Second Recipe: Quick and Easy Baked Spaghetti

Ingriedients:

 lb. spaghetti noodles

1 lb. ground beef

4 cups marinara sauce or just tomato sauce filipino style

1 medium yellow onion, minced

2 teaspoons minced garlic

2 tablespoons butter

1 boiled egg (optional)

1/2 cup of canned mushrooms (optional)

1 1/4 cup fresh milk

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese or quick melt

3 tablespoons cooking oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1.Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Set aside.

2.Heat the cooking oil in a saucepan. Sauté onion and garlic

3.Add the ground meat and then cook for 5 minutes or until the color turns light brown.

4.Pour-in the marinara sauce. Let boil and then simmer for 30 minutes while stirring every 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper.

5.Combine the cooked spaghetti noodles and meat sauce. Mix well and then arrange in a baking pan.

6.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

7.When the spaghetti is done. topped some sliced boiled eggs and canned mushrooms

8.Put Parmesan cheese or quick melt cheese, then baked it again

9.Remove from the oven. Serve with garlic bread.
