~Luke's POV 

I was sitting next to Annabeth and Y/n when Clarisse pointed her sword right at Y/n's neck. Typical Clarisse always trying to test, challenging, and bullying the newcomers.

Clarisse: "You". She looked at Y/n furiously, while pointing her sword towards her neck.

Y/n: "m-me". Was the only words that came out of Y/n's mouth.

I could see how scared she was to fight against Clarisse.

Clarisse: "Who else would I be talking about, you're the new girl, let's see what you got". She said with a smirk.

Luke: "You got this". I said while pushing her forward.

Y/n stood up and one of the campers came up to her and gave her a sword and shield. She took it from him slowly.

Clarisse: "This is gonna be easy". Clarisse said while stretching.

She came at Y/n, but Y/n ran backwards before she could get hit.

Clarisse: "Come on don't be a baby, show me what you got, unless you're just useless in this camp".

Y/n lounged towards her trying to hit Clarisse with her sword, but Clarisse kept blocking. I saw Y/n's movements with the sword and she had a good rhythm and pattern that I had never seen before. Suddenly Clarisse knocked Y/n's sword out of her hand and punched Y/n to the ground. I was so worried and shocked when Y/n's arm fell into the fire, so I stood up. When Y/n fell she looked up at everyone and they looked so shocked. When I looked towards her hand, they were absorbing the fire, but then Clarisse came towards Y/n and grabbed her by the shirt to hold her down to punch her some more.

Y/n: "Get off of me"!! Y/n yelled and punched Clarisse across her face.

Clarisse: "Ahhh". Clarisse yelled as she fell back while holding the side of her face.

Everyone stood up and stared at Y/n so intensely as they looked above her head. I also looked up and saw a red fiery hammer above her but then it suddenly turned into a snowflake. Everyone around me gasped.

Chiron: "Y/N Y/L/N daughter of Hephaestus and Khione. Chiron said a little shocked.

So it is true, she has to be the one, the one who was birthed from two greek gods, the one who is powerful enough to help me destroy the gods. I have to make her trust me, to like me, so she is on my side. I will make her a queen and I would be her king.

Everyone immediately started gossiping.

Random camper #1: "How is this possible"?

Random camper #2: "How can she be both ice and fire at the same time".

Random camper #3: "I'm not gonna mess around her".

I ran to Y/n and helped her stand up and I put my arm around her shoulders.

Luke: "Here let me tend to your wounds". I said with a soft voice as we walked away together back towards the Hermes cabin.

When we reached I grabbed her by the hips and put her up on the counter, while I grabbed the medical box from the drawer.

While cleaning Y/n cuts and bruises on her face, I noticed how pretty her eyes were. Her eyes had turned to a bluish color with a sparkle of orange, then turned back to normal.

Luke: "She got you good". I said while grabbing a cotton ball and patting it down on her face.

Y/n: "Yeah, but I got her back better". Y/n said while softly chuckling.

Y/n: "But what I don't get is, if I got claimed by two gods at the same time, is my mom still my mom?" She said as a tear fell down her cheek.

Luke: "Of course she is still your mom, but just not your actual mom". I said while wiping the tear off her cheek and caressing it.

I tumbled backwards when she jumped off the counter, and embraced me and put her face into the corner of my neck sobbing louder. I hugged her back and put one of my hands on her lower back and the other on the back of her head caressing it, so it would comfort her. I kinda feel bad for her, because that means her mom has been lying to her about her actual mother. But I kinda needed her to have both gods to be her parent.

After a while of standing there hugging, she pulled away and said.

Y/n: "I have to find my mother, I need to know where she is, so she can explain to me what is going on.

Luke: "Okay, let's to talk Chiron or Mr. D.

When me and Y/n were on our way to Chiron's office we got stopped by Clarisse.

Clarisse: "If you think you won that competition yesterday, you're mistaken." She then walked off slamming her shoulder into Y/n's.

Y/n: "Jeez something is wrong with her". She said while holding her shoulder.

Luke: "She is just acting that way because she is jealous and scared of you. Don't pay attention to her."

Y/n looked back at Clarisse and saw all of the Ares kids glaring and rolling their eyes at her. As soon as we turned around Annabeth came running up to us and put her hands on my shoulders trying to catch a breath and said.

Annabeth: "Luke I need your help. Some boys are fighting in the Hermes cabin. They are making a mess out of everything. I need your help to stop them." She said in one breath.

Luke: "Okay okay I'm coming". I said about to walk away with her.

But I turned my head back and said.

Luke: "I'll meet with you afterwards. Just tell me how it goes." Then I ran off.

After making it to the Hermes Cabin I pulled apart the group of boys that were fighting.

Luke: "Stop fighting in my dad's cabin! He made this cabin so you all could have a place to stay at this camp, and this is how you repay him! By tearing up and messing up this cabin! Look at this place, its a mess, and I want it cleaned up by the time I come back!" With that I stormed out of the cabin.

I decided to see the oracle. She will tell me about Y/n and see if she is the one who can help me destroy the gods. When I made it, I opened the door and walked in to the oracle.

Luke: "Oracle, It's Luke Castellan. I need you to see if Y/n is the one that can help me defeat the gods.

Oracle: "Yes, she is the one powerful enough to help you destroy the gods. She is on the right track, but her fate can change as there can be something that changes her mind. A distraction.

Luke: "I will kill and destroy anything that distracts her. Nothing will get in my way of destroying the gods."

