The room was enveloped in silence with Kin and Jeb seated infront of the headmaster of Setsuna itself.

"So you would like to keep the sheep in school grounds..?" The headmaster trailed off looking unamused.

The gavel was hit again as a signal that the meeting is brought upon them.

"PANIKU WHY DID WE BRING THE SHEEP-" The paranoid Kin whined slamming her hand against the round table. 

"Besto frendo Kin don't worry." The fearless Kin pulled her hair up to a pompadour and flex her n̶o̶n̶-̶e̶x̶i̶s̶t̶e̶n̶t̶ muscles with her leg lifted up and slammed onto the table just as the pompadour flopped back down.

"Jesus be careful-" The chairwoman Kin said steadying the table. "Where is Sakayanagi anyway?"

"Oh she's going back to bed, she said she can't deal with this!" The joyful Kin chirped.

"Sweet Gyze, let's just get this over with and make Kin say yes." Studious Kin pushed up her glasses.

"All in favours say aye!" Chairwoman Kin hit her gavel again.

"Yes, he's my companion! My best friend! I promise he won't make a mess!"

"Yeah besides I'm not a sheep, I'm a water sheep baa!" Jeb retorted peeking up to the headmaster desk. "Fear me hu-!"

Kin's hand covered Jeb's immediately as she cracked a nervous smile on to the headmaster.

"Ahaha please ignore him. He's a loudmouth."

The headmaster raised a brow before clearing his throat and heaved a heavy sigh.

"As long as he doesn't participate class and remains in your room or outside and doesn't disturb other students, it's alright."

Kin and Jeb both looked dumbfounded as they take a glance at each other.

"I'M STAYING-"

"I'M NOT GETTING EXPELLED-"

"AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH" The two fangirled before getting shushed by the headmaster.

"Don't make me regret my decision." He deadpanned.

"We won't we won't~!!"

Not long after Kin and Jeb exited the headmaster office and sighed in relief.

"That could've went wrong in so many ways.." She shivered trailing off.

"Baa! He was questioning my existence!" The sheep retorted.

"Anyone would though, you're literally a talking sheep!"

"Geh, it's normal."

"In Cray!" Kin corrected puffing her cheeks as she checked her phone at the time. "AIIIIIEEEEEE, I'm late!!"

"Late? For what?" Jeb tilted his head.

"FACTION HOMEROOM-" She replied as she quickly ran to a random direction without thinking.

"BAAA HUMAN WAIT!" Jeb followed but ran much slower due to his small trotters.

Meanwhile in a white painted room accompanied by red decorations and furniture. There were a couple of paintings, a chandelier and flower vases filled with red and white roses in front of some pillars.

The members were lined up by year group as the jet black haired King had a clipboard and pen at hand checking off some names. He noticed majority were present except for one particular student.

"Hm, she's late.." Asahi muttered with a hint of irritation on his tone. Clicking his pen, he checked his hand watch. "Exactly by eleven minutes and thirty six seconds.."

He then turned to two of his two right hands.

"Have any one of you seen Takami?"

"Not at all." One of them, Kage, replied

"I remember seeing her at the entrance ceremony, I didn't know where she was afterwards." The other, Narumi informed the King causing the latter to grumble under his breath.

"I swear If she's anymore late..-"

The King was cut off by the door slamming open.

"SORRY IM LATE! GEK-!" As soon as the person shouted those words, she tripped on her own two feet and fall face first onto the ground.

"Takami you're late." He remarked sighing, his eyes looking down at the fallen figure who stood up after being in the ground for quite a while.

"I-I know I apologise..!" She stuttered at the presence towering her.

"Well then with that by coming late, you have the honor to face me on this warm up training session."

"Wait- f-face you?"

"Indeed, you play Gavrail correct? It'd be an interesting match." He said calmly. "Besides it's been awhile we've faced each other."

'I am doomed- this would be the only time I wish Gyze would return to Earth already and get me outta here-'

Their match soon begun as the crowd gather around to watch.

"Now watch and learn." Asahi started as his hand was placed on the starter. "Stand Up Vanguard!"

"Stand Up braincell- I mean v-vanguard!"

After sometime of the fight the sixth damage hits at Kin's damage zone. Admittedly she wasn't surprised.

"A-ah I lost..." She chuckled nervously sweatdropping.

"You should've used Hamiel in your last turn." Asahi pointed out immediately tidying his deck.

"E-eh I haven't played vanguard in awhile so I must've gone rusty.." Kin admitted tidying hers which made the man stood there in silence.

"Then we have a lot of work in our hands, this faction revolves heavily on your cardfighting skills and as faction leader I will not tolerate anyone lagging behind and fail on that field." Asahi declared his statement. "With that being said.. I'll assign you with some guides on how to play Gavrail properly and a five hundred word essay on why you shouldn't be late to faction homeroom. Be grateful that this is just the beginning of the new school year and I didn't decide to take your deck away."

"T-Take my deck away??" Her eyes widened.

