Yza was in drama class. He, Aiman, Trio and Shika were making a scene together, showing it to the class.
"Alright, Shika, remember to rush in like Juggernaut Maximum." Yza said, directing them.
"Check!" Shika said.
"Trio, hide in the position," Yza said. "And Aiman, get ready for a fight."
"Got it!" Trio said, hiding. Aiman got ready.
"Ok, Tyrannolegend will make his way through half way. Action!" Yza said.
"RUSH THEM!!" Shika screamed. He rugby tackled Aiman.
"I'm Shockwave! You can't tackle me!!" Aiman said, shaking.
"STOP RIGHT THERE!!" Trio shouted, pointing a finger gun at the 2. "Who do I shoot?" He said, with a calm look on his face. Aiman and Shika were shivering in fear.
"Never to fear, TYRANNOLEGEND IS HERE!!" Yza shouted, roaring.
"I'll shoot you." Trio said, firing the finger gun.
"Soulguard!!" Yza shouted.
"Once again!!" He shooted him again.
"Soulguard.." He mumbled. Shika let go and rugby tackled Yza.
"Soulguard!!" Yza said.
"I'll reveal a card!" Shika said. He pulled a Creature card from his blazer pocket. "A Creature, get recked!!"
"Argh!!" Yza screamed, falling on the ground, pretending to be dead.
"Tyrannolegend!!" Aiman said. "You'll pay! ENERGY WAVE!" He roared, pretending to shoot a blue beam at Shika.
"No!!!" Shika screamed, falling down, pretending to be dead.
"I'll shoot you." Trio said, smirking. He fired his finger gun.
"I'll rise!!" Aiman said. He fell, pretending to be dead. The rest of the class apaluded them.
"That was, um, interesting." Yza's teacher said.
At the end of the class, Yza headed to the library, to find Zeon Ishima (the richest boy in Yza's school) sitting down and looking at Card Wars cards. Zeon had dark blue hair, that was middle lengthed like Ryu's. He had the school uniform on, but non-school days, he'd wear a white suit, with smart black shoes. On occasion, he would wear glasses, but wears contacts most of the time. Yza apporached Zeon.
"So, what are you doing?" Asked Yza.
"Looking at my deck. I've never played Card Wars before, so I want someone to teach me." Zeon said.
"Lets have a look at your deck." Yza said, sitting infront of the blue haired boy. Zeon passed the deck, and Yza was looking through it.
"A Ninja Clan? Wow. Huh, he has some of the top cards in that Clan. He must have spent quite a bit of money.. Wait! He's rich, it must be nothing to him..." Yza thought. "Your deck is good. I'll teach you."
"Sure." Zeon said, smirking.
"Alright, to start take 4 Landscapes from the deck and place them sideways, like this." Yza said, placing the cards down.
"4 Landscapes?" Zeon said.
"You can tell a card's typing underneath the name of the card. The Rarity is also on the line." Yza said.
"Landscape..." Zeon mumbled, placing the Landscapes down.
"Once you done that, put any Legend Cards you have into the Legend Zone, face down, above the Deck Zone." Yza said.
"So up here?" Zeon said, pointing at the top right hand corner.
"Yep." Yza said, placing his face down.
"Teaching a noob are we?" Ayaza said, joining in.
"Oh hey! Teaching Zeon how to play." Yza said.
"Yeah right, why would the richest kid in school ever play a budget game?" Ayaza asked.
"I'm playing because I'm gonna try and win against everyone! People think I'm better then them because I'm rich, but that's not the case, I want to make new friends like everyone else!" Zeon said, proudly.
"Well, start shuffling your 36 card deck really well." Yza said.
"36? Isn't there 40 cards?" Zeon asked.
"4 cards are already out on the battlefield." Yza said.
"The field is both of your sides combined. But if a card refers to your side of the field, it means your side, and not everyones." Ayaza said.
"Oh." Zeon said, placing his well shuffled deck into the Deck Zone.
"Draw the top 5 cards of the deck. This is your hand. Don't reveal it to your opponents." Yza said. "If your unhappy with your hand, you can shuffle cards back. You can do this once. This is a Mulligan."
"Oh!" Zeon said, taking the top 5 cards of thr deck. "I'll shuffle 3 cards back." Zeon revealed the 3 cards.
"No need to do that, you can just shuffle cards back." Yza said. "2."
"I see." Zeon said, shuffling the deck and re drawing 3 cards. Yza did the same.
"Deciding first turn is simple, do rock paper scissors, flip a coin, or even choose randomly. For the purpose of this game, Yza will go first to teach you." Ayaza said.
"Thanks..." Yza said bluntly. Zeon laughed secretly.
"We have 4 phases in a turn. The draw phase, the main phase, the battle phase and the end phase. The draw phase comes before anything else. Take the top card of your deck and add it to your hand." Yza said.
"During the main phase, you can Call Creatures and Landscapes on your side of the field. You can activate and equip Effects aswell." Ayaza said.
"On the first turn, your only allowed to Call 1 Creature, but you can Call as many Landscapes as you want. Call, Ancient Dino,Beamankylo. You can activate Abilities aswell. Beamankylo's Ability. He gains +30% Power if he's the only Ancient Dino on my side of the field." Yza said.
"Where are the Abilities?" Zeon asked.
"In the text box, underneath the type. You activate Abilities either in the Main or Battle phase. Some Abilities activate at the End or Draw phase. You can activate Creature Abilities as many times as you like, unless it says once per turn. You can only activate Landscape Abilities once per game." Ayaza explained.
"Oh! The Health is the top bar right?" Asked Zeon.
"Yep. The Power is in that quater circle. Beamankylo has 85% Health and 60% Power normally. But because of his Ability, he gets +30% Power, bringing the total to 90%." Yza said.

