"Astraea! Wake up. Astraea Idona Nuria Lexiss, You have an half an hour to get down here, finish breakfast, and get out that door!" My mother commanded. She said my full name, so she must've been in a bad mood because of my siblings.

"Okay!" I yell then sighs. I mumble while going to my bathroom. Yawning, I hop into the shower.

"Done!" I finish eating my cereal, now only 35 minutes until I have to be at school.

"Bye Ma! Bye Da! Bye Bro! Bye Sis! Bye pets!" I yell, adding "Love ya!" afterwards.

"Bye sweetie. Love you." My mom answers, while my siblings, dogs, and cats ignore my speech.

"Bye. Love you. Don't let anyone trick you, also don't flirt! At all!" My dad demands the last part in a teasing matter, I think.

"Okay~" I say in a sing-song voice, while letting the door slam.

I hum walking to the 'T' in the road. I stop to look before crossing. But as I look to the right, I notice a dog limping. So, naturally, me being a kind soul, I run to him or her, but stop three feet away.

"You poor thing! Come here, little one." I slowly and carefully walk to him/her, I think it's a him.

"I won't hurt you, good boy." I say as he doesn't growl or show any signs of violence.
I touch his left leg, the one he was limping on, and a bright white glow surrounds his leg. Odd. But whatever, it seems his leg is better?

Sighing and shaking my head, I continue my walk to school. Odd and strange phenomenons have been happening around me for awhile. 

Anyways, time to go to Lily's, then William's! Yay~!

"BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP"
"AH BE QUIET ALARM!!!"
*SMASH*- ugh, I hate that thing.... and now I gotta wake up....
Walking down stairs, I immediately go to the kitchen and make some breakfast.

"Oops, this is flour, not sugar"- and I'm too tired to read labels correctly apparently. I get up way too early for when I go to sleep....Well, early is on time I guess.

Quickly eating, I prepared everything I needed for school included fresh clothes and fell asleep on the couch, wait who am I narrating my life to? Eh whatever, maybe my lack of sleep is causing mental issues. Well, time to get in some more sleep before one of THOSE two come by.....

Skipping up to a red door, I heard a crash from inside. Ahh! She probably broke something trying to exit again. Kluts. That is what she is.

"STARY!" She lets out a breath as she exits her house. Hmm, saying my nickname that only two people are allowed to say. Ahh, of course she uses her 'childhood friend' status to say it.

"Lil!" I announce, instead of Lily Amity. She uses my nickname, so I use her's! MWAHAHAHA!Ehm, sorry.

"Hmpf! It's Lily" She pouts while saying so.

"If you says so~" I reply, while looking at her 4'11 build.
Gasping, she is taken aback, and says in an offended voice, "You are sooo not looking at my height?!? Righttttt?"

Laughing, I answer honestly, "I am, anyways! To Williams Ken Blacksmiths"

She sighs, "Do you always have to say our full names whenever you feel like it?"

"YEP!" I then skip to his house.

"William~! I'M HERE TO EAT YOUR SOUL!" I say as I 'break' into his house.

"Stary! Don't just say that, and go in without his permission!" Lily says behind me, outside.

"*Groaning* who's there? Oh....it's you..."- does she have to barge in like that every time? I would prefer if Lily woke me up....at least I can ignore that.

"Awe~ You know you love me!" I say as I jump attack him. Lily still stands outside, but looks like she wants to help him.

"Hey! Get off! I'm not something to jump on nor do I love you!"- Ugh, why~ does she do this I wonder, Lily, Help!

"I'm so sorry William, she's dangerous." Lily says, showing pity on her face.

"I'm about to hit you right between your eyes, and you ain't going to go far in life after that!"- This girl...has no decency!

"You wouldn't! You're too sweet for that Will! You're like a teddy~!" I say as I squish him and jumpoff.

"About as sweet as a war head and I'm not cuddly! I will do it next time, Just try and hold me back!"- I will get her one day! But for now...
"We're gonna be late to school you know? It's time to run."- I'll be punctual.

"Will, she'll out run us" Lily says, as no one notices Astraea looking into space. Astraea has a blank look on her face, which is usually filled of emotion.

"Ok let's go now then, so we only have to jog there."- And we walked out the door, or at least Lily and I did.
"Stary, we're gonna leave you behind, you know? Hello, earth to Stary. This is not a time to be in your own paradise"- of course I'm waving my hand in front of her face as well.

"H-huh? D-did anyone else see that?" My voice shakes as I say that. My eyes are watery. Blinking, I look at my two closest friends.

"You mean the time passing us by? Cause even though I'd like to make myself believe that earth turns slowly, it doesn't, and we are wasting time, so let's go!"- What is she looking at?

"N-no...ehm... I... saw... nevermind. Just my imagination." I state, as Lily looks at me in concern. I hope it was just my imagination. Please, let it be so. I then walk to them, pass by, then start running to school, to make sure no questioning goes on. Tears brems my eyes, as I run.

"Dang it, slow down!"- Just what nightmare was creeping up that corner for her?

Author's Note- Song references all over the place for my character lol. Some more subtle than others. And people, Astraea does not really know about her powers yet, she just knows that there is definitely something strange.