"Of course, to stay as the most powerful faction. We need to be the best, you don't deserve to play in the first place if you're incompetent in how you play your cards. Do you understand?"

Kin bit her bottom lip before sighing.

"Yes.. uh faction leader."

The school bell ring and chime signaling the long hectic school day has ended. Kin and Jeb were walking side by side. Kin gripped on her phone scrolling through the handful of messages.

"Agh I can't believe I literally have two hours worth of watching Gavrail gameplays!" She gritted her teeth. "I don't have time for this, Sakayanagi why did you put in this hell of a dorm.."

"Baa you could just move y'know." The sheep suggested.

"I know but geh I'll think about it besides moving factions take a long time."

She pointed out before noticing something in the corner of her eye, a small field garden.

"Jeb wait- look-"

Jeb stopped by and glance to the side, his tiny ears wiggled blinking a couple of times.

"It's a garden baa."

"And it looks unattended." She pointed out approaching the field. "Is this where the gardening club supposed to be?"

"It looks like it hasn't been touched for a long time though."

"Let's check it out, who knows it can be our habitat to start our farm!"

The two walk up to the garden nearby and looked around the area. There were a couple of dead plants and fruits and lots of weeds growing.

"Baaa! This garden is hopeless." He commented.

"We should be able to tend it, let's see.. we could plant new seeds and get rid of the weeds." Kin narrowed her eyes with her index finger and thumb on her chin.

After a few minutes of observing, she made some notes on her phone of what's needed and what garden equipments is needed.

"Alright this should be good!" She said turning her back to the garden, eyes still on her phone. She began to walk back to the main street until.

"Human! Watch where you're going you keep falling!" The sheep complained staring at her.

"Oww.." She muttered wincing as she heard footsteps nearby.

"Hey hey onee-san are you okay?!" A cheerful voice asked as Kin looked up to see who it is.

A boy with pink-purple hair, pink-ombre with light pink highlights and the same blue eyes as Kin does. He wore a black baseball cap with rings and red and green arrows, his clothing consists of the standard Setsuna uniform.

He was offering his hand to help the fallen girl up.

"O-Oh! Uhm I'm alright!" She replied taking his hand dusting her skirt as she tilted her head raising a brow. Has she seen this person before?

"Jeez you should be more careful. This is the second time you fall isn't it?" He said with a childish pout.

"E-eh?" Kin's eyes widened, her suspicions were correct, so she has seen him before. Her eyes made way to the colour of his vest, Bright crimson. "Ah! You're from Salvation too?"

"That's right~ Don't think we've met before nee-san. Name's Ryousuke Yoshida, though you can call me Ryou~!! I'm a second year like yourself, Nice to meetcha." He smiled.

"Onee-san..?" She trailed off.

"It's just what I call cute girls such as yourself!" He giggled.

"C-CUTE-??" A light blush appeared on Kin's cheeks.

"And I'm Jeb!" The sheep spoke up. "I get this question a lot so before you ask, no I'm not from this world that's why I'm talking! This blushing dimwit here is Kin."

"Ehh I already know, we are in the same faction after all!"

"So what brings you here?" The sheep asked.

"Wellll I was just walking back after club meetings, nothing special. What about you two?"

"W-we were just.. Heading back to the dorms until we spot this untended garden.." Kin replied albeit shyly.

"Ah, that's the old place the gardening club used to tend to. They disbanded just by this year, since most of the members already graduated." He said crossing his arms.

"Ahh.. so that's why.." She replied scratching her cheek. "Although I should head back, I need to.. do The King's assignment." She grumbled.

"Geh that snobby King." Jeb huffed. "Means we have more work to do and less profiting!"

"He's terrifying.." Kin sulked.

"Eh he's pretty cool if you ask me." Ryousuke replied shrugging his shoulders. "Nobody would listen to a King who's just nice all the time right?"

"I guess.. a strong leader is better, makes you improve more and you get the title of King.."

"I say the royalties are all so cool..." He flashed the sweetest smile imaginable until it turned into a devious smirk.

"Unlike a certain loser who can't cardfight for shit."

Both Kin and Jeb were taken aback by the sudden shift as Ryousuke began laughing uncontrollably holding his stomach.

"Pfttt ahahahah!! God I can't take it anymore aahahaha!!" He continued to laugh. "You're the girl that came late during faction homeroom and on top of that even tripped in front of the whole faction!"

"Baa watch your mouth!"

"Ah..!! It took everything I had not to lose it back there." He sighed calming himself down.

"H-hey that's not nice..!" Kin's lips quivered, eyes getting slightly glassy by his snarky remarks.

"You almost got your deck taken away, how lame. Geh, I recommend you go back to kindergarten before coming to Setsuna Academy."

Jeb then growled ready to lunge at this random guy they just met insulting his human.

"Pft hahaha.. I thought I'd just mess with you but you really blew my expectations away." He chuckled.

Inside of Kin's mind the council was mere frozen.