On a garden during the night, it was serene and quiet, until 4 Landscapes appeared either side. Beamankylo appeared.
"To die means to serve a honour." He said, his yellow eyes looking around. "A night battle field and a full moon? This will be intriging."

"After the Main phase is the Battle phase. During this phase, we can attack each other's Creature or Landscapes. Since I went first, I can't attack, in other words, I skip my Battle phase. After the Battle phase, the End phase. During the End phase, we end our turn and pass it to the other player. Then they do what I basically done." Yza explained. "To win the game, get rid of the opponents Creatures and Landscapes on the field."
"I see. Draw," Zeon said, picking up the top card. "Call, Speed Ninja,Hayate. Then I equip to her, Heavenly Blade Of 5 Winds." Zeon said.
"So you already know how to equip? Nice." Yza said.
"Yeah, you place it underneath the Creature, with the Effect box sticking out. Um, Heavenly Blade gives +30%.." Zeon said.
"+30% Power, Double Attack and it also gives Penetrate. I've seen this card in enough decks to know what it does." Ayaza said.
"Right. Now, Hayate attacks your Landscape!" Zeon said.
"You can't do that." Yza said.
"Why?" Asked Zeon.
"If a Creature is on my Creature Zone, you can't attack my Landscape. If I had no Creatures, you could of attacked my Landscape." He explained.
"So a Creature is basically a Shield to Landscapes?" Zeon asked.
"Yep. Landscapes can somtimes save you." Yza said.
"Ok, I know. Then I'll attack Beamankylo with Hayate!" Zeon said.
"I Nulify that! With Parawall!!" Yza said.

A yellow robotic ninja with a female body shape appeared, with two buns above her non-existent ears with white ribbon coming off it. She had green eyes and held two blue and silver daggers, one in each hand. The two dagger broke into orange dust and was replaced by green dust, which formed a katana with green highlights on it.
"Stand down before you face the Heavenly Blade." Hayate said. "FULL FORCE SLASH!" She charged foward, and the katana glowed white and wind picked up from it. She tried to slash Beamankylo, but Parawall swooped in, and made a hexagonal shield. The sword clashed.
"I'm to quick for you hunking piece of worthless junk!!" Hayate said, strafing to Beamankylo and destroying him into orange dust.
"Beamankylo!!" Parawall said, distressed.
"Don't worry. I'll come back..." Beamankylo mumbled, being destroyed into orange dust.

