"Maddie, are you sure you want to go?
I know my mom is a bitch."

"Honey, I want Lorenzo to know your family.

"We're ready, daddy!" Maddie smiles and bounces Lorenzo on her hip.

Chip smiles back at her and takes Lorenzo in his arms.
"It's your first plane ride, huh? Are you going to be a good boy on the plane?"

"Aaababababa!" Lorenzo babbles.

"I'm not quite sure that was a Yes, Daddy! I'll be a good boy!" Maddie smiles and wipes the drool from her son's chin.

On the plane.

"Are you shleepy, baby?" Maddie asks as Lorenzo rubs his tired eyes.

"Look at him!" Chip chuckles.

"He's exhausted! Stop fighting it and go to sleep, papa."

Lorenzo looks at his mother and purses his lips.

"Aw, you want a kiss?"
Maddie puckers and he leans in to kiss her lips.

"Muah!  Oh that was the best kiss I have ever had!"

Lorenzo smiles and claps his hands.
"That's how I felt the first time I kissed your mommy, buddy!"

Maddie chuckles and lays her head back.
Just then Lorenzo throws himself forward and rests his head on her chest.

"He's closing his eyes.  I think it's nap time, mama."

Maddie smiles and pats his bottom.
"Go to sleep, baba."

"We're here! Yay!" Maddie takes Lorenzo from Chip and lifts him in the air.

"Tia Prissy is picking us up!  Are you excited, Enzo?" Chip asks.

Lorenzo makes a face at his father as he rubs his eye.
"He's a little cranky we woke him from his nap." Maddie says kissing his cheek.

Lorenzo looks at Maddie before slamming his open mouth into her cheek, and grabbing her head.

"Lorenzo!" She laughs.

"He's giving kisses, mommy!"

"He's a rough kisser!" Maddie giggles.

Just then they hear Priscilla shouting.
"Ahhhh! Baby brother!" She says running to hug Chip.

"Hey!"

"Oh I've missed you! Hello beautiful!" She says hugging her sister in law.

"Oh and hello handsome!" Priscilla takes the baby from Maddie.

"Look at his cute little outfit!" She giggles.

"Isn't it adorable?!"

"YES! Oh gosh, let's go! I'm sure you guys are famished!"

The three adults sat around and Lorenzo sat on his mother's lap. He just looked up at everyone while they spoke.

"He's such a calm baby, isn't he?" Priscilla says.

"Oh he's the best!" Maddie smiles.

"Look at him! You two created a beautiful beautiful little boy."

"We did! Look at him just staring into space!
What are you thinking about, Lorenzo?" Chip smiles and leans over to kiss his cheek.

Lorenzo turned to his father and smiled as he lifted his hands towards him.

"Aw he wants his daddy!  Charles, you're a daddy!" Priscilla laughs.

"I am!" Chip chuckles.

The three were staying with Priscilla and her family for the week. Chip figured it would be better than staying with his parents.

The next day was Thanksgiving. Maddie was nervous but, was going to kill her mother in law with kindness.

Chip rang the doorbell and soon his father welcomed him with open arms.

"Son! You guys come on in!
Hello, Maddie!  How are you, sweetie?"

"I'm doing well, how about yourself?"

"Can't complain! Hi little man!"

Lorenzo was shy at first and held onto his mother.

"Lorenzo, it's Grandpa!" Maddie gently bounces him.

"Ababababa!" He giggles.

"You're getting so big!" Robert says holding his hands towards him.

Lorenzo leaned towards his grandfather to be carried.

"Oh you're such a big boy now!"

"Isn't he though? It feels like Maddie just had him. It's crazy!" Chip says.

"It goes by way too quickly. That's why you have to enjoy every minute of it, right Lorenzo Cruz?"

Lorenzo kicks his legs and giggles at his grandfather.

"You are just the cutest!" Robert chuckles.

"Hello." Veronica speaks.

Chip turns and sees his mother for the first time in months. "Hello, mom."

