JaggerFur pov (9 moons old.)

I stood tall and proud beside Yellow and his sister Salem. We were going to be given new warrior names today. Petal would have been a warrior. Too bad, she was gone.

I snapped out of thought when MorningGlory smiled at me her fur slightly grey color. She asked "JaggerTail what would you like to be? Instead of doing the traditional choice. Im allowing you three to choose your jobs."

I smiled "I'll like to be a deputy." YellowPatch and Salem watch are both confused.

MorningGlory smiled "Deputy Hollowclaws will be your teacher kit may Athena guild you on this wonderful journey."

She walks to Yellow Patch and asked him the same question. She said the same thing to him as she told me

Lastly, she walks to Salem and was asked the same question. She smiled and replied, "I want to be a leader." MorningGlory meows in joy "Then I shall be your teacher." She dismissed us to meet our new teachers.

Salem was chatting to MorningGlory
The two left and went inside MorningGlory's den in the Moon tree.

I saw Hollowclaw waiting for me. I walked over to him as the fluffy male grey tomcat spoke "Hello my new apprentice. For today we are going to explore the forest outside the clan and learn where the borders are located to avoid any accidental trips to the Aries and Poseidon clan." He gets up turns around and leads me outside the clans. The first place we got to is the border of the Poseidon clan.

We stopped at a beach as Hollowclaw smiled and looks down at me "Poseidon clan is very wise and respectful. Please respect the cats that walk along the shorelines or swim in any lakes or rivers. They collect odd objects and will give you fish in return for odd objects." I nodded my head as we turned around and began walking to Aries Meadow.

Winged cats frolic and kits were learning to fly up to the clouds.

My eyes widen and my jaw dropped "When they said cats live in the clouds I didn't actually think they meant it but now I believe It." My mentor chuckled "It's hard to believe but it's very true. These cats are very souls responsible for the weather control. From the harsh winters, rains, and hail to the lovely weather that stay perfect all the time.
These cats can be very violent though if you so much as harm one cat all cats will attack you. They are protective of one another."

A beautiful grey and white cat my age walks over to us "Hello and welcome to Aries Meadow. Im Rainfur." Hollowclaws meows "Hello Rainfur it's pleasure to meet you. Im Hollowclaw and my apprentice is Jaggertail." I smiled and spoke, "Hello Rainfur."

After chatting to Rainfur. Hollowclaw and I began heading back to the clan for the rest of the day.

YellowPatch Pov

I sat beside Jinxlilly as she was helping a kitten with a broken ankle.
She was teaching me how to care for a kit with broken limbs. She used twigs and some cobwebs to wrap around the kit's leg but soon my sister Salem rushed in and was panting "YellowPatch and Jinxlilly we need some help a kit was badly injured by an unknown cat!" I quickly rushed out and Jinxlilly leads the way running ahead of me. I followed behind Jinxlilly. Once we got to the den the mother cat was nuzzling the kitten.

The kitten was out cold from shock and blood loss. Jinxlilly looks back at me and spoke "Go back grab some cobwebs, Yellowberries and sticks, and some moss. Make as many trips as you need outside the clan just be careful not to cross the border as I showed you." I nodded my head and left the den.

I grabbed what I need used some leaves and

--Back With Jaggerfur and Hollowclaw--

Jaggerfur pov

HollowClaw and I were about to reenter the clan but a large short blue-haired cat rushed back us. It sent odd. Hollowclaw looks at me and shouted, "Go back inside the clan now!" I nodded my head and did as told as HollowClaw rushed after the cat.
I saw a group of cats gathered around something small and bleeding.

I felt my ears pinned back. But I snapped out of it when I heard MorningGlory yell "Salem go get Medicine cat to the kits mother den. Jaggerfur get the kit back to its den and mother now!" We both nodded our heads.

I gently picked the kitten up by the scruff of its fur and saw her mother worriedly watching me. I placed the kit down by her feet and she takes him inside. I spoke "Salem gone to fetch the healer she will be back soon."

The mother cat Mist looks at me "Thank you Jaggerfur." I smiled a bit. I turned and rushed back to Morning Glory and spoke: "MorningGlory HollowClaw is.." I was cut off Hollowclaw smiled "No worried kit I toke care of our pest problem." He spoke and shake his fur. I had a bad feeling settling in the pit of my stomach.

"Okay. HollowClaw can I speak to MorningGlory alone please?" He nodded his head and left the den.

I looked at MorningGlory "I can sense your uneasy feeling kit what seems to be the problem?" She laid down as Salem walks in as I spoke "I don't think that HollowClaw. He never shakes his fur around any cat."

Salem was confused as she sat down beside MorningGlory "Maybe he finally getting more comfortable. I talk to Hollowclaw a few times in the past and he does seem a bit off. I'll agree with Jaggerfur about that but Hollowclaw seems fine otherwise."

I looked at Salem and MorningGlory and spoke: " With your permission MorningGlory, I want to keep a close eye on Hollowclaw."

MorningGlory lightly shakes her head and replies "No Jaggerfur. Every Cat needs their privacy. Do not snoop around in his den I mean it." I felt my ears pin back "Yes Leader." I bowed and turned around and left MorningGlory's den.
