The Gear Chronicle Rant! (I've never felt this mad since Dragonic Overlord The "Legend"...) (and the Legend Deck 2 was quite underwhelming actually. There was some decent cards, but I think the Legend Deck 1 did much better, even though they only had 5 strides and some ok cards)

Ah, Vanguard. The game where I stopped watching season 2 cause it shitted all over my favourite clan, then I started to rewatch, buy a trial deck, and the meta became Revengers. Its still kinda is true today, but now its either Angel Feathers, or Kagero thats shitting on us, but Shadow had their time thanks to this guy (who everyone thought was gonna break the game. Funnily enough, it did and I had no clue about it XD)-

And HE'S the only reason why Shadow was Meta. Now, with G guards, he isn't that great anymore. Sure, he's a decent stride, and gets great effects, but he was good at the time he was released. Now... Oh dear God the oversupport that Gear Chronicle had is gonna ruin the game...

So remember season 2? I stopped watching the anime, and if I had a deck at that time, I'd drop it for Gold Paladin, cause Aichi! And the amount of op shit it was gonna get. Now, Royal Paladin never got to the META meta, but was Meta as it had decent support and Majesty Lord Blaster. Now was the time Vanguard was gonna have an overhaul, cause of Limit Break. Now, as it was in this era, Royal, Shadows and Kageros lost support, so running them would be a very bad idea. Gold Paladin and Narukami became the main clans to go to as all the others sucked ass, and then, the meta bomb. I like to call this the "Meta Bomb" because the meta was bombarded with one clan. Gold Paladin.

Ezel or Spectral Duke was the main GP decks, and there was no variety in decks anymore. There was either GP, Narukami or decks to counter these guys. Thats when people quit vanguard...

After that, G came, new time to restart, blah, blah, blah, and it became, varited again, cause of the striders! Whole new decks could be built with equal power and (mostly) equal support! As most clans got 1-2 support per set, Gear Chronicle getting more as they were a new clan. After Time Leap, they sorta found what GC was most like, and then....

Meta Bomb.

Gear Chronicle then just got a shitload of support for no reason and clans that actually needed support (OTT, Spike Bros, Tachis, etc) got nothing, then dropped below standards, and can do "ok" against decent decks. Somehow GC went from tier 3, to tier 1-

Anyways, basically I'm saying GC is gonna ruin the meta. How? Because of these cheeky bastards!

A smarter choice is not to give so much support to GC, give some support to the clans that need it. Your redoing that time whe-

Holy crap... No way... It can't be... Are they trying to recreate GP Meta? And Gear Chronicle is about time... Is Bushiroad trying to make people quit vanguard so they can move on? I mean, they're making a FIFTH card game... Its not like they can invest all their money now to vanguard anymore... But wouldn't... Ya know what? Idk what Bushi's doing anymore and all this thinking is giving me a headache... So decide what your opinion is... Oh yeah, just to make those Blaster Dark "Diablo" fans jelly, guess what?

And coming up soon is the Which Legend Deck is better? Where I basically shit all over Dragonic Overlord the Legend and how it didn't ruin the meta like Phantom, like most of us thought it would. (And maybe we're just joining a Gear Chronicle hatewagon because of oversupport and overpower. Maybe it wont turn out bad... Sorry if this isn't a great rant. My head is pounding because of this fly that keeps buzzing in my room, and todays a monday... Some strange reason I always get headaches on a monday...)