Veronica walks over and wraps her arm tightly around her son. "I've missed you, baby."

Chip cuts the hug short and nods.
"This is Lorenzo." Chip says.

"Lorenzo.... oh he's so cute.  He looks just like you, Charles!"

"I think he looks a little like Maddie as well." Chip gives his wife a wink.

"I see you!  May I?"

"You can try." Chip says. "I'm not sure if he'll go with you."

Veronica takes him from Robert and Lorenzo fusses to go back to his grandfather.

"No, come to grandma Roni."

"Eh!  Ahhhh!" He reaches for Maddie.

"You're fine, you're fine."

Maddie felt terrible.  He obviously didn't want to be held by her.  Lorenzo was a good baby, he loved everyone!  Maybe he could sense the hatred she had for his mother?  Maybe he just didn't like her.
Either way, Maddie wanted to get her son out of that situation as quickly as possible.

Maddie walked over and held her arms out.
"What's the matter, papa?"

"Say no, mommy!  I'm with grandma!" Veronica snatched him away, making him scream even louder.

"Mom, he's upset.  Give him to Maddie."

"Oh Charles, he's okay!"

"Give him to her, Veronica." Robert says.

Veronica rolls her eyes and roughly hands him to Maddie.

"Oh!  Carful, please.  Hey baba, it's okay!  Mama's here, it's okay!" Maddie wipes his tears.

Lorenzo looks at Jessica with the saddest little pout before throwing himself on her.

"Aw prezioso!"

Things cooled down and Maddie distanced herself from Veronica.

"Look at them!  Such sweet sweet cousins!" Maddie smiles and watches Lorenzo play around with Priscilla's children.

"He's so sweet, Maddie!"

"Thank you!  I'm surprised he's playing so well with them since he's never around children."

"You have dogs, it's the same thing!" Priscilla laughs.

"Haha!  He does love his puppies!" She says walking over and checking his diaper.

"Oh you've got wee wees!  Let's go change you pampy, baba."

"Eh!  Ahhhh!" Lorenzo fusses to stay with his cousin.

"It's okay Enzo!  Katalyna needs a diaper too." Priscilla says.

"No, mama!" Katalyna nods her head and makes a face.

"Oh yes you do, sis!  Come on, stink."

"Nooo!"

"Lorenzo's getting his diaper changed too." Maddie smiles.

"Da baby?"

Both Maddie and Priscilla laugh.
"Yes, the baby!  He's smelly too!"

"Otay!  I go!" Katalyna stands up and runs to her mother.

Both women take the babies to another room to change their diapers.

"Lorenzo, stop moving!" Maddie laughs as he flips onto his stomach."

"I see that brown Booty!" Priscilla says.

"Haha!  Lorenzo!  What are you doing, sir?"

Lorenzo turns his head and Maddie lays him down on his back.
He starts arching his back and fussing loudly.

"This boy!  Be still!" She laughs.

Once both kids have fresh diapers on, Maddie opens up to her sister in law.

"Can I tell you something?  If I do you can't say ANYTHING!"

"Ooh a secret!  Do tell!" Priscilla smirks.

"Sooo.. Charles and I.."

"Using his full name!  Is he in trouble?"

"No!" Maddie laughs. "We're just.. well we're trying." She smiles.

"Trying?"

"We're trying to get pregnant.  We want another baby!" Maddie smiles.

"Ahhh!" Priscilla screams and hugs Maddie.

"Haha!  You can't say anything though!"

"I won't!  Oh my gosh, I'm so excited!
Can I tell you a secret?"

"Of course!"

"Jack and I want another baby as well!"

"Ahh!  Oh my gosh, we can be pregnant together!"

"That would be so fun!"

"I know!  Aw, I hope it happens!  You have a better chance at getting pregnant than I do but.. hopefully your brother's magical speed can do it's job again!"

"Oh gosh, Maddie!  That's gross!"

