Lian

As I went back to school with Johnny, Amanda, and Ki, I still wonder where my parents could be held captive. 

Yue said that I would sense it when the time comes after I've collected 52 Clow Cards, also he would see me again for the Final Judgement for taking over the responsibilities of the recent CardCaptor, my mother, Sakura Avalon.

Amanda sees how much I was coping with nerves, she said, "Hey, don't worry about it. I believe that Syaoran and Sakura would be all right, besides you're their daughter, the Night Captor! "

I said, "I really don't know, Amanda. It seems so scary just to think about it, and I still have to deal with the Sakura Clow Cards being found."

Ki said, "I'm sure you can do this no time flat."

I looked at the young boy with a curious look, "You absolutely sure, Ki?"

He didn't reply to me right away , as if something was bothering him.  

As Amanda and Ki head inside, I see Johnny. He seems out of thought, mostly because of his dad kept a dark secret that he has another person inside him. 

"Johnny, are you ok?" I ask him with a curious look.

I still couldn't believe that Yue and my Dad are the same person. I never thought about it, but he always mysterious , keeping things to himself, like he was trying to ignore something. 

Was this being with the Avalon's being CardCaptors and with magic? 

Suddenly, Lian asks me, "Johnny, are you ok?" 

She must've seen me lost in thought as if she was having the same feelings as I do. 

"I am still new to this magic thing." I said, as she said, "I know what you mean. I'm still new of being the new CardCaptor though. 

To be totally honest, I was scared." 

I was in totally disbelief. Lian Avalon, scared?

"You, scared? Com'on, Lian, your family is involved with magic for a long time and you're a CardCaptor!

You really don't be scared of anything, especially with um, Yue has your back." 

"You really ok with your dad? I know it's overwhelming that everything you know about is changing.

I've been there, Johnny. I'm still wonder if I would ever live up to my parents' legacy of being a CardCaptor. " 

As I was about to reply a light red flame came out as Ki said, "Lian, it's the Fiery Card!"
 Lian ask, "One of the Elemental Sakura Clow Cards?!? 

That's just perfect timing as usual." 

She pulls out her star Key necklace to chant out her transformation into Night Captor, "With Key with the Star bright, Release the Staff and release your light!" 

"Time, come to my aid!" Ki said, using his sword as it stops time. 

"I can only stop time for a while, Lian, you have to-" Ki said, as he was collapsing. 

"Ki!" Amanda said, holding him as Lian said, "Amanda, look after him. I have a card to capture." 

Lian

I knew what I have to do to seal the Fiery Card, although looking how my mother done it, it seems kind of a reckless attempt though. 

She combined Windy and Water to her advantage and managed to get it cornered in one spot. 

"Lian!" Johnny said, as he was running, "The Fiery Card is behind you!" 

He pushes me aside as the flame spirit makes an attempt to attack me.

"Thanks for the warning, Johnny." I said, thanking him. 

"What you plan to do, Night Captor?" Johnny asks. 

"I know what to do, I have to combine Windy and Water and seal the Fiery Card at the same time." 

Johnny's eyes widen, "You can't be serious! It's an elemental Sakura Clow Card! You might get hurt by it." 

"Always expect the unexpected." That is what Kiro told my mother when she first started being the Master CardCaptor. I'm not going to run away from this, Johnny. 

I will find my parents and face Yue's Judgement to be the next Master of the Clow Cards. You just have to believe in me." 

Johnny slightly nods as I raise the cards, "Windy, Water! Come to my aid! Contain the Fiery Card!"

The Spirits did as they commanded as Johnny was in total disbelief.

"Woah, it's working. "

As the cards transform, Lian suddenly felt weaker as if the power drained most of her strength . 

"Lian!" Johnny said, grabbing me from collapsing into the ground. 

Kiro arrives with the others as he said, "I was afraid this might happen. " 

I woke up in my room, as I groan , "What happened?"

Tori said, "You literally drained most of your magic with the sealing the Fiery card. You have to be more careful with it if I were you, Lian."

"Gee, Tori. I never seen you so concern before." A voice said, as Tori was flabbergasted by surprise.

"Madison!" He said, as Amanda said, "Mom! I didn't know you were here. You knew about the Avalon's all along.

Still, I am amazed you actually have a CardCaptor as your best friends. I can keep a secret you know."

Madison said, "Wait, you already knew about everything?"

I shrug, "Pretty much, yeah. Although, I never suspect you were involved in my parent's adventures in the beginning."

Madison sighs with amazement, "Wow, I can't believe that you, Lian are following your parents' footsteps. 

You're going to tell them about all of this , right? I mean, they can help you become an experienced CardCaptor." 

I said, "They should've told me that we had a responsibility of being CardCaptors in the first place, not deciding my fate for me! 

I have to continue finding the remaining Sakura Clow Cards. "

Madison said, smiling, "Well if anyone can find the Sakura Clow Cards, it's Night Captor! And since we're on the same page, how about I design your outfit?"

"Oh, Madison, I really think it's all right. The magic surrounds the Night Captor's outfit is powerful." Kiro reassures her.

I was still nervous. How I suppose to be a CardCaptor, and how I suppose to find my magical parents?

Ki sees how intense I was, as he holds my hand , comforting me. 

His eyes were kind, telling that everything would be fine. 

"Can I have a moment alone with Lian?" Ki asks as Madison was curious. 

"Why?" She asks, but luckily Amanda knew we need this. 

"Let's go, Mom. I still have many questions." She pushes her mother away as Kiro and the others follow her lead. 

Ki sighs, "I know that you're scared, but I believe in you, Lian. 

I know you'll be an amazing CardCaptor, just like Sakura and Lee." 

I replied, "I don't know, Ki, I mean this is huge! I mean, I might-" 

He shook his head as he did something that I never experience before. 

We kissed. It was romantic, and it felt like the height I had on my shoulders were erased from memory as I focused on the most important thing that I needed : My family being together, and with my entire future with Ki. 

As we let go of the kiss, Ki and I smiled at each other. 

"Thank you for reminding me what is very important to me, Ki. " I said. 

Ki said, "Hey, we're both CardCaptors... and I really like you, Lian Avalon." 

I blushed furiously, as I noticed that we're not alone. 

"Don't mind us!" Amanda waved, holding out a camera! 

"You literally recorded the whole conversation?!?" I said, stunned.

Tori chuckles, "Like mother, like daughter. Man, you should've seen the looks on your guys' faces. 

Lian, it's all right, we'll find your parents... somehow." 

I am still worried, would I ever find them, and is telling the truth of being Night Captor a good thing for our family?