"Parawall's Ability, I can discard her and another card to stop an attack!" Yza said.
"Hayate's attack can't be stopped." Zeon said.
"Oh. Well, I was going to teach you about Nulified! Abilities. They stop an attack by discarding them and another card. But cards like Hayate negate that effect, so looks like Beamankylo is down." Yza said.
"What's Double Attack and Penetrate?" Asked Zeon.
"Double Attack means you can attack again, and Penetrate is when you attack a Creature, you deal half the Power to an opposing Landscape." Ayaza said.
"Then I'll Penetrate one of your Landscapes and attack the same one to destroy it." Zeon said.
"Fine by me." Yza said, placing the Landscape into the Discard Pile.
"Hayate has an Ability where after she attacks, she goes into a Landscape. You can also put Creatures into Landscapes." Ayaza said.
"What?! Um.. I don't really want to, but fine." He put it in the Landscape. "End of my turn." Zeon said.

Hayate sliced a Landscape into orange dust. She then hid into a Landscape.

"Draw. I'll have to finish you. This turn." Yza said.
"Why?" Asked Ayaza.
"This weakling is not a even worth a match!" Yza said.
"Rino's gotten to you hasn't he." Ayaza teased.
"Haha, I was pretending to be you!" Yza said.
"Why you!" Ayaza said, giving Yza a noogie. Zeon watched and laughed.
"Anyways, I Call, the terror of the land and king of all Dinosaurs! AWAKEN MY STAR CARD! Ancient Dino, Tyrannolegend! His cost is discarding 3 cards! Discard, Ryuusei Blade, Meteor Carver and Meteor Crash! Send the Landscape Hayate was in to DZ2!" Yza said.
"DZ2?" Zeon said.
"Dimension Zone 2, it's located underneath the Discard Pile, which is in the top left corner." Ayaza said.
"Oh." Zeon said, placing the Landscape underneath the Discard Pile.
"Since the Landscape Hayate in is gone, she goes back to the battlefield, where Meteor Crash will destroy her." Yza said.
"Later Hayate." He said. Zeon placed the card into the Discard Pile.
"Now Carver will put another of your Landscape outta it's misery!" Yza said.
"What?! He got rid of 3 of my cards!" Zeon said.

Tyrannolegend entered and roared.
"Prepare to die!!" He shouted. A purple beam with a meteor in it crashed into the Landscape Hayate was in, but she escaped, before Ryuusei Blade slashed throughed it a million times. It shattered into orange dust. Then a meteor with red and purple flames appeared, that destroyed Hayate into orange dust.
"I wasn't quick enough.." She said, breaking into orange dust. A final meteor came and obliterated a Landscape.

"Call, Velocisprint and Carnoswift." Yza said.
"You still have Carnoswift?! I told you to take it out!!" Ayaza complained.
"But I like him in my deck..." Yza said.
"But destroying 2 just to attack a whole front row?! He wont even destroy them!!" Ayaza said.
"Can we continue?" Asked Zeon.
"Right! Tyrannolegend attacks!" Yza said.
"Ok. That wont destroy my Landscape." He said.
"Then Velocisprint will finish it." Yza said.
"Ok." Zeon said, placing it into the Discard Pile.
"Then I return Velocisprint to my hand and Call, Volcastyraco to the field!" Yza said.
"Now punish them with your Volcanic Burst!!" Yza shouted.
"Grr..." Zeon said.
"Now, Carnoswift, finish him!!" Yza said.
"You won..." Zeon said, sadly.

"Zenith Cannon!!" Tyrannolegend screamed, shooting purple beams from his guns. It hit the Landscape hard.
"I'll finish it! Speedy Ending!" Velocisprint said, tearing apart the Landscape quickly. He returned, and Volcastyraco appeared in his place.
"Volcanic Burst!!" Volcastyraco shouted, making lava erupt underneath the final Landscape, swirling it around.
"Lets cool it down! Tornado Strike!!" Carnoswift shouted, running around the lava quickly, creating a tornado that cooled down the lava and crushed the Landscape into orange dust.
"Alright, we did it!" Tyrannolegend cheered. They disappeared, under the moonlit sky.

"You went brutal!" Ayaza said. "That was a teaching fight!"
"I'm sorry, I wasn't gonna go easy was I?" Yza said.
"Thanks Yza! Now I know what the competition is like!" Zeon cheered. The bell rang. "See you next lesson!" Zeon said, smiling.
"Did we just make friends with Zeon?" Asked Yza.
"I think we did." Ayaza said.
