Being shocked was a huge understatement for when Jeon Jungkook heard all the allegations Aeri Alvarez voiced on out Kim Namjoon.

His face paled, his features inflated, thin lips parted for a hollow gasp to escape.

"What?"

His eyes dotted to the people in the room, to Aeri glaring at Namjoon with all the wrath flaring in her little body, the one being glared at cowering from her gaze.

Yoongi set his icy gaze towards him too, lips pursed, expression darkening with every second. Hoseok only looked away, nuzzling the unfazed giggling boy in his arms closer to his chest. He didn't even dare observe the scene before him, and didn't let Jihoo either.

Jungkook did fuck all. Only gaped at the most unlikely couple he could ever have thought of.

He was so out of it that he blurted out something that should have obviously been left unsaid.

"You both had sex?!"

Hoseok and Yoongi both turned to him, giving him a look which probably consisted of ramming his head against the crimson wall.

Jihoo, as if almost understanding the idiot, giggled even more, dimples caving into his cheeks.

The boy stared at them as if it was a feature he had never seen in a man.

How did you not notice that? How in the world did you forget this?

Aeri didn't bother acknowledging his stupid comment, instead scoffing at the man who'd most probably soiled his trousers.

"Surprise, prick," she snarled, peeling off the towel from her forehead.

Namjoon blinked for the first time, his unruly eyes turning to the bearer of his child.

"I-it can't be."

"Why can't it be?" She mused, throwing the towel beside the bed. "Hmm? You and I both know it's completely possible," she added, spite in her tone, "Seeing as we did everything we could to do end up in this situation."

Jungkook was still rooted to that idea.

Aeri Alvarez. Kim Namjoon. Both had—

No! No, he could not think of it, or else he'll go insane. He already got pissed with Taehyung flirting with him, and this was to a whole new level.

But still. The boy could not help the sudden chill of cold rage that traveled through his veins.

"A-Aeri," Namjoon fumbled, his eyes still shell shocked, "I-I would have k-known—"

"Oh, I would have told you myself," she interrupted, scowling even harder, "But I knew how you'd react."

If it even was physically possible, Namjoon paled a shade lighter.

"N-no you wouldn't."

Aeri's scoff mocked the very existence of the bar owner. "You've bullshitted with me for so long, gillipolla, I think it's time you stop now."

The man was incredibly insistent, still trying to clarify his innocence. "A-Aeri if you would have just told me—"

And that's when the flamenco dancer snapped.

"What?!" She exclaimed, making all the men jump. "And what would you have done?! Taken me in?! Accepted me despite me being but a mere dancer, with no nobility to back me up?!

"Did you really think I'd be believe that you'd take care of me, make me your fucking wife and take responsibility of your son?! Would you?!"

He was about to open his mouth but one look of hers shut it right up.

"I heard you, Namjoon," she continued, her voice going uneven. "I heard you with one of your friends backstage those three years ago the day after you fucked me.

"And I heard every single word of gloating you spat out, like I was some prize you won only for yourself. Like I was a test you achieved and can now be thrown away.

"I heard your friend when he asked the possibility of me falling pregnant."

She paused, her mouth trembling, as she closed her eyes with such ferocity that Jungkook was surprised molten lava didn't spill from them.

"And I heard your laugh. Heard your fucking promise that you'd ditch me the second you found out."

Jungkook hitched in a breath.

You'd ditch me the second you found out.

His hands involuntary fisted, nails digging into his sweating palms.

Aeri let out a heavy breath. Chuckled humourlessly even, as she let go of the sheets she'd fisted tightly in her hands.

"I didn't care for many people, Namjoon, even before I met you. But the day you said that I cried. I wasted an entire night shedding tears for a man who I thought loved me.

Her eyes burned with the hatred of a thousand cheated women. "I gave my heart to you, you bastard. And you took it willingly and ripped it in half."

Namjoon flinched, as if she'd just slapped him with her heels. Yoongi and Hoseok kept silent, looking away from the confrontation, as if they can't bear to look at the man who'd hurt their dear friend so deep.

But Jungkook, he stared at them both, heard each and every word they'd exchanged, and could not feel more sick.

Aeri Alvarez. A girl who'd once been in love. And was so brutally played.

His mind snapped. His heart snapped. His entire soul snapped.

"Get out."

All heads turned to the boy, who was simmering like water boiling upon a raging stove. Trembling like a child who'd waited too long to be patient.

Shook like a volcano ready to erupt the weight of the world in fire.

"I said GET OUT!"

Jungkook's voice thundered across the room, making everyone inside gasp. Nobody realised how angry he had become.

Well now they'll know. Now they'll know how furious a boy can get when he knows of his amor's heartbreak.

Namjoon stayed rooted to the spot, not sure what the fuck to do.

Wrong decision. Wrong fucking decision.

