Marinette tried out the holy cross but nothing happened. It was like Adrien is not undead but still a vampire. It was a relief for both of them. Next, they tried the garlic and it only made Adrien hiss in defense, backing away from the smell.

"Okay, garlic works on you," Marinette said.

"Yeah. Get it away please" Adrien begged.

"Okay. Well, are you weak against silver objects" Marinette wondered.

"I thought only werewolves were," Adrien said.

So Marinette held out a silver bracelet to test it on him. Adrien puts it on his wrist and nothing happened.

"Nope, nothing of that," He said.

Marinette held out a mirror to be sure he has his reflection. To his relief, it was still there.

"Yep, it's not gone," Adrien said.

Marinette pressed her ear against his chest to hear if he has a heartbeat. They say vampires don't have a pulse or soul but when she heard his heartbeat, she was relieved he was still alive.

"Well, you're still you," Marinette said.

"I'm still alive?" Adrien asked.

"Yeah, guess you're like a dhampir," Marinette said.

"Or perhaps Felix didn't want to see his cousin go undead," Adrien said.

"Guess he had morals enough to keep your soul," Marinette said.

"Maybe but I hated when he impersonated me again. But at the same time, I was glad to not be at the Diamond Dance. But still, what he did was just madness. I was scared to think you were gone" Adrien held her close.

"Yeah but now he's gone for the moment. Speaking of which, we should have our own dance again one day" Marinette said

"Indeed. But I gotta go now, I may hate that mansion but I'm still a kid. If you see Cat Noir, tell him I said hi" Adrien kissed her cheek.

"Okay, Adrien. Good luck" Marinette said before he turns into a bat.

He flies out the window and goes behind the chimney wall to transform back, "Okay. Just 5 minutes until Cat Nour meets his princess"

"You just wanna get petted by her" Plagg said.

"I love the affection, Plagg," Adrien said.

"Alright then. While you're her boyfriend as Adrien you're her pet kitty as Cat Noir" Plagg said.

"And I did say that Cat Noir is her dark knight," Adrien said.

"Okay. You ready to visit her as Noir in 3 minutes?" Plagg asked.

"Yes. I'm happy with my life, Plagg" Adrien said.

"And I hope your life goes well. If Felix comes back, you have to tell him to change you back" Plagg said.

"Yes, but I'm not going easy on him," Adrien said.

"You still wanna eat the bird?" Plagg said.

"Yes, I hope he tastes good. Plagg claws out!" Adrien said and transformed.

Cat Noir goes back to the bakery and lands on the balcony roof, tapping the glass trapdoor.

"Hello Princess" He greeted Marinette once she opened.

"Hey, kitty. Getting bored of hunting mice again?" Marinette said as she lets him in.

"Yep, sure am" Cat Noir curled on her lap.

"Awwwww" Marinette pets him.

"Puuuuuuuurrrrrrr" He purred in happiness.

"My precious kitty" Marinette pets between his ears.

"Puuuuurrrrr. I miss being petted" Cat Noir purred and nuzzled her hand.

"You never cease to amuse me, Kitty" Marinette said.

Cat Noir sits up and begs for his chin to be scratched. Marinette scratched his chin as he closed his eyes. The sound of his purring was just too funny to his princess.

"Awww... are you purring?" She teased.

"Maybe I am" Cat Noir crawls on all fours, rubbing his shoulder on her and going around her.

Marinette giggled as he does so, "I can smell your prince's cologne. My princess is finally going to the gala with him" Cat Noir teased.

"Ah, yeah. And it might be so for the future wedding" Marinette said.

"If it's possible. You do know that the evil wizard would one day put him in an enchanted sleep" Cat Noir refers to his father.

"Then I'll bring him out of sleep," Marinette said.

"With a kiss? I can be your mighty panther" Cat Noir nuzzled her neck.

"Yeah, Love can fix anything," Marinette said.

"Love can do crazy things like I did with milady," Cat Noir said.

"Yeah, it can lead to obsession too," Marinette said.

"Mmhmm. And that is why I'm making sure you and your prince remain happy" Cat Noir licks her cheek.

"Thanks" Marinette giggled.

"I must go now, my princess. Always make your prince happy" Cat Noir said.

"I will, Kitty" Marinette nodded as Cat Noir heads out.

Upon heading to the mansion, Cat Noir detransformed and reluctantly decided to hypnotize his father again. If he gets on his nerves again.

"Well, it was fun spending with my princess," Adrien said to Plagg.

"Don't you mean your bride?" Plagg teased.

"In the future, she'll be my bride," Adrien said, picturing his wedding.

"We'll see about that" Plagg said.

Adrien can hear his father's heartbeat coming this way, "Okay get ready!" Adrien said as Plagg hides.

He knew it was not gonna be good but he has to fight for his freedom and his rights. If his father takes him out of school again, Adrien will have no choice but to fight him. Even if it means revealing his vampire mode.

"ADRIEN!" He bangs on the door.

Adrien rolled his eyes and opens the door, "What do you want now, father?" he asked in s bored tone.

"I am taking you out of school and you'll never see that baker girl again!" Father said.

"How dare you!" Adrien jumped on him.

"AAARGH! What the hell?!" Gabriel struggled against his son's sudden strength.

"You've gone too far, father! I've been nothing but a slave to you than a son!" Adrien's rage made his fangs appear.

"Look into my eyes!" Adrien forced him to look at him.

"ADRIEN!!" Nathalie screamed.

Adrien turned to see her, "Nathalie, get this heartless father away from me. He has gone too far to ruin my life!" Adrien gets off of his father, regaining control of himself, "I don't know what has changed you, father. But from what I see now, you only care about your reputation more than me. No matter how hard I try to be perfect, it was never enough for you" Adrien then gets into his room and slams the door.

Nathalie glared at Gabriel, "You really miss out on his own decisions"

"I know what's best for him! He needs to show respect to me!" Gabriel glared back.

"No, you need to respect his life! What you're doing is emotionally hurting him! I don't care if you say he'll end up alone! He has friends and his girlfriend! He's a teenager!" Nathalie poked his chest, "Sooner or later, he'll only see you as a madman! If you keep this up, the Child Protection Service will eventually remove him from you!"

Gabriel was taken aback by her words, "Your wife would hate you for what you're doing to him!" She added.

Adrien heard everything behind the door and he took Nathalie's side, "Well at least she agrees with me" Adrien whispered to Plagg.

"Your father's going nuts. No offense" Plagg said.

"I don't know what made him like this but That's no excuse to ruin my life," Adrien said, lying down on his bed.

"No kidding. You're about to be a man soon" Plagg said.

"Should I talk to him again? Make him learn to not get my inner beast unleashed?" Adrien suggested.

"You exposed your fangs and hypnosis to him," Plagg said.

"Yeah, but he didn't see it entirely," Adrien said.

"Okay then" Plagg replied.

"Tomorrow morning, I will. He may threaten me when I was human but he can't threaten a vampire" Adrien said, texting his girlfriend that he'll do whatever he can to be with her.

"That's the spirit my prince" Marinette texted back.

"Sweet dreams my princess" Adrien texted back, yawning a little that it was already 10pm.

The next morning, Adrien woke up but got startled when Nathalie was there.

"Good morning, Adrien" She spoke up.

"WHOA! What is it, Nathalie?" Adrien sat up.

"Last night, I noticed something different from you," Nathalie said.

"How? That I had enough strength to push down my father?" Adrien replied.

"Yes, that for example," Nathalie said, "How did you do that?"

"Felix did something to me the other night and now I'm....." Adrien sighs and opened his mouth.

"A vampire" Nathalie gasps.
