Marinette and (Y/N) were helping clean up on a ship. Marinette accidentally bumping into Mylene. "Oops! Sorry, Mylene! My bad!" Marinette said. (Y/N) passed a microphone to Rose before ducking under a few other people and handing out more things while straightening up. Marinette checked with Alya when Adrien was supposed to be showing up. Alya asked Nino and it become increasingly clear to (Y/N) that he probably wouldn't be showing up. That's when Julica's mom showed up. (Y/N) smirked a little. "I like your style lady. Name's (Y/N)." She said, putting down her box. Julica's mom, Anarka, smiled. "Aye. I've heard lots about ye'. (Y/N) (L/N), the transfer from Japan. Yer the one that shut down that Chloe brat if I remember correctly. Yer covered head to toe in battle scars. Ye' have my respect young pirate." She said, shaking (Y/N)'s hand. "Aye. Strong grip. Ye' be a fighter. I can tell." (Y/N) smiled brightly. "Not really ma'am. I'm not much of a fighter. I only protect when I have to. But I do agree with the notion that chaos births creation." Anarka laughed. "Ye' can't fool me. I can see it in yer eyes. Ye' be a fighter." (Y/N) smiled. "Whatever you say ma'am." She said. 

Later as they were organizing things near the steering wheel Nino got a call from Adrien. As (Y/N) suspected, he wouldn't be able to make it. Alya attempted to comfort Marinette while (Y/N) continued to straighten up. "Whoa, sailor! Never place a metal object next to a compass, ya hear lass?" Anarka said, moving the statue that Alya had placed next to the ships compass. "Metal attracts the needle, just like a magnet would." (Y/N) said. Anarka smiled and nodded. "Right ye are (Y/N)." She agreed. "Which is why you can never have them near eachother." Anarka continued. "I know how they feel. Maybe I'm just like this statue and Adrien's my compass. Maybe we're meant to stay away from eachother forever." Marinette muttered. (Y/N) sighed a little, placing a hand on Marinette's shoulder. "Hey Marinette, have I ever told you the story of my first crush?" (Y/N) asked. Marinette gave her a look and (Y/N) smiled gently. "Long story short, I kept trying and trying to get him to like me but after a while, I realized that he'd never like me that way. And that he liked someone else. I dropped the entire thing, helped him into a relationship with the person he did like. And we remain good friends even to this day. Him and his boyfriend are an adorable couple. And I'm proud to say that I helped them get together. The one thing I took away from that is that when your crush doesn't like you back, you can do one of two things. Change tactics, or change target." (Y/N)'s eyes softened. "You're not always going to be able to get the guy that you want. I learned the hard way that going for an impossible target only leads to heart ache." The (H/C) haired female grabbed Marinette's hands and looked her in the eyes. "I don't like seeing you upset like this Marinette. There will be other chances, and other fish in the sea. Don't get hung up on one guy. Keep your options open. Don't be blinded by one's splendor. And don't restrict yourself to one person. Aim differently, and look for someone who can recognize you and your efforts." (Y/N) said. They all heard a noise and turned to see Rose. "We're ready captain! Uh...but Luka's missing." She said. "Marinette was it? Can you do me a favor and go find him? Tell Luka that we're waiting for him to start rehearsals." Anarka said. "Of course. Uh, but who's Luka? And where is he?" Marinette asked. "Luka's me son. You'll find him in his cabin." She said. Marinette nodded and left. Julika then looked at (Y/N). "And uh....We think there are people here to see you." She said. (Y/N) tilted her head in confusion as they two girls gestured for her to follow them. 

