I heard a sound of a guitar being strummed. I turned to my left and pulled Esther into my arms. A smile crept into my face while my eyes were still closed. As long as Esther’s here, I’m fine. I remember the line she told me before I went to sleep. I love you. That was probably it. Wait WHAT?! ESTHER LOVES ME?! HOLY--

I heard someone giggle making eyes shot open expecting my beautiful princess in my arms but I saw a big white pillow? Where’s Esther? I turned my sight to the beautiful girl sitting at the edge of the bed, laughing at me.

“What’s so funny?” I questioned.

“You thought the pillow was me” she giggled. Is she adorable or what? I sat up and smiled at her. She had sheets of paper on the bed, a pen, and was holding the guitar I bought her.

I crawled up to her as she rested her back on my chest and I put my chin on her shoulder. “Song writing?” I asked.

“Mmm-hmm” she hummed strumming some strings and making up a tune. I suddenly remembered the song that Esther wrote at the studio. It was a pretty good one; I think it’ll make a good track.

I let go of my girlfriend and took the sheet that was in the pocket of my jacket. Esther looked at the sheet as I took her side showing her the sheet.

“It’s the song you were writing” I told her.

“Oh right” she said. “I didn’t finish it…” she trailed off taking it from me.

“Can you finish it?” I asked. She looked at me and smiled. God her smile is breath taking. I didn’t speak after that and didn’t hear what she just said.

“Niall?” she snapped me out of my thoughts. “Huh?” “I said I’d finish it if you help me” she giggled. “You weren’t listening again!” she pinched my cheeks.

“That hurt” I pouted. It did hurt really! But the pain soon disappeared when I saw Esther smile again. Seriously, she lights up my world like nobody else.

She started to strum her guitar and sing some lyrics. “Let me” I took the sheet from her and wrote down lyrics that describe how I fell in love with Esther.

Like all those days and weeks and months I tried to steal a kiss

And all those sleepless nights and daydreams where I pictured this,

I'm just the underdog who finally got the girl

And I am not ashamed to tell it to the world

I saw Esther blush when she saw the lyrics I wrote. I smiled at her and brought her into my arms. “Let’s write this way, it’s more comfortable” I suggested. Her back lay against my chest and my chin on her shoulder. I can smell her fragrance and just wished we could stay like this forever.

“How about deeply, truly madly I am, foolishly completely fallen, and somehow you caved all my walls in so baby say you’ll always keep me” I sang as I strummed some chords. Esther for a moment and wrote on the sheet.

“Let’s just change the order, let’s make it, truly madly deeply” she said smiling at me. I swear she just made me soften after that gorgeous smile.

“O-Ok—that’s great” I stammered. Damn, I can’t even pronounce words properly. We continued song writing and came up with great lyrics. Mostly, Esther was the one who wrote them; she’s a song writing genius.

“It’s a beautiful song” I commented hugging her from the back; my hands clamped on her stomach. She put her hands on mine and turned her head to face me. I was surprised that she planted a soft kiss on her lips.

I blushed as she pulled away from me. oh god what is happening to me. “I-I’m sorry Niall…” her eyes had guilt in them.

“No, I’m sorry, I shouldn’t acted that way, it was your secret to keep, I have no right” I looked down playing with Esther’s fingers. She pulled her hands from mine and embraced me in a tight hug making us fall down on the bed.

“I heard what you said last night” I smirked remembering her words. She put her chin on my chest and looked at me straight in the eye. “You told me you love me” with that she blushed immediately and buried her face on my chest.

“It’s true anyway” she replied and looked at me again. “I love you Niall--” I kissed her after she said my name. She was taken surprised at first but instantly kissed back. I put my arms around her waist while her hands cupped my cheek.

We continued doing so when someone interrupted AGAIN. Man, when can I make-out with her without being interrupted. I decided to ignore the person who entered the room and continued to kiss Esther.

“Uh hello??” Ian’s voice spoke making Esther pull back. Thanks a lot Ian.

“Go away Rogue” Esther told him and went back to kissing me. Ha, can’t interrupt us now!

“I’ll take a picture of you guys” he threatened as Esther pulled away again. I swear I’m going to kill—“Go ahead” Esther said and did the same gesture as before.

“I made oreos in pancakes!” Ian announced making Esther completely pull away from me. aw man.

“Oreo pancakes!” she screeched jumping from the bed, leaving me and Ian in the room. The only thing that can stop her is food; like me; hey we’re meant to be!

“Heated make-out session” Ian commented smirking at me.

“Oh shut up” I rolled my eyes at him throwing a pillow which he caught. He walked towards the bed and saw the new song me and Esther wrote together.

“Ooh new song” I tried to pull it away from him but he beat me and started to read it. “Truly madly deeply I am foolishly completely fallen” he read the first line of the chorus. “Let me guess; the Nesther love”

“It describes our relationship perfectly!” I grinned, proud at the song me and Esther wrote.

“I know” he chuckled. “Just take care of her” he turned serious. “I don’t want seeing her upset or crying or else” he paused. “Have you ever been starved?” My eyes widened at his sudden change of expression. It looked threatening…

“I’ll never make her cry, promise” I took an oath. “Cross my heart, hope to die” I draw an imaginary cross on my chest and held my hand high.

“Good” Ian smiled. We were interrupted by Esther entering the room and grabbing both of our wrists.

“Come on guys, Liam won’t allow me to eat until we’re complete come on!” she pulled us both and successfully pulled us to our feet. “Yay! C’mon let’s eat!” she cheered running out of the room.

“She never changed” Ian shook his head. Esther returned at the doorstep and placed her hands on her hips. “LET’S GO I’M HUNGRY!” she hollered as both me and Ian flinched and moved.

“Yes ma’am” we chorused.

 "Wait Esther" she stopped. "I love you too" I smiled at her.
