Power: She can control and manipulate the gravity around her, the gravity of others and her own gravity. Her eyes have little star flecks in them, and they grow more defined when she used her powers. She can fly, breath in space, and is extra durable. She can shoot contained star blasts and is probably one of the most powerful on the team. Her hair kinda just shifts random spacey colors from time to time. She doesn't have control over it. It does what it wants.
How they got their power: She was a former astronaut, and she got caught in the spontaneous explosion of a star, which FYI doesn't happen.
Personality: She's a huge badass. She's extremely protective over her team and would lay down her life for them. Or anyone who she might have only just met, or never met at all. She's incredibly selfless and loyal to a fault. May J would stay by your side until the very bitter end even if it's probably not right or just anymore. She's so so kind. She has a huge heart and she loves kids. She is definitely the mom of the group. 'don't tOUcH tHaT.' MJ is such a different person with her husband tho. She's like, kinda shy and dorky, and it's really adorable.

Fears: Never seeing her family again. Being obsolete, being unneeded.

Likes: She loves kids and animals. She likes to cook, and she loves space. She likes space and flying and she was so happy to get her dream job. She likes to box, and she likes running too. And volleyball.
Dislikes: She doesn't like people who tell her what she can't do, and if you tell her she can't do that she'll force herself to prove you wrong. She can't stand people who believe themselves above others and doesn't stand for arrogance. She also can't stand pineapple on pizza, don't at her. She thinks it's disgusting. She also doesn't like people who are shy with their opinions, because she is so straight forward.
Strengths: She's physically strong, and even before her powers she could kick serious ass. She doesn't let other people get to her, and she never stays down. She always gets back up. She's clever and smart as well, and she doesn't really judge people based on their appearances. She's driven and stubborn and passionate. She's an amazing leader and gives good speeches.
Weaknesses: She doesn't know when it's time to let go. She doesn't know the difference between backing down and giving in. She's a little bit too loyal, and can't see when it's time to break away from something. Shes are far too stubborn for her own good.
Family: Her mom was a single parent and an alcoholic. She wasn't really around very much, and her dad was never in the picture.
Relationship Status: Shes married.
Backstory: She came from a low-income neighborhood and she didn't have a lot of help getting to where we ended up. She busted her ass to get good grades, and she served in the air force before applying at NASA. She met her husband though her fellow astronaut friend and his twin sister, and they got married and a year and a half of dating, and she gave birth to their kiddo not long after that.
