Third Person

Fresh air brushed on his skin. He could clearly see that the birds gently fly from trees to trees. Sky was clear and the neighborhood was lacking of any sin. Wherever he looked, he could feel the comfortable silence around. This made him want to vomit.

"Disgusting." He growled.

It was too peaceful for his taste. He wanted destruction, blood, fear and suffering. But as he roamed his eyes, the thing he could only feel was the disgusting peace.

One thing caught his attention. He bit his lip and smirked.

"There she is."

He observed her walking on the sidewalk. From top to bottom, he could smell her delicious smell. Too bad, she was considered pretty in his taste but his queen must be followed. He owed his life to the queen anyway. If not for his queen, he will make her his.

His eyes followed the girl and voíla! He found their home.

"Tch. Easy target."

He was about to go when a sudden force stop him. A gush of wind pushed him back away from the lady's home. He breathed in and grinned. The scent was sweet but also too strong.

"So this is the smell of protection,  huh?" He jeered.

The wind formed slowly turned into figure. A lady figure to be exact.

"I recommend to stay away, Byun Baekhyun." The lady figure warned.

Baekhyun only laughed. "I don't accept recommendation, Rosé." He then stared at her blankly, putting his hand on his face but never breaking the eye contact. A dark aura surrounded both of them as they stood in front of one another.

Chaeyoung eyes widened but remained calm. "I'm serious, Byun."

Baekhyun pouted. "You liked it when I call you that, babe."

Chaeyoung took a deep breath and frowned. "One wrong move toward Jisoo and you're done."

The lad smirked. "Don't worry, Rosé. I won't kill her."

This made Chaeyoung stand on her guard. Knowing Byun Baekhyun, he had some tricks on his sleeves.

"Yet!" Baekhyun exclaimed as magic circle appeared below him and transported him to another place.

Chaeyoung creased her brows and chanted an invisibility spell. She checked upon the lady in her home whom Byun Baekhyun was watching before. A tender look fell on her face as she saw the lady with a white cat.

"Jisoo-unnie..." She whispered. A single tear fell from her eye. "I will protect you both." With that, smoke surrounded her and she was gone.

Jungkook paced back and forth. He was worried about his master's arrival. They were in an abandoned wizard's house.

"Kook, stop pacing. It's getting me dizzy." A young man whined. He was sitted on a chair watching the outside and apparently, Jungkook too.

"I'm worried about master, Tao." Jungkook said but he didn't stop pacing.

Tao sighed as he secured the parameter with his vision magic. He put a magic circle on a window and this allowed him to scout the area without needing his physical body.

"I know but master need to recharge and we cannot have the chance of him being a cat permanently." Tao said, touching his magic circle to see if there were suspicious people or things.

Jungkook opened his mouth, about to retort but was interrupted by someone.

"I brought the medicine and the potion." A girl entered the area. "Is master here?"

Tao felt a presence while his hand is in contact with his magic circle. "Yes, Joy, he's here. Get ready." He smiled.

The three nodded to each other, readying the things that need to be done for their master to replenish his energy.

"Hello." A manly voice boomed.

"Master!" The three exclaimed and immediately bowed before the man.

"I'm so glad you're here." The master said as the three performed the ritual of replenishing magic. "Tao, I have something for you to do."

Tao nodded, acknowledging the task the master has to give to him.

"Send a guardian to the house. One that can live both as human and entity." Tao was surprised at the command but he saluted his master anyway. "Do you have any idea in mind?"

Tao pursed his lips, listing the people that could fulfill the job. His attention turned back to his master.

"Kai."
