probably stupid, but better safe than sorry.

As I make my way to y/n's house, I can't shake the feeling.

Just to be safe, I run around a few different buildings, take a couple alleys, before finally arriving.

I knock on the balcony door and immediately feel better when she opens it.

"Hey Kitty!" She says.

"Hi Angel!" I say and hug her.

"What's this about?"

"What, can't I just hug my girlfriend?" I tease.

"Yeah, it was just sudden, that's all."

"Well I missed you!"

"Didn't I just see you like, yesterday?"

"You know what I mean!"

"Yeah yeah. Come on, I have cookies!"

"Ooh!!"

You giggle at his excitement and walk over to your desk, where the cookies are.

"Here, take however many you want." You offer.

To which he immediately grabs three and starts downing them.

"You act like you haven't eaten in days!" You say with a laugh.

"Don't judge, cookies are a gift that must be enjoyed!"

"You're not wrong."

He chuckles, and finishes off two more, as you eat some.

"Did you make these?" He asks.

"Made, opened a pack, what's the difference?"

"True." He laughs.

"So you're kinda late, what kept you?"

"Oh, I just had to wait for my family to go to bed, I'm having some relatives over so it may be later for a while, they don't know how long they're staying."

"Ohh, fun fun."

"Yeah, it's just a cousin and aunt, luckily."

"That's good, not too many."

"Yeah."

As you sit and talk, eating cookies and having fun, someone else is forming a plan.

Third person Felix POV

Felix stood outside Adrien's door, cup to his ear, listening.

He couldn't forget that voice Adrien was talking to.

After a while of quiet, he was about to go to bed, deciding this was stupid, when he heard movement.

"Ok, Plagg. They should be asleep." Adrien whispers

"Yippee. Can't you just stay in bed?" That raspy voice says.

Who, or what is Plagg? Felix thinks to himself.

"Nope! We're gonna go see y/n!"

"Ooh, will she give me cheese?!"

"We'll see. Claws out!"

Y/n? That's the name of the girl from the park!

He notes the odd whooshing sound that comes after the phrase 'claws out' and then the window opening.

He cracks the door open, just in time to see a black figure mid-air.

Cat Noir?

Quickly and quietly as possible, he runs outside, spotting the same figure jumping from roof to roof.

Deciding to follow, he takes off running.

After going around way too many alleys for his liking, the figure, definitely Cat Noir, he decides, stops on the balcony of a house.

What is he doing?

After knocking, the door opens.

Felix crouches behind a nearby trash bin, not wanting to be seen.

"Hey Kitty!" The girl who opens the door says.

He notices it is the girl from the park.

"Hi Angel!" Cat says back, and hugs her.

"What's this about?"

Aren't they dating? Why is she surprised?

"What, can't I just hug my girlfriend?" Cat asks.

"Yeah, it was just sudden, that's all."

Not very affectionate, huh? Too busy threatening people.

"Well I missed you!"

"Didn't I just see you like, yesterday?"

"You know what I mean!"

"Yeah yeah. Come on, I have cookies!"

"Ooh!!"

What a nerd.

Still though, a nerd with a girlfriend.

How did he manage to snag her?

Because he's a superhero?

And that's just what he plans to find out.

Felix watches Adrien all day, as inconspicuously as possible.

I can't believe my nerdy cousin is a superhero.

"Where you going?" Felix asks, watching Adrien leaving with a duffle bag.

"Fencing practice." Adrien replies shortly.

"Can I come? You said you'd take me."

"Did I? I mean, sure. Come on. Hopefully my instructor won't mind too much."

"It'll be fine. Let's go."

They go to the car, where the bodyguard is waiting.

"Fencing practice, please." Adrien says.

Felix watches as Adrien looks out the window, occasionally glancing down at his bag.

What's so important in there?

"Are you going to wanna fence, or just watch?" Adrien asks.

"I'm going to fence. We'll see who's really the best."

"You're seriously going to fight Kagami?"

"Of course."

"Whatever."

Adrien's POV

When we arrive I get out and quickly go inside to change, and make sure Plagg is safely hidden.

When I go out of the locker room Felix is talking to Mr. d'Argecourt.

From the looks of it, Felix is allowed to fence for today.

He goes off to find a saber and outfit, while I go over to Kagami.

"Hello, Adrien." She says.

"Hey Kagami, um, just a warning, my cousin Felix is here and he wants to fence you."

"What? Why?" She looks startled.

"Well, he was asking what I do for fun, I said fence, he wanted to know if I was any good, so I told him that you and I were the top students. He's probably going to fight me, as well."

"Does he even know how?"

"I'm not sure."

"Either way, I'll fight him. Good or not."

"Thanks. Hopefully this'll be the last time he comes."

"Is he visiting you?"

"Yes, his mother is my mom's sister, so they're here while mom is in the hospital."

"Oh. I'm sorry, by the way. About all that's happened for you."

"Thanks, but I'm ok. I just hope my mother will be alright."

"Me too."

"I'm just lucky to have such good friends like you, to be there for me." I say, smiling.

"Yes, of course." She returns the smile, although it's small.

"So, you must be Kagami? Adrien says you're the best fencer here." Felix says as he walks up, fully dressed in fencing gear.

"Yes, I've been training my whole life." Kagami states.

"Ok then. Let's fight!"

They immediately get into position, and I have to admit, I'm surprised.

I wasn't expecting Felix to actually know much.

But he does, and they go back and forth for a good while, before Kagami finally wins.

"I told you that you wouldn't be able to beat her!" I tease.

"Yeah yeah. Now let's see how you do!"

After our fight, we all go get some water.

I look to see how Felix seems to be taking getting beaten twice, and unsurprisingly, he looks sour.

"He wasn't bad." Kagami says, as we leave.

"Nah. Hopefully he doesn't come here to improve his skills though." I say quietly, trying not to laugh.

"You don't seem to like him much."

"I do, it's just, he's changed alot from when we were kids. He used to be really nice and fun to be around, but now, he reminds me of my father with how stony he is. Unless he's flirting, then he's very expressive." I can't help the eye roll that follows.

"What's wrong with him flirting?"

"He doesn't stop when told no."

"That is a problem." She looks over and slightly glares at him.

He doesn't notice, since he's busy on his phone.

"Yeah, and so is the fact that the only girl I've really seen, well, heard of, him flirting with is my girlfriend."

"Your girlfriend? I didn't know you had a girlfriend."

"Oh yeah, we haven't been together that long. And I don't want Felix to know, so I haven't really told anybody."

"Why shouldn't he know?"

"It'll probably make the flirting worse, I don't know."

"Understandable. I won't tell him, or anyone else for that matter."

"Thanks. I appreciate it."

"No problem. But who is she? Marinette?"

Why would she think that?

"No, she's just friend. You don't know her, I met her while hiding from an akuma." I improvise.

"Oh. Well I hope Felix doesn't bother her anymore. Now, my ride is here. Goodbye, Adrien."

"Bye Kagami!" I call as she leaves.

Finally, The Gorilla pulls up, and Felix and I get in.

As we drive home, Felix asks again if I like Kagami.

"No, Felix. I've already told you. She's just a friend."

"Ok then."

He looks back at his phone, and I roll my eyes.

I just wish I could tell everyone I'm with y/n, then they wouldn't assume I like whatever girl I talk to.
