The speciality of Thalapathy Vijay's   films is that they are complete entertainers . When you walk in to watch a Vijay film you know ... you know that you will witness incredible and complete entertainment . As multi talented as he is he is a dedicator and a hard worker too . Resulting him ... the title of India's one of the biggest entertainers . His movies go house full even in 3rd and 4th weeks and have dream runs . 

Thalapathy is the 2nd most viewed star in India . Now how cool is that without any pan Indian movies and only with Tamil movies . Now you know what his level is .....

This is not just because of his humongous fan base but also because he is preferred and liked by most of the family audience .

Idhellam oru pakkam na !!! ( on the other hand ) He is also the actor who is loved a lot by children . Normally as heroes  become stars , they sometimes lose family audience and many a times lose children's love  . This is the reason to why they are replaced with every changing generation . 

 Example : MGR was replaced with Rajini as the generation changed . ( Many may still like him and he is a legend . But then as the generation changed didn't Rajini slowly gain the upper hand . Rajini managed to be a crowd puller while MGR was still there in the field and gained the No 1 position right after he left . )

But with Thalapathy it is a completely different case . He is still collecting fans and the interesting fact is many of them are children .
