Three figures appear from a blue portal inside an alley. Unkown to them was that a pair of kids splashed them with a puddle of water as they rode on their D Boards. "I just got these fresh from the dry cleaners and now they're gonna pay!" "Calm down Jaden its just a puddle!" "Just a puddle! What they bought was a one way ticket to get printed as a card!" Jaden retorts to his blue haired companion when notices a yellow car about to leave. Jaden summons his Elemental Hero Neos to prevent the car from moving as the trio ran up to the car whose owner was complaining. "I thought that today's fortune was about being lucky b b but I'm about to get either kidnapped or have my car stolen!" "You in that car let us in and follow those two blue haired kids on skateboards!"

They speed off after the D Boards and unkown to the the Slifers, the owner of the yellow car drives nervously but catches up to the D Boards until her vehicle ran out of gas. "Hey lady why'd you stop?" "I ran out of fuel but take this Duel Radar which I use foe my blog and with it you'll find who you're looking for." The trio of Academia grabs the radar and Jaden looks back. "Good thing you're not a duelist or else we would've carded you!"

Meanwhile:
The twins arrived at Yusei's place and Leo asks Luna to wait in the living room withas he went to talk to Yusei alone. "What brings you here Leo?" Asked Yusei. "First of can I ask you a question?" "Sure go ahead Leo. "Do you remember punching me in the lip while we were waiting in line for our lunch?" Yusei's eyes widen at that memory. "Is it really you Leo?" Leo nods. "That was one day neither of us could forget." "You're right Daniel I could still feel the hit everytime I see you so that I wouldn't make the same mistake twice." Leo said to his friend as he felt relief that he was able to find one of his real life friends.

While both Leo and Yusei were talking about what's been happening and wondering where the others were, The Slifers made their way to a garage thanks to the help of a few civilians who gave them directions the two Blue Haired kids went towards. They noticed one of their targets and activates their dueldisks as they barged inside alarming them. Once downstairs, Yusei held Leo back as he noticed the scene and takes a deep breath. "If you guys want a duel then sign up for 'The Friendship Cup'! Because I'm to busy dealing-." The Crimson Dragon interrupts Yusei as it sends not only him but the other signers inside itself to show them a room full of students to which Yusei recognized as the ones Jaden had when they fought Paradox. He then notices a female Playmaker dueling agianst the Knights of Hanoi to which thought. "That must be Samantha dueling as a female Playmaker but the Knights have a red and blue color." "Yusei when we saw the girl on a hoverboard I noticed that  you look at her as if you know her." Someone asked with an Australian accent. "Its a long story Jack."

After a while of watching the visions thru The Crimson Dragon, all the Signers appeared unexpectedly behind the Slifers and immediately jumped on them and confiscates their decks moments before Jaden's Dueldisk's comms alerts everyone about the incoming message. The Signers with the help of the trapped Slifers. "Jaden, Chum, and Syrus wherever you are you were supposed to meet me in my office 15 minutes ago!" Jack looks at the holo message. "Jean Roget! He's the one who somehow forced me into betraying Team 5ds by kidnapping Carly with the condition of taking all your Stardust Cards for her release and to return to the Tops!" The Signers then released the Slifer Trio from their hands as Jaden tells his friends to stand down and head towards Jean Roget's location unkowingly dropping a card while exiting the building in a hurry.

"Yusei should we follow those kids?" Jack asks Yusei. "No, I have a feeling we'll be seeing them at the Fortune Cup this weekend but first we need to figure out what's this card." He explains as he shows the cards to Jack who immediately grabs it only for him to focus and create more of it with his powers of 'Burning Soul' before handing them to the others and explains. "Guys I believe we need to get allies from what looks to me as other dimensions and to bring them here and help out aginst the upcoming threat!" "Good I'll take Leo to that dimension with the hover duelists, Crowe you and Jack hit the one the Crimson Dragon showed us on the King of Games, and Akiza you and Luna will be heading towards the dimension with the Monsters that has glowing numbers." Everyone nodded at Yusei's orders as they activates their new cards on their Duel Runners.
"Yusei! Wait before you go take these back I am sorry for taking them but I had no other choice since it was Carly's life or a happy life  with her at the Tops." Yusei grabs the set of cards before he and Leo rode off into a portal.
