Character details : She's the eldest daughter of Omkara and Gauri and is an exact copy of Gauri. Sweet, innocent, a bit naive, chirpy and makes friends easily. An extrovert she likes to travel, attend parties and meet new people. Never misses a chance to travel, she's also a great photographer and operates a travel diary blog.

Just like her father she also can't tolerate lies. She loves to dance but for her that is just a hobby, her passion resides in fashion designing. She wants to become a fashion designer, she's most interested in designing wedding attires. She loves all her family a lot except Abhay, her father's cousin. Gaurika doesn't like Abhay as she holds him responsible for what happened to her family.

Though she respects Piya (Abhay's wife) and loves Amey and Ameya (Abhay-Piya's twins) but they she isn't as close to them as she is to other family members. She shares a love-hate relationship with Shiv, Rudra and Soumya's son and is most close to her younger brother Priyom.
