Carowang's Headmaster is Professor Carowang

Yep, the school is pretty young

Despite Hogwarts, there were five founders of the school

Damen Scathewang
Reginald Griddlefang
Wendy Rowanda
Meredith Hwordwell
And George Carowang

They're siblings with George being the youngest and Damen being the oldest

They created a school after the fall of Hogwarts... way way afterwards

Hardly anybody remembers Dumbledore, or Harry Potter, or Albus Potter, or even Hogwarts

There needed to be another school

Only, each of the founders have big secrets that have been passed down from generation to generation. Even new students that haven't inherited secrets have plenty of their own. Soon enough, there were so many secrets that the founders could hardly keep up with it all

Recently, Wendy Rowanda and Reginald Griddlefang have passed away and Damen Scathewang has disappeared and has been gone for so long that he is presumed dead

Meredith and George are still close and have appointed new Professors to take their siblings' places as head of the Scathewang, Griddlewang, and Rowanda Houses

It's a new year, the the new students bring new secrets
The old students grow their secrets
And those leaving will leave their secrets behind

All until those secrets destroy the school
