Chapter 10 (Edited)
Once you and Kyoya exit the building, you notice a very conspicuous black limosneen pulled up to the curb. You had your suspicions as to who it belonged to. Your suspicions were confirmed when Kyoya leads you over to it. As you approach the vehicle, The door is swung open and a very short and adorable senior rushes out.
"(Y/n)- Chan~!" He cries out as he runs up to you, hugging you tightly around the waist, causing you to grins in pain as he unknowingly squeezes your broken ribs. Noticing the look on your face, Mori walks over and picks up the pint sized teenager, setting him on his shoulders before turning to face you.
"Are you alright (Y/n)?" He asks you with a deep, husky voice, as though he had just woken up. Though you know that this is not the case and it is merely the result of his silent demeanor, you can't help the shivers that run down your spine. You nod your head slightly, moving your left arm over your ribs, gently rubbing them.
"I'm alright, Mori. Thanks." You say, flashing him a small grin as you let your left arm fall back down against your side. The corners of his lips twitch slightly as he lets a small smile slip across his features. It doesn't last long, however, as his expression shifts back into his usual, passive one.
"Mitskuni, be careful," He states, his body language not giving away his emotions. His eyes, however, show a deep concern in their grey depths. Looking into Mori's eyes, you realize just how deep of grayish blue they are. They remind you of the deep sea in a way. As you stare into his gaze, you are shaken out of your trance by two arms placing themselves on either one of your shoulders. You flinch away harshly as one of them presses down onto your recently relocated shoulder.
"Careful Hikaru!" Kaoru's familiar voice sounds as he yanks his arm off of you. Though Kaoru meant well, you could tell that his twin was shocked by this sudden outburst. "That's her hurt shoulder, Be more cautious," he scolds, a scowl turning his lips in a downward arc as a crease forms above his brow. You tilt your head slightly, watching his delicate features changing by the small movement. You reach out with your left hand and gently press your pointer finger against the crease. Kaoru inhales sharply his brow relaxing causing the crease to disappear. After allowing your finger to linger on his forehead a moment longer, you let your hand drop down, falling back into a natural resting position at your side.
"Don't frown, you'll get wrinkles. Smile," you tell him in a quiet voice, your head ducking down to hide the quite obvious blush that covers your face. You hear someone chuckle and feel a weight on your head. Looking up, you see Kaoru resting his hand on your head, messing up your hair slightly as he gently caresses it.
"Sure thing, Kitty," He smiles at you, allowing his perfectly shaped brows to rise as his pearly whites are displayed. You nod your head at Kaoru before swiftly averting your gaze, not wanting to become more flustered and his greek god- like facial features. Looking around you notice that Tamaki is standing near you as well, a conflicted look on his face as he bites his lip. You smile slightly at how adorable he looks when he does that. Allowing your gaze to travel up from his lip, and up his straight nose, you reach his eyes. Your (e/c) orbs meet his, shockingly purple ones as his eyelashes fan across his cheeks.
Hesitantly, he begins to walk towards you. Taking long strides, he reaches your side quickly, causing you to have to look up to meet his eyes. For the first time, your realize how tall Tamaki is, especially compared to you. While he is defiantly not as tall as Mori or Kyoya, he was tall. You watch as he quirks a brow at you, a smirk gracing his delicate features drawing your eyes downwards towards his lush lips and chiseled jaw.
"Allow me to help you into the car, Princess?" Tamaki questions, his voice soft and gentle. He outstretches his hand for you to take. Accepting his offer, you graciously place your left hand into his right. As he leads you over to the limo, you marvel at how soft and smooth his hands are. His fingers, long and nimble, befitting of a pianist.
You are pulled out of your thoughts as he guides you into the limo and to the middle seat in the back. As you take your seat, you notice that the one net to you has quickly been taken by Mori, the other by Tamaki. As the rest of the boys climb into the limo, you can see disappointment flicker across their expressions. You flash them a quick, sad smile before turning to face Tamaki.
"So, where are we going?" You ask puzzled as to why everyone in the host club except for your sister was crammed into the car. The hosts smile at you as Honey jumps off of his seat and sits on your lap, causing quite a few glares from the other men.
"We're taking you to get food (Y/n) - Chan~!" Honey exclaims as he giggles adorably causing you to smile lightly at him.
"Oh really? Where at?" You ask the harem of boys that surround you. As you look at each of them, you notice a particular emotion flicker across their faces, though you cannot place what it is.
"Your choice." Mori states simply, his voice gruff as per usual. Your eyebrows lift in surprise as you open your mouth to question him further. Before you can speak, Kaoru continues from where Mori left off.
"We're taking you wherever you want, our treat." He tells you, gazing out the window at the passing cars. You furrow your brows in confusion, looking at Tamaki who met your gaze expectantly. Opening his mouth to speak, he asks you,
"So, where are we going?"
