Rosetta's POV
I go to look for Just in because my fave slow song is on. Im taking my time, this song is long.
Suddenly I see Justin talking to Shay,and I decide not to interrupt. I go hang with Ruby more.

Shay's POV
OMG! JUSTIN AND ROSETTA!? WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD HE LIKE SOMEONE SO...SO...WORTHLESS!?
I need to talk to my beautiful, charming Justin.
"Ooohh Justin, Shay needs to talk to you, where are you?"
"What Shay?"asks an exasperated voice, coming from...
"Justin!! My baby!"I cry out.
"I am NOT your baby!" Justin yells at me.
"Soo, I was wondering if you want to be my boyfriend,"I say nonchalantly.
"No. I'm with Rosetta."
"Her! That useless piece of junk! That thing! That ugly, smelly, dumb..."
"SHUT YOUR MOUTH! She is beautiful and smart and perfect and much better than YOU!"
I just look at him, shocked, "but..but..."
"Just leave me alone Shay!" He snaps at me, I watch him get out his phone, he doesn't know I'm still here. I have a sudden burst of inspiration. I lean in and almost kiss his cheek.
"What are you doing!?"asks a furious Justin,"I don't have any feelings for you!"
I feel my heart rip in two. I burst into tears and run away.

Rosetta's POV
Did I just see Shay kiss Justin!?!?!?!?!?
No!!!!
But I thought he liked me!
All I was doing was going to ask him to dance and I see her leaning in to kiss him!
I feel tears streaming down my cheeks and let a muffled sob escape. I slowly walk to my favorite corner and curl up in a ball.

Justin's POV
What was that!? Why did Shay try to kiss me!? Anyways I'm gonna find Rosetta and ask her to dance.

Ruby's POV
Where is Rosetta!? I'm running around trying to find her. Wait, there, in that corner. I run over to her and see the tears...the tears!? Who did this to her!!!! I will kill him or her who hurt my best friend.
"Rosetta," I say tenderly," are you okay?"
"N-no, uh, I s-saw Shay k-k-kissing..."she trails off.
"Was she kissing...Justin!? Omg I will rip off her head!!!"I freak out.
"C-calm d-down"
"I'm sorry, hey, I know this must hurt, do you need anything? Candy, sugar, your happy place, music?"I ask helpfully.
"Uh, n-no, I just w-want to be alone," she says, but I plop down next to her and start rubbing her back.
Over the next five minutes our other friends try to make Rosetta feel better, but nothing helped.
Finally I pulled Chailen aside,"hey could you go find Justin and tell him that Rosetta needs him? I think this is the only way to fix her."
Chailen willingly agreed, and rushed off.

Justin's POV
I still can't find Rosetta, and I'm getting worried, I wonder if she saw Shay try to kiss me! Suddenly Chailen pops out of nowhere and tells me that I have to go to Rosetta because she needs me!
I hurry over to Rosetta and see her sitting on the floor with Ruby rubbing her back. Ruby looks up, sees me, mutters something to Rosetta, and walks away, giving me a look that told me Rosetta was crying.
I sit down by her,"hey."
She looks up, and a mixture of sadness and anger crosses her face,"what do you w-want?"
I feel terrible, obviously she saw Shay, "um, I wanted to tell you that what Shay did was not something I approved of. And that she didn't actually kiss me and I yelled at her for trying. I don't have any feelings for her and the only person I want is you, so I hope you accept my apology, and if not, well I'm really sorry."
She looks up, then looks down again.
"OK," I say, and start to get up.
"Wait," she grabs my arm and I look into her beautiful, tearstained face, "d-do you really only care about me, and not her?"
I sit back down," of course! There is no one in the world as amazing as you, and I'll never feel the way I feel around you around anyone else."
She hugs me and I hug her back.
"Thank you," she says, "thank you."
I help her up and lead her back to a table, we stand there and I notice there is a great slow song on.
"Would you care to dance, m'lady," I say in a silly voice.
She giggles," why yes, Sir Justin."
I pull her out and we dance to every song for the rest of the night.