"I'm scared..." Paranoid Kin hid under her blanket. "I wanna get outta here..." she sobbed.

"E-Everyone remain calm!" The chairwoman Kin said.

"That's it move away." Sakayanagi hissed glaring at the screen that has Ryou's face on it.

"S-Sakayanagi!" The joyful Kin called out only to be replied with a hand.

Without a second thought, Kin grabbed Jeb then Ryousuke's hat.

"W-whoa hey! Give it back!" He growled.

"Catch me loser!" Kin cackled mockingly running away as fast as she could with Ryousuke following behind her.

Still outside the perimeter of the fields, the wild goose chase still commence between the two.

"Come back here!" Ryousuke called out, nearly bumping into a familiar pitch black haired male with blue eyes. "Oi you!"

"H-huh? What do you need?" The male's eyes widened.

"You, Jin right?! Help me catch that bastard who took my hat!"

"A-ah sure!" The male now known as Jin began to ran along with Ryousuke.

The wild goose chase soon continued once more until Ryou began panting heavily.

"Damnit we can't keep up.. she's fast.." He said between pants.

"She's just about nearby." Jin said pointing to Kin who was getting slower by the minute. An idea then popped into his mind.

"Ah got it."

"There has to be something- whoa whoa hey! What are you doing?!" Ryousuke shrieked as he felt himself getting picked up by Jin.

"I'll just throw you."

"You're kidding! AAAAAAAAAHHHH!" He screamed feeling himself getting raised. 

"ARE YOU REALLY GONNA THROW ME? HEY KNOCK IT OFF!"

"You're unsurprisingly light.. just get her ya hear? Taking aim.. fire!" He declared causing Kin to stop and turn back.

"GYAAAAAAAA HAAAAAAAAAA!!"

As Jin threw Ryou across the field, Kin squeaked and froze in her place.

Chu!

Kin and Ryou felt something brushed against their lips as Kin was pushed down by the weight. Jeb stared in horror while Jin caught up to the two.

That's when Kin began realizing what happened as her neckline to her face began glowing bright red.

"LAJSKSJDJSHS??"

There wasn't even a gavel hit just the doors into the courtroom bursting open revealing a Kin that's on her school uniform having a gibberish seizure attack. As a siren went off.

"MOVE MOVE BESTO FRENDOS KIN IS GETTING A SEIZURE ATTACK!" Fearless Kin shouted with the Kin that's violently quaking along with the courtroom began shaking.

"AKJDAKNDKSNX?!!??!!$!??!!:?:?-?"

"We're doomed.." Studious Kin deadpanned.

"AHHHH MOM AND DAD ARE GONNA BE DISAPPOINTED!" Paranoid Kin cried even more.

"OUR VIRGINITY TAKEN-!!" Joyful Kin screeched. "WILL WE GET PREGNANT AFTER THIS?! I'M NOT READY TO BE A MOM!!"

"N-Now now order in the council!" Chairwoman Kin panicked hitting her gavel on a chair before falling down due to the earthquake.

Sakayanagi stared into the screen blankly before growling.

Kin then kicked Ryousuke inbetween his legs and pushed him off.

"GET OFF ME YOU PERVERT!!"

"ACK-!" He got pushed off crying.

"I-I screwed up! I didn't think about the landing!" Jin's eyes widened with a hint of sympathy.

"Are you... AN IDIOT!!!?" Ryousuke screeched moaning in pain rolling on the ground.

"We caught her at least!"

"YEAH FOR THE COST OF MY BALLS AND FIRST KISS!" He argued wincing.

"Baaa... The room is spinning..." Was the last words he said dropping to the ground.

"Hey! You were the one who insulted me first!" Kin argued back standing up and wiping her mouth aggressively. "Jeez and you're such a terrible kisser!"

"I didn't even wanted to do it! This idiot thought it was a good idea throwing me to you!"

"L-LOOK HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW THAT IT'LL END LIKE THIS?!" Jin defended waving his hands.

"THROWING ME THE FIRST PLACE WAS A BAD IDEA!" Ryousuke wiped his lips as well. "And you! Gimme back my hat!"

"Hmpf." She scoffed throwing his hat towards her direction. "This is why you don't be so mean Ryou! You owe me an apology."

"Tsk, whatever." He huffed rolling his eyes. "Sorry I guess."

"Good enough." Kin sighed exhaustedly pinching the bridge of her nose.

"A-Anyway! We should head back to the dorms." Jin cut off the thick atmosphere laughing nervously. "It's getting late and God knows what happens if we're still out here. We'll get into bigger trouble."

"You're right." Kin replied picking the unconscious Jeb up and began walking. "By the way, your name?"

"Ah, Jin, Jin Yukawa. Second year Salvation." He introduced himself following her whilst dragging Ryousuke.

"Yeesh and you already sound nicer than Ryou."

"Hey! I was being blunt honest!"

Kin chuckled lightly looking up the sun setting sky.

"These two dummies.."