(Y/N) moved out on deck before Julika pointed over on shore. The dragon Miraculous holder stared in wonder, seeing familiar fluffy blackish green hair and evenly split candy cane hair. "No. Way." (Y/N) said in shock. The small male with fluffy blackish green hair smiled and waved. The taller male smiled ever so slightly, keeping an arm around the smaller of the two but waving as well. "Hi (Y/N)!" The female charged off the boat before enveloping the two males in a hug. "Shoto! Izuku! It's been too long how are you!?" (Y/N) said in excitement. Both males hugged back. "It has been too long. We've been doing fine, what about you?" Shoto responded. "Heh. Boy do I have a lot to tell you guys." (Y/N) said, pulling away from them. Izuku smirked a little, an uncommon expression for the male. "So then, Draco, you couldn't wait a few more years to become a pro huh?" He questioned. (Y/N)'s eyes widened before she smiled. "Okay. So maybe some explaining is better." She said. "Yeah. You'd better explain why I owe Bakugo money now." Shoto grumbled. (Y/N) laughed a little before grabbing both males by the wrists. "C'mon. I need to introduce you guys to my friends." She said, dragging them off to the boat.  

"Guys, guys, guys!" (Y/N) said excitedly. "These are some of my friends from Japan!" She declared. Alya ran up. "For real!? That's so cool! What are your names?" She asked. "I'm Todoroki Shoto." Shoto said, bowing to the others. (Y/N) elbowed him in the ribs. "You don't have to bow dumba*s. This is Shoto Todoroki, and the green haired fluffy one is Izuku Midoriya." She translated. "And they clearly have to work on their French." She added, shooting them glares. Shoto coughed a bit. "Sorry about that...." He said, switching to French. "Huh. So you can speak the language. Shocking." (Y/N) commented. "English is my second language. Not French. Give me a break." He said. Izuku just waved a little. "H-hi...I'm...not good with French yet...But I try." He said shakily. "Awww! He's so cute!" Rose said. "Isn't he just?" (Y/N) agreed. Izuku pouted a bit, punching (Y/N)'s shoulder. "Anyways, is Marinette back yet? I want to introduce them to her." (Y/N) said. A boy with black and blue hair walked out, Marinette following soon after. "Marinette! Meet my friends from Japan!" (Y/N) said, running over and dragging her over to the others. "W-whoa." She said, looking at the two males. Izuku waved shyly and Shoto nodded a bit. "This is Shoto and Izuku." She said. Marinette leaned over. "Is the tall one the guy you had a crush on...?" She asked quietly. (Y/N) tensed a bit. "L-lets not talk about that!" She declared. "Anyways you two arrived right on time! The Music Festival is about to start!" (Y/N) said happily. The blue and black haired boy nodded, and Anarka smirked. "Lets give em a show, whenever ye' be ready Luka!" She shouted. The male, Luka, nodded, removing a blanket from covering one of the speakers. The rest of the band taking their places. Mylene handed Shoto, Izuku, (Y/N), Marinette, and Alya earplugs. "Here. You're gonna need em." She said. 

One thing led to another and pretty soon Anarka was akumatized into Captain Hardrock. Once the boat had been fully transformed (Y/N), Shoto, and Izuku got into guards. "What's happening!?" Izuku shouted in Japanese, giving (Y/N) a look. "Anarka was akumatized. Surprised you came to Paris without hearing about it. Be ready for a fight boys." (Y/N) said. She gave everyone else looks. "Everyone get off the boat! Me, Shoto, and Izuku have this handled." (Y/N) said. "What can they do? What can you do!?" Nino shouted. (Y/N) smirked as cold air formed around Shoto, fire appearing in his left hand while green electricity sparked around Izuku. Marinette and Alya gasped, remembering (Y/N)'s stories from a few nights ago. Alya smirked. "They've got this. Everyone off the boat!" She shouted. Her and Marinette quickly got everyone off the boat, Shoto defending them by throwing up an ice wall to prevent the chains from reaching them. 

Hawkmoth in his lair stared in surprise. These two did not hold Miraculous so how were they doing this? 