Jungkook didn't realise how hard he'd dug his nails in until he felt his palms start to bleed.

He felt the nasty sting then, but that only added fuel to the fire.

Stalking across the room, he grabbed Namjoon's hand.

Almost tore it from his arm as he forced him to the door.

The boy didn't pay mind to the shouts behind him as he raged across the hall, down the stairs, dragging the bar owner down mercilessly. They reached out to the courtyard, where the nurse watched in horror as Jungkook hauled Namjoon to the door.

"Niño, what in Dios' name are you doing—"

"Quiet, Mama!" Jungkook snapped as he reached the door, opening the lock with his free hand.

Wrenching the door open, he threw the man out, he nearly falling flat on his ass as he stumbled for balance.

Namjoon whirled around, mouth dropped open over Jungkook's sudden fury against him.

The latter only cursed him with a look so horrific it made the elder yelp.

"If you dare come near Aeri again, I'll carve your face off and frame it on my wall. I mean it."

With that, he slammed the door shut in his face, nearly ripping the iron hinges off at the impact.

He whirled around, sagging against the gates of his home.

He was shaking. He was still shaking, and he couldn't stop.

Cálmate, Jungkook, for Christo's sake.

The nurse came rushing to him, gripping his arms and tried to keep him still.

"Niño, he's gone now," she kept saying, over and over again. "It's okay, niño."

Forcing himself to take deep breaths, slowly and evenly, he felt himself relaxing, the writhing fading to a dull thrumming inside his veins.

With all that anger that fucked his head over, a sudden aching filled it instead, causing him to groan in its irritation.

"Come with me, chico," The nurse said softly, guiding him to his little hammock, where she sat him down.

"I'll get you some water," she murmured, scurrying into the kitchens.

Jungkook waited as he slowly rocked himself, gripping the edge of the knitted hammock.

Recalling the events and this new information about Aeri Alvarez, he could not help but let out a harsh scoff.

This girl, who'd only ever shown intense hatred towards himself, had the capability to love and so hard that she'd given up something she could never get back to show it.

And the man, the lucky man who'd been loved by her so intensely, had taken it as a joke. Thrown that beautiful feeling back to her face and mocked her for daring to bloom such an emotion inside of her.

Goddamn, he didn't know whether to be furious all over again or horrible envious of the bastard.

Alas, he couldn't help feel the latter.

He wanted to feel loved by her. This woman went to extremes with her emotions, and the thought of her giving her soul to him had his very skin heating. His entire body burning.

Being loved by Aeri Alvarez would truly be a blessing he'd happily trade his life away for.

But a thought stopped him.

Are you in love with her?

That got him to ponder even harder.

He wanted to say yes. Scream it to the world that his life only ceased to exist because of this hot-headed dancer, but in reality, that's what he always felt whenever he became obsessed with a woman.

But there was something about Aeri Alvarez that got him kicking himself from playing with her feelings.

He knew there was something within himself, a warm sort of feeling whenever he had the luck to glance at her. He didn't know what it was, but he was hell bent on finding out.

The nurse interrupted his thoughts, hurrying out the kitchen, handing the boy a glass of water.

"Gracias," Jungkook muttered, tipping his head back and chugging down the drink as if it were sweetest Sangria he had tasted.

Smacking the glass down, he looked at himself, realising now he had thrown one of the most important men in Seville out his estate in a mere silk robe and pyjamas.

"I'll take a shower," he declared to himself, heaving upwards and heading for the house when a thunderous knock sounded from the gates.

Exchanging confused looks with the nurse, Jungkook headed towards the doors, opening them up to reveal a shimmering black carriage in front of him.

A footman stepped down, opening up the vehicle door.

His father stepped out, looking agelessly classy in a dark tux, tailcoat trailing behind him.

When he looked up, Jungkook was knocked off his feet when he saw a smile gracing his chapped lips.

"Papa?" He got out, surprised to see him arrive so early. Usually Sir Jeon took at least two weeks out in the country to round up more supplies for his wine.

The old man did not answer him, instead stepping aside as more creaking came from the carriage.

That's when someone stepped out.

Engulfed in a silver coat, grey boots, a trusty little cane fisted in his little gloved hand.

The last person he'd thought he'd ever see.

"J-Jimin?"

Hey guys! An early as fuck chapter cause I love you all so much gAH :')

Okay so today I got a rant.

I've been going through my first notes for this book, and reading through this now on wp I feel like I just keep throwing all these twists and turns without even fully focusing on the reason why this book was made — Jungkook and Aeri's love hate relationship. I know it's just focusing on plot but idk

So y'all I need to hear your opinions — is it going okay? Too fast? Too slow? Too many unneeded drama? I get triggered easily lmao but I feel today I need the constructive criticism to make this the best book to read for my readers

So please, do vote and comment down ANYTHING about what I've said. It'll be much appreciated 🖤
