Lucy P.O.V

I shot out of bed with a gasp. I went to wipe my forehead with sweat but was held back with something heavy. I snapped my eyes open and looked over towards it was and noticed that Natsu was sitting there, holding my hand, on my other side was free space and an open window letting air in. Something was off and I'm feeling a little warm.

Natsu wore a guilty expression as his eyes zoned in on my neck. I slowly reached up and traced my neck. He gulped as my hand brushed something. It felt tingles shoot through my body and I sucked in a breathe as memories washed over me.

"What the fuck Natsu!" I shouted. I know why I feel warm, I'm going into heat. That's one of the most dreadful experiences a Female Dragon could have. Natsu fliched as I ripped myself from his grasp. It pained us both, and I saw him reach out to grab me again. I move away from his grasp in anger. He looked down, saddened.

"I'm sorry." He mumbled, "I don't know what came over me, I just felt like something was wrong, that I needed you in my arms. I didn't want you to leave again." I groaned before getting up and pacing. The pact between us Dragon slayers coming to a rise in my head and I felt Wendy, Laxus, and Gajeel slowly make themselves to the door. I growled loudly.

"You still can't do that! Natsu you know the consequences, you know what happens to female Dragon slayers, you know how dangerous it is!" He flinched back but I continued. "You know this Natsu, and I know that your instincts messed up your decision making but you didn't stop yourself!" My voice cracked in the end.

It became silent as the door opened and the others came in one by one. I glared at each of them, no doubt that my eyes were pure gold, as they shuffled to the corner. The dragon slayers fanded out their wings slightly to cover their mates. Erza and Gray both standed at the door, blocking the only exit besides the window.

"This is so messed up." Natsu muttered, causing my attention to snap back to him. He had curled himself into a ball on the chair, which looks odd with the amount of mucles he had.

"NO SHIT!" Everyone flinched at my scream. I huffed and sat on the edge of the bed. I stared intently at him until he looked back. A gave him a look of frustrating before leaning out the window and clutching my fists tightly. "You knew Natsu."

He flinched violently, along with the other two male Dragon slayers in the room. I got up and walked towards him, ready to Punch him but froze. With a sigh and shake of my head, I slid out of the window and into the night, knowing exactly where to go.

To the rest of the team

"What just happened?" Levy asked quietly. "I've never need Lu-chan so so-" she cut herself off, not knowing how to say it herself.

"Agressive?" Gajeel finished. She nodded and leaned into him.

"That looked like it hurt." Gray spoke silently to himself. The others nod in agreement. "Yo flames-for-brains what did she mean by consequences."

All respective Dragon slayers flinch and shift akwardly. Hoping to get away from the situation as fast as possible. Wendy sat on the bed with a cold look. She looked at them all with fearful eyes. "When a Fedro male Dragon picks a mate of their choosing that's a female and she accepts, she will go imediatly into heat. For three days, her body will spread a thick scent around her, telling her mate and others that she is fertal." They flinch."Meaning as she is ready to get pregnant with another's egg, and if her mate were to back out, another radon dragon or person gets to come in to pregnate her. If she gets pregnant from a different male, she belongs to them."

Everything turned icy cold at the sound of it. Gray tisked his tounge before turning to Natsu's and punching him as hard as he can. Making everyone flinch. "What were you thinking! She can get hurt out there and I swear, if my sister is hurt-"

"I wasn't." Natsu's cut him off, looking down. "I wasn't thinking at all. All I knew that she needed to be in my arms right at that moment and no where near anyone else and when Loki shifted towards her I-" he gulped, "I lost control."

Natsu's growled to himself loudly as the Dragon slayers squeaked and tensed. Natsu's head shit up revealing red eyes. Unexpectedly he flew out the window. Laxus breathed, "We can't feel Lucy."

As the next 3 days passed and Natsu and Lucy was still no were to be found.

Ha! Natsu you deserve that punch.

Were did Lucy go.

Who knows.

After edit: Holy shit. I just covered up a large plot hole and it feels AMAZING. And no, Natsu's did not deserve that punch.