Once the boat started moving (Y/N) growled to herself. "Guys I can't transform here, someone might see me!" She shouted. Shoto shot her a look. "We all know you can fight just as well as (Y/N)!" He shouted back shooting fire at Captain Hardrock. "We need to hold out for Ladybug and Cat Noir, they can handle this! Until then, lets keep her distracted!" (Y/N) shouted. Izuku nodded, launching himself over Shoto's ice and blasting over to where Captain Hardrock stood. He grabbed her quickly and threw her over the ice to Shoto and (Y/N). The female quickly grabbed one of the chains on the ground, binding Captain Hardrock's hands. The villain growled to herself before shouting, "Liberty, SEIZE HER." Chains shot forward, wrapping around (Y/N) and sending her below deck. "F*ck..." She hissed. Soon Shoto and Izuku were next to her. "(Y/N)...I'm expecting a long explanation." Shoto hissed at her. Hoseki flew out of (Y/N)'s satchel and undid her chains. "Hey Hoseki." Izuku greeted the dragon kwami. He nodded back before undoing Izuku's chains while (Y/N) worked on Shoto's. Eventually both males were free. "Basically, you know how I have my Miraculous? Well, there are more of them. A lot more. Two other heroes here in Paris have some of the most important ones. The Cat Ring of Destruction, and the Ladybug Earrings of Creation. Another Miraculous, the Butterfly Brooch, was stolen a long time ago. But it's resurfaced. The villain, Hawkmoth, now uses his powers to corrupt other people and turn them into super villains. Only Ladybug has the power to purify the Akumas." (Y/N) explained. Hoseki scoffed. "Apparently (Y/N) can purify them too. Her katana has that power." He said. "Speaking of, we should probably get back in the fight to help Koneko and the Bug." (Y/N) said to Hoseki. Hoseki shook his head. "We shouldn't. We need to find a way to get these two out of here if you're going to transform." He said. (Y/N) nodded before looking at the small windows. "Too small. I think our best option is to stay down here or we go back up and keep fighting. Though I'd rather keep you guys out of the spotlight." (Y/N) said. "So we stay down here it is." Shoto said with a sigh. (Y/N) growled to herself, punching the wall. "D*mnit!" She hissed. 

~Time Skip~

Ladybug rushed down to find Shoto, Izuku, and (Y/N). "Are you three alright?" She asked. (Y/N) nodded. "We're fine. My friends here helped us all out of our chains but we weren't sure if we should've gone back up." She lied. "You made the right choice staying down here for the time." She said. She used her Lucky Charm and a chain fell in her hands. (Y/N) thought for a minute. "Ladybug." She said. She gave her a look. "This chain is made of metal yeah? Maybe you can screw around with Captain Hardrock's compass." (Y/N) said. Ladybug smiled. "Great idea! You three stay down here for a little while longer, this will be over before you know it." She said, running back upstairs.

Eventually the boat turned to dust around them and Ladybug captured the Akuma. She reversed all the damage and then the two heroes left. Both wondering where Draco had been. (Y/N) was questioned later about her friends and she told the others what she had told Alya and Marinette. That 10% of Japan's population had powers, and that Shoto and Izuku were two people that had Quirks. Marinette and Alya were both growing suspicious about (Y/N) not having a power, being that these two were from her class and that they had strong powers that were certainly meant for heroes. Alya decided to poke around a bit later and ask (Y/N) but Marinette decided to let it go. Knowing full well that some secrets are meant to be kept. 

The group all returned to the boat and they were green lit for the Music Festival. Heck even Adrian showed up in time for it, even becoming a member of the group. They played their music well into the night but eventually time came from everyone to go home. 

Shoto and Izuku were getting set up in the guest room of (Y/N) house. She knocked on the door, despite it being open and leaned on the door frame. Hoseki floating next to her. "How long will you guys be here?" She asked with a smile. "A week or so." Shoto said. "Trust me, it took a long time to get mom and....the flaming trash can...to allow us to come here for even that amount of time." Izuku said with a slight growl in his tone when it came to mentioning Endeavor. (Y/N) sighed a bit. "Its still great to see you two. I can't wait to show you around town." She said with a smile. Shoto nodded with a small smile of his own. "Can't wait (Y/N)." He said. Izuku walked over to (Y/N) with sparkles in his eyes. "Please tell me you have some of your cookies laying around?" He asked. The female smiled brightly leading both males into the kitchen where a freshly baked plate of cookies resided. Izuku nearly ate all of them, barely leaving any for Shoto. As both males ate the cookies (Y/N) quickly handed Hoseki a Snickers Bar. "Fuel up. We're patrolling tonight." She muttered to the kwami. "Shouldn't you spend some time with them (Y/N)?" Hoseki asked. (Y/N) smiled faintly. "They still need to get unpacked and we have a job to do." She said, her gaze lingering on Shoto as he held a cookie out of Izuku's reach much to the smaller male's dismay. 

