Synopsis: 

The wall was built to keep people in, but all sixteen-year-old Celeste Navarie wants to do is escape. As the daughter to the First Citizen of Verium, her life is not her own. Celeste wants to be free. There is a world outside her city that she craves to discover. In a turn of events, she is kidnapped and taken from the palace. Far away from her obligations, she has the opportunity to live the adventure she's always wanted. But freedom comes with a price—a price Celeste might not be prepared to pay. Confronted with the truth about Verium, Celeste is forced to unlearn the lies she had been told since birth in her fight for the truth.