"You guys don't have to do this, really," You state. You have been trying to no avail to convince the boys for the past 10 minutes or so that taking you out to eat was way beyond unnecessary. However, the hosts were firm, not even Honey was budging.
"Just decide," Hikaru groaned in annoyance and, most likely, hunger causing you to bite your lip, looking down at the flooring of the car. After a moment of contemplation, a small smile makes it's way onto your face, gracing your features.
"Fine, if you insist." You reply, sighing heavily as you lean your head onto Mori's shoulder, causing him to tense up slightly before relaxing. Hikaru watches you for a moment before throwing his hands up in exasperation.
"So?! Where are we going?!" He exclaims desperately, causing the rest of the hosts to send disappointed glares his way. He huffs, crossing his arms while giving you a pointed look. "I'm hungry! You can't blame me for letting my stomach speak for a moment. Honey lets his all the time!" At his out burst you can feel both Honey and Mori tense up. You see Kyoya look towards the two, eyes widening slightly before he turns to face Hikaru.
"I do believe that It would be a wise decision to apologize," Kyoya states, sending him a harsh, meaning full glare whilst pushing up his black glasses, causing the light to reflect across them momentarily. A terrified look flashes across Hikaru's face, fear making its way into his eyes as he quickly nods, apologizing.
"Alright my dearest, have you chosen?" Tamaki asks you, his purple eyes meeting your (e/c) ones. You look around the limo at all of the hosts once more before returning your gaze to Tamaki's.
"Is the Golden Swan alright with you boys?" You ask, delicately laying your hands in your lap. Tilting your head down, you look up at the boys through your lashes, giving them the most innocent look that you can muster. You see shock flash across their faces, recognition clear. Although, this was expected. It would be hard to believe if the sons of some of the richest families in Tokyo hadn't heard of the restaurant.
The Golden Swan, infamously know as the most expensive restaurant in the whole of Japan. Specializing in rare, unusual, unique and just overall expensive dishes, it is painfully easy to see where it got its nick name. Word has it that the cheapest item on the menu, a small bowl of soup, is still $55 American dollars. Through rumors that you have heard in the past, unless you are of high influence, you cannot even get in without reserving a place at least 48 hours ahead of time. Lucky for you, your are surrounded by 6 extremely rich boys from extremely rich families.
Snapping out of your thoughts, you continue to study the boy's expressions. After a few more moment of hesitant, hungry and curious gazes passed between the hosts, you decide to speak up again.
"We don't have to, it was just a suggestion," you say in a quiet voice, allowing your hair to fall into your face for effect. "Lets just go to a sushi place or something," you mutter, playing with your hands in a nervous manner. You mentally smirk when you hear Kyoya knock on the divider, causing the driver to lower it.
"To the Golden Swan please, and so hurry," Kyoya states in a no nonsense tone. Looking out from your hair, you can see the driver nod slightly before putting the divider back up.
"You really don't have to," you protest, though not putting any spirit behind your pleas. You feel a warm palm set itself upon your thigh, causing you to look up into Mori's caring onyx eyes. Though he didn't speak, you could tell what he was going to say.
"Its alright, (Y/n), we're doing this for you. So if going there is what you want then that's where we are going to take you. Right guys?" Kaoru states, the rest of the hosts voiceing their agreement. You sigh, giving up your half hearted battle as you nod, resting your head on Tamaki's shoulder, exhausted from the long, stressful day. As your eyelids start to close, you feel someone's hand, presumably Tamaki's, rest itself on you head, slowly petting it as you fall asleep.
"Princess, its time to wake up." You hear a melodic voice say as you are shaken lightly. Your eyes flutter open as you take in your surroundings. Your eyes lock onto warm hazel ones as Kaoru smiles kindly at you. Allowing the corners of your lips to upturn into a smile, you step out of the car, the rest of the hosts following behind.
Looking up, you can't help the sigh that passes through your parted lips as you gaze at the building. A wave of nostalgia sweeps through your body as you are reminded of your time with the Celebrities. Good times, good times.
As you walk up the path way to the restaurant, you can't help but to feel shy as people stare at your group.
"Boss get off!" You hear Hikaru shout at Tamaki. Glancing behind you, you see that Tamaki is wrapped around Hikaru, giving him a hug. Kyoya rolls his eyes before gesturing for you to enter without them. You nod and proceed towards the door. Mori holds open the doors, allowing you to enter Walking through the doors, you don't miss the look of distaste that the hostess gives you.
"A table for 7 please," you ask as politely as you can, which is hard considering that you want to strangle her but aren't quite sure why. She scoffs and rolls her eyes quite obviously before crossing her arms over her chest sassly.
"Do you have a reservation?" She asks, her voice snotty and rude as she stares you up and down.
"Nope," you state, popping the "p" just to annoy her as you look around the restaurant.