A few minutes later (Y/N) transformed and leaped out of her window, patrolling the Paris streets late into the night. She ended up sitting on the edge of a rooftop with a downcast look. "Draco?" Someone questioned. She turned slightly to see Cat Noir, she jumped up to full attention. "H-hey Koneko. How's it going?" She asked. "Where were you today?" He asked. Draco smiled slightly. "Sorry about not showing up. I was...put in a position where I couldn't transform to come and help." She said. "Ah. Been in that position before..." Cat Noir said. Draco's smile faded as she looked away. "Hey Koneko...do you...I don't know, wanna race or something?" She asked. "Race? Is that a challenge Draco?" He asked. She shot him a smirk. "Bet I can get to the Eiffel Tower before you can." She said. Cat Noir smirked back at her. "You're on!" He said, already taking off. She laughed and flew after him.                     

Author Note: In this AU very few people have Quirks. Only 10% of Japan's population to be precise. It's for the most part evenly divided with 5% being villains and 5% being heroes. The heroes for the most part are more or less Vigilantes and most villains work underground as more or less Mafia groups. Quirk marriages are very prominent in this time so Shoto's origin story is still the same. Izuku however was not as discriminated against since most people don't have Quirks. However growing up around Bakugo, who had a very powerful Quirk, still caused some conflict between the two, but not as severe as in the anime/manga. Izuku didn't strive to be a hero since it isn't a popular profession in this time, but he still had a heroic spirit. All Might recognized that, seeing Izuku help people when he could and even save someone from seriously hurting themselves. Another thing to note is that All For One is not as powerful as he is in the anime. Nor is One For All. In All For One's case, very few people have Quirks for him to steal, even less Quirks that are actually useful to him. The main backstory is still the same that All For One forcefully gave his brother a Quirk which combined with his "useless" Quirk in order to make One For All. One For All, being a stockpile ability, is not as powerful because it hasn't traveled through many generations. In fact, instead of Izuku being the eighth holder of One For All, he's the fourth. All For One's brother was the first, Nana Shimura was the second, All Might the third, and Izuku is the fourth. Shoto's Quirk is still powerful because of how much his father had him train it, Bakugo with that explosive personality of his also trained his Quirk to a powerful state. UA high instead of being a prominent school for young aspiring heroes, is instead an underground hidden school that trains heroes/vigilantes in order to stop crime and hopefully crush it. All Might is one of the only heroes that is actually famous for being a Hero. He paved the way for more heroes to come into the spotlight instead of hiding in shadows, however most heroes still stay as underground heroes. Refusing to step into the spotlight for one reason or another. Now for those of reading, you may be wondering what (Y/N)'s Quirk is, well, here you go, in classic BNHA fashion. You can read it in Present Mic's voice if you want.

Quirk: Perfect Ability 
(Y/N)'s Quirk allows her to perfectly copy a task or ability if she sees it done before her. Say if she saw someone playing a piano, she could play a piano just as flawlessly as she saw it preformed. This Quirk activates willingly, (Y/N) can control it and she doesn't use it often because she prefers learning something the old fashioned way. She can only copy physical abilities however. Things like playing a piano, dancing, and baking are all good examples. She only has to watch the task performed successfully to know how to do it herself. And she only has to see it done once. 
Drawbacks: She can't copy abilities that aren't physical, any mental skills she can't copy. If she uses her Quirk to copy more than one thing at a time she can become completely embolized with a terrible migraine. She also feels an intense urge to do the task after she's copied it. 
Notes: A dragon hero with mysterious abilities and a strange Miraculous. Not much is known about her past and her personality is hard to get a read on, it seemingly depends on where she is. In school she's quiet but easily provoked. With friends and people she considers nice she's very helpful and kind. And when seemingly alone...she always looks deep in thought, focused, or even depressed. A strange person to be sure.
