I want to thank you all, If you have spread the word about the club, which introduced the new members. I greatly appreciate all the help you guys have gave about spreading the word about the club. I would also like to thank @clemen_cooper for stepping in for the role of becoming an admin for the club. They will be helping me with assignment prompts, answering any questions I do not see, and keeping an eye out for new applicants as well as seeing who has done their weekly assignments. If anyone else would like to become an admin, let me know through direct messages.

I appreciate everyone that has stayed active and does their assignments weekly. Seeing that makes me happy that people are willing to spend time and effort into this club. Lastly I would like you all to keep spreading word about the club and letting us get new members in.

Since I have made two different forms, and you get assigned with a reader only, They will read your books but you do not have to do anything with them. They are here to give more feedback and find different books to read.

Before we get to the groupings, I have yet to announce the BOTW. This week is going to be LunarAquarius and her book Killer Instinct: Carrier Unleashed. EVERYONE will read 2-3 chapters of her book and leave helpful feedback about the chapters they have read. So in retrospect, you have a total of four books to read within a week, it is not that hard and can be completed easily. I understand that life gets in the way and if you need an extension, I will gladly give you a few more days, but if you do not complete it within the time frame I gave you, you will receive a mark for not completing that weeks assignment. Marks do add up, so be careful.

These are the current groups for this weeks assignments. For those who are new and hopefully have read the rules and the form section. You will have to read 2 chapters of each others books for your assignment. You will need to use the #CSBC and tag me @TheShadow225 when making your comments.

That was a good starting chapter. The characters seem to come alive and you could pick out what their personality might be. There were a few grammar mistakes here and there but that can easily be fixed when going back through and editing. I especially liked this part where so and so became friends with the other mc.

Overall when making your comments, try and be as specific as possible, but also be constructive. We do not want anyone to feel ashamed or bad about their writing. We are here to help everyone improve their writing skills.

We are also going to start having contests!!!

The first contest clemen__cooper and I decided to come up with is a short story contest. The genre of the contest is horror and it has to take place during a winter storms night. This contest is to help break out of your shell and write something you are not used to. We are trying to help with your writing techniques and use of descriptions to bring us fully into your story. There are awards, though we haven't fully decides what they should be, but for right now, you will receive a shout out on both mine and clemen__cooper wall. You will also receive some helpful feedback about a book of your choosing, it will take some time for both of us to read the story you want us to, but it will get done. Lastly this short story contest ends in 3 weeks time, if you are interested in doing the short story, either p.m me or clemen__cooper or leave a comment down below.