"Well, I'm sorry but we don't have any room. Besides, this is probably way out of your price range." She says, her smile sickeningly sweet as you raise your brow at her. Behind her you can easily see at least 3 tables that are open. With this being such a large building there are likely lots more available. Matching her smile, you go to answer when you someone clasps your shoulder from behind you.
"They are with me," a deep, masculine voice states. The lady's eyes widen as she quickly nods, gesturing for you to follow.
"O-of course sir, right this way." She hurriedly replies as the rest of the hosts walk through the doors. As she leads you through the restaurant towards a table in the back, you cant help but smirk at the recent play of events.
"You didn't have to do that you know, that's why I brought the idiots with me," you tell the person behind you earning a small chuckle.
"But this was way more fun pipsqueak." He says as you arrive at a table.
"A waiter will be with you shortly," the woman says, shooting one last glare your way before walking off with a sway of her hips.
"I know, but seriously, I could have handled her, Dwane," you turn to face your long time friend and acting pal as you try to muster up your most intimidating glare. He chuckles at your attempts, grinning as you sigh.
"C'mon, I'm sure that the others would love to see you." Dwane says as he walks towards another table, beckoning for you to follow. Looking at Kyoya, you meet his eyes, noding slightly before following after the Rock. Arriving at the table, a small smile slips onto your lips as you look at all of the familiar faces. Jason Momoa, Scarlett Johansson, Chris Hemsworth, and Ben Affleck among others.
"Oh hey! (Y/n)!" Chris Hemsworth exclaims getting up to give you a side hug. At his outburst the rest of the actors take notice, their eyes lighting up as they come over to say hello. After many greetings, pictures, and side hugs later, Dwane asks the one question that everyone was probably thinking.
"So... What's with the arm?" You sigh when you notice all of the other actors listening intently. Reluctantly, you recount the story of your kidnapping and dramatic escape. Throughout the story, however, the mood in the room changes and the happy expressions that used to surround you were exchanged with upset, sad and even angry faces. Once you have finished your retelling, you feel Dwane place his hand on your shoulder. "If you ever need help, Kitty, you come to us, and I mean it. Not a single on of us would hesitate to stand by you and beat the crap out of that guy." You smile lightly at his statement, looking at everyone else as they nod in agreement.
"Thanks you guys, really, it means a lot." You smile widens, reaching your eyes as pure happiness floods your emotions.
"Remember, if you ever need someone to stand over your shoulder, smoldering," the Rock says, flexing his arms before looking back at you. "I'm your guy." He winks at you causing your to giggle slightly. Looking back towards the table with the hosts, you see that the waiter has arrived to order your food. "I have to get back to my friends, but I'll keep in touch!" You wave to them and walk back towards the hosts. Sitting at the table, you feel the puzzled looks from the hosts as you order.
"I'll have the Land and Sea plate please." You say after glancing at the menu. The waiter nods, jotting down your order before collecting the menus and leaving. Turning in your seat, you face the rest of the hosts, sighing before answering the unspoken question. "Some old friends of mine. I was just saying hi." You reply. The hosts nod their heads slowly before starting to chat with each other again. Resting your head on your uninjured arm, you glance back at the other table, sadly. It had been such a long time since you had last seen your friends, so it was very bittersweet.
After eating the meal and paying the bill, you and the hosts exit the restaurant and get back into the awaiting limo.
"Take us home, please," Tamaki addresses the driver before putting up the divider. He turns to look at you, the rest of the boys mirroring his actions. "(y/n)....." he hesitates, biting his lip. Noticing the lack of a nickname, you perk up, curious as to what he may say. "We want to protect you...." he starts, his voice catching in his throat as he nods for Kyoya to continue.
"While we take care of the legal matters regarding your abduction, we will have you one full protection protocol." Kyoya states cryptically whilst writing in his black notebook. It takes you a minute but soon enough you realize what he is saying.
"So let me get this strait," you clarify. "You are going to have creepy, ninja, soldier assassins watching me in my sleep so that I am "safe"." You cross your arms, raising an eyebrow at the man for confirmation. When he nods, you sigh deeply, sitting back into your chair.
"You need to understand that,"
"This is for the best," The twins continue, speaking after each other.
"Its to ensure your safety." Mori says, his voice caring but leaving no room for argument.
"Also, one of us will pick up you and your sister everyday and bring you to and from school." Kyoya states, giving you a look as though he is daring you to challenge their decision. Deciding it best not to, you nod solemnly and look out the window, awaiting your arrival.

A/N: Okay, so as some of you may have noticed, I changed up the book a little. I mostly just condensed the chapters with some spelling fixes here and there. No part of the plot has changed and while it may look like there are 11 less chapters, I can assure you that it is all there. Some of you have probably already read the first part of this chapter and I apologize for that but I wanted to make the chapters longer so I didn't feel like I was taking to long on some things. I am hoping to wrap up this book by the New Year so stay with me as we work through this. Stay lovely!
~ Kate