"Sorry!" Maddie laughs.

"You know what?  It's okay!  I want another niece or nephew, so PLEASE!  Have sex with my brother!"

Everyone sat around the dining room table for their meal.  Lorenzo was not very happy being in his high chair so, Maddie took him out and sat him on her lap.

"I love his shirt!" Priscilla laughs.

Lorenzo's shirt had a turkey on it and it said, I'm A Breast Man.

"Isn't it cute?  Chip bought it!"

"Yep!  Because he's like his dad." Chip smirks.

"Oh stop it!" Maddie laughs and smacks his arm.

"Well here's something other than milk.  Grandma's Yummy potatoes!"

Maddie quickly covers Lorenzo's mouth.
"He doesn't eat solids, mom." Chip says.

"What?!  Isn't he seven months?"

"Yes but, I read that it's best to keep them strictly on breast milk for the first seven to eight months." Maddie says. "We'll introduce him to solids next month.  That is if he even wants anything to do with something other than breast milk!" She chuckles.

"You read something?  Hah!" Veronica scoffs.

"Mom, what's wrong with that?
It's her first baby.  All first time mothers read and figure out what's best for them!  It's her baby, not yours."

"I think it's ridiculous!  He's my grandchild and I want him to have some of my potatoes!"

"Enough, Veronica!" Robert gives her a look.

Lorenzo starts whining and grabs Maddie's top.
"Speaking of milk.. this little one hungry.  I'll be back." Maddie says awkwardly.

"You want me to go with you, hun?"

"No babe, it's okay.  He shouldn't be too long.  Thanks though."

Chip smiles and Maddie walks away.

"Really, mom?  Leave her alone!  When will you learn?  Maddie, Lorenzo and I won't come back!
Knock it off and don't ruin it for him!"

"Lorenzo.." Veronica rolls her eyes.
"I call him Cruz."

"Why?  Because you still hate his name?"

"You named him that just to spite me!"

"Jesus Christ!" Jack sighs.

"And what are you upset about, Jack?"

"Just leave them alone!"

Veronica rolls her eyes.
Just then they heard Maddie shout.

"OW!"

"Honey?!  Are you okay?" Chip shouts.

Maddie looks down from the upstairs and chuckles.
"Sorry!  He's getting teeth, babe."

"Oh, Ouch!"

"Yeah!  A little bit painful!"

"It's because he doesn't need to be on the breast anymore!  That baby needs food!" Veronica says loudly.

Maddie rolled her eyes, then went back inside the bedroom and slammed the door.

Chip sighs and stands up.
"Thanks, mom."

Chip softly knocks on the door and lets himself in.

"Hey, Meaty." He gives her a soft smile.

"Hi.." Maddie says in a low voice.

She's horrible, and doesn't matter.  All that matters is us."

Maddie smiles softly then looks down to Lorenzo who was asleep on her breast.
She laid him on the couch she was sitting on, then turned to Chip.

"Let's stay in here for a while.  Let's forget about her and think about us!" Chip takes her hands in his.

"This is Lorenzo's first Thanksgiving out of the belly."

Maddie giggles and he continues.
"Next year.. baby next year we could have another little baby!  Or maybe you'll be pregnant!  Who knows!" He smiles.

"That's crazy!  I'm so ready to be pregnant again!
So SO ready!"

"And I'm ready to get you pregnant!"

"Hah!  I bet you are." Maddie smirks.

"Speaking that.. this is your old room..
Did you ever go crazy while your parents were out when you were younger?"

I cannot believe we did this!  In the middle of Thanksgiving dinner!  What would God say?!"

The two get dressed and leave the room.

"Okay.." Priscilla then looks at Lorenzo with a pout.
She playfully punches his cheek and says, "You might have just witnessed your baby brother or sister being conceived, little man!"

"I'll be sure to put it in his baby book.  Now let's get some pie, please!"

"Talking like a pregnant woman already!" Priscilla laughs.
