A/N: greetings fellow citizens! I am Cartoonprincess15, writer and artists of barley anything! Today I figure I might as well go down in the rules of how this whole book thing works out. There are some rules needed to be adjust.
Before I set down the rules, I want to dedicate this book to WatchPony.com . You can find the site on YouTube and watch some really awesome lists. My favorite is the Creepypasta one. I got inspired into my own lists thanks to him! Thank you very much!

Now for the rules:

RULE #1: "It has to be certain cartoon characters"

As we all know I am a huge fan of cartoons and barley into anime. Don't hate! But this isn't just for one series like how WatchPony.com does it. I do it for my cartoon family, but ONLY my cartoon family. There are some cartoons I don't know and wish not to know about for certain reasons. Cartoons must have the rules of being one and the new cartoons are too...... Well..... Lame. Sorry. Don't hate!

RULE #2: "Only do requests for the cartoons I know"

Like I said, I only know certain types of cartoons. There are some I don't like and wouldn't want to watch for certain reasons. I would write down a list of what cartoons I prefer, but it's late at night and I can't do it right now (I'm tired. It's like 3:00 in the morning here lol can't sleep well).  Anyways, any cartoons I do not know about, understand why I won't write them down.

RULE #3: "Do not leave negative comments"

I understand most of you will hate this book for the certain lack of cartoons I chose to write about. But I swear if I find more than one negative comment on this book, it will be deleted, especially certain other books I haven't updated. If no one will accept what I have to offer, might as well put it away forever. Just letting you know before Big Mouths get over to this. Please understand I'm very sensitive for certain reasons. If your don't understand, then oh well. Don't read this then!!!

I think that's all my rules for this book. I don't follow well when I'm exhausted from a fight in our home. Now do not try to rush me into this. I have a list that will be ready later but if you like, send your requests here and me and the guys will see if we can make a list. We did certainly well with our first one that will be updated soon. We just don't know when heh.

Well that's about it. I better go to bed before I lose lack of sleep and hunger heh. Remember, comment below what lists you want, if you'll be negative with me, I will fetch the bucket of doom!!!! .... I've watched too many Invader Zims.
