I've never been a jealous type but ever since we arrived at Alexandria, Enid has been giving me weird vibes.

I walked around with Carl, holding hands and exploring our new home.

"Look at all these people babe, they don't know a single thing about what we struggled with and they're so pure."

"I'm not sure about pure but they never had to struggle," said Carl staring at someone.

I squinted my eyes and stared hard at the person, Enid.

"Ugh let's leave."

I tried turning and leaving but Carl went straight ahead to say hi.

"Hi Enid!" said Carl smiling.

"Hey! What's up (y/n)!" said Enid

"Hi."

"So... What are you guys up to?" asked Enid

"We were just walking around you know getting to know this place," said Carl brushing his fingers through his long hair.

"Maybe I could show you my favorite spots," said Enid winking.

"Uh, sure! I'd love to!" said Carl

I rolled my eyes and turned my heels, walking away from this disturbing scene.

I imagined Carl running back to me but he stayed behind talking to Enid.

Tears poured out, thoughts flooded my brain of scenarios of Carl cheating on me.

I started running towards our house and gasped for air as I arrived at the doorsteps.

"Hey (y/n) are you okay?" asked Maggie who was sitting down in a chair.

"No... I just don't like it that Carl and Enid are getting close. Makes me feel like he'll leave me for her."

"Oh (Y/n)! Carl will never do that he's smart! He loves you a lot I could tell baby girl." said Maggie embracing me into a hug.

"Thank you, Maggie..." I said, "We'll just have to see."
