"So... what did you think?" Nico asked, striding into Hazel's dressing room, dabbing at his face with a wet cloth.
Hazel grinned at him in the mirror. She was in the midst of taking her makeup off - it wasn't nearly as fun as putting it on.
"It was a blast, of course," she said happily.
"Duh," Calypso chimed in from the seat next to Hazel.
Nico opened his mouth to reply, but his phone began ringing. He pulled it out of his pocket and lit up as he read the name.
"Will," he announced, and dashed out of the dressing room.
"Hey, babe!" was all Hazel caught of their conversation.
"Your brother and Will are so cute," Calypso murmured, taking off her fake eyelashes.
"I know," Hazel replied honestly, wiping her hands on a towel.
"HAZEL!" Sherman came flying into the dressing room and threw his arms around Hazel.
"Hi," Hazel laughed, returning her friend's hug.
"Was that not the most amazing thing ever?" He exclaimed.
"Definitely," Hazel replied.
At that moment, there was a knock at the door - Frank was standing in the doorway.
"Sherman!" Calypso exclaimed quickly. "Why don't you come with me?"
The two quickly left the dressing room, leaving Frank and Hazel alone.
"Um... you did good today," Frank mumbled, taking a step forward and looking down.
Hazel blushed. "Thank you."
"Also... I was, um, I was wondering..."
Frank's face was bright red. "Um, would you be my date to the opening night party?"
Hazel almost jumped out of her chair. "Yes!"
Frank blushed even harder; Hazel laughed.
"Great." He took another step forward. "Um, actually, I have to go now, but..."
Hazel smiled at him and stood up.
"Okay. I'll see you later."
"Yeah."
Frank turned and walked down the hall, as as soon as he was out of sight, Hazel ran the other direction.
"CALYPSO! SHERMAN! NICO! GUESS WHAT!"