After that, I walked outside and saw a lot of smoke coming from the forest. I quickly ran to see what was happening. When I got there the smoke was disappearing and everything was soaking wet. Like something washed out whatever was burning. Then suddenly I saw her on the ground unconscious. I ran up to her shaking her aggressively.

Luke: "Y/n wake up, Wake Up!!" I yelled.

I picked her up and ran as fast as I could to the nurse's office. When I reached I knocked on the door aggressively.

Luke: "Open the door, she needs help!!". I yelled knocking more aggressively.

Suddenly the door flung open and the nurse said.

Nurse #1: "Put her on the bed and tell me what happened". She asked.

Luke: "I-I dont know, I dont know, I just found her lying unconscious on the ground not breathing". I said panicking.

Nurse #2: "Okay stay outside, we will take care of her". The nurse said pushing me out of the room.

I was sitting outside of the room patiently waiting for the nurses to come out and say something. Please Please say that she is alright. I need her. I need her to help me destroy the gods. After about an hour the two nurses came out of the room and said.

Nurse #1: "She is doing fine. She just needs to rest and then she will be able to gain consciousness in a few days.

Luke: "Okay. Can I go see her?" I asked.

Nurse #2: "Of course.

I went into the room and noticed that it was the same one we met in, when she woke up before. I went over to her and held her hand.

Luke: "I need to find someone who can help you control your powers. I cant have you using it and hurting yourself. I need you and care about you. We have an important task at hand. You just dont know about it yet". I whispered to her.

I left after saying that, so I can meet up with Annabeth because we still have to move Y/n's belongings to her new cabin. When I walked into the Hermes cabin, it was spick and span. It was cleaner than it was before the fight.

Luke: "Good job guys. Thanks for cleaning. And no more fighting in this cabin". I said pointing at the boys.

Luke: "If you want to fight, fight outside on the battlefield. It's there for a reason".

After walking outside I met up with annabeth.

Annabeth: "Hey um, how is she". Annabeth asked.

Luke: "The doctors said she is going to be alright". I told her.

Annabeth: "Yeah so, I was thinking we can throw her a surprise party, you know for getting her own cabin and for her waking up again for the second time". Annabeth said.

Luke: "Yeah that's great. I think she will like it".

After moving all of Y/n's belongings to her new cabin, the Hephaestus kids and some of kids at the Hermes cabin helped set up the surprise party for Y/n.

After two days in the nurses office, I saw her move in her bed and I ran over to her.

Luke: "Woah woah slow down. It's okay you're fine, it's me Luke."

I  saw her sigh in relief.

Y/n: "What happened." She said, holding her head.

Luke: "I-I don't know, I found you unconscious in the middle of the forest, where it looked like something was burning in the forest. But when I reached towards you everywhere was soaking wet, like someone had poured buckets of water on the trees that were burning." I explained.

Y/n: "Oh, that was me, I'm sorry I was mad and I couldn't control it, and when I tried to reverse what I did, it made it so much worse." She apologized.

Luke: "It's okay as long as you're not hurt. I don't know what I'd do without you".

Y/n: "Yeah, umm". She paused.

Y/n: "How long was I out for this time". She asked.

Luke: "Three days". I said with a small smile.

Y/n: "Jesus. I'm spending more time being knocked out than actually being at camp doing something fun". She said as she touched the bridge of her nose.

Luke: "Yeah um, while you were asleep, me and Annabeth moved all your belongings to the Hephaestus cabin.

Luke: "Annabeth was also very worried about you, so her and the entire Hephaestus cabin has a surprise for you.

Y/n: "Really that's so sweet". She said, touching her heart.

Im really glad that she woke up. I was getting really worried about her.

Luke: "Yeah so come on." I said while helping her out of the bed.

After making it to the Hephaestus cabin, as soon as she opened the door confetti was thrown in her face.

Everyone in the Hephaestus cabin along with me and Annabeth yelled: "Surprise and welcome to your new cabin".

Then we all started clapping while Y/n had a huge smile on her face.

Y/n: "Guys you shouldn't have". She said.

Luke: "Yeah but we just really missed you, and you also said that you could be having fun in this camp, so we threw you this party". I said with a smile on my face.

Then everyone started partying and having a good time.

After the party was done I saw Y/n went to her new room, but she looked very sad, so i thought I'd cheer her up.

Luke: "Heyyy, want a drink?". I asked, sitting next to her on her bed.
 

Y/n: "Thanks but I don't drink, I'm not even at the age yet". She said declining.

Luke: "Well lucky for you it's just fruit punch". I said chuckling as I gave her the cup.

Y/n: "Thanks." She said taking the cup from me and started to drink it.

Then I saw her looked down at her lap very sadly.

Luke: "What's wrong?" I asked with a concerned look on my face.

Y/n: "It's just, when I went to Chiron's office a couple days ago and asked about my mom, he just cut me off and told me he can't tell me anything and then he tried to change the subject."

Y/n: "Do you know anything about what happened to my mother? I mean you were there with me in the nurse's office." She asked.

Luke: "I'm sorry, I am just in the dark as you".

I never really knew what happened to her mother. All I remember was the minotaur coming after her and Y/n but thats all. Then the next thing I remember was Chiron and Mr. Dionysus telling me to take Y/n to the nurses office and stay with her until she wakes up. I suddenly snapped out of my thoughts when, Y/n said.

Y/n: "I have to find out what happened to her. I need to know if she is alive and I need to talk to her about if she actually is my real mother. I just have to know. I will find her and I would need help.
