Lexie's POV

"You guys are hilarious." I giggle as Car, Lolo and I walk down the street. Car's face is a light pink due to the fact that Lolo was flirting with her. "We know." Lolo gives me a bright smile. "Wait! Stop." Car stops us by throwing her arms out. "What?" I ask (A/N: IM NOT A PIECE OF CAKE FOR YOU TO JUST DISCARD--- *notices people* sorry o////o ). "Look over there." She points out. We see Luke, Marshal and Indy all walk into the coffee shop. "You're so stupid." Indy insults playfully. "Thanks." Luke cheers. The door closes. Truth be told, they've all been good friends since their Junior year of high school. Lolo, Car and I all walk into the shop as well, "So...." Lolo holds the 'O' in 'so'. "Well, coffee of course!" Car scans over the menu, "I thought you hated coffee." I say. "I do. There's only thing that I like." Car smiles. "Then why're you looking over the menu?" Lolo questions. Car snaps her head in our direction, "Because I can." She turns her head back around and continues to scan the menu. "Hey, kitty." I feel a pair of arms wrap around my waist. "Get away, penguin." I snap. "Why should I?" Luke lays his chin on the top of my head. "Because I told you to. Now get off." I command in a stern tone. I can see Luke pouting in the reflection of one of the coffee machines. I'm so glad Car isn't seeing this, she'd flip. And Lolo? I don't know if she ships it or not. "What do you want?" I ask him. In our reflection, I see Luke smirk, "You." He states. A blush paints itself onto my face, "Get off of me!" I exclaim, wiggling myself out of his grip. Car looks back. She bites her lip, trying to keep a squeal in the back of her throat. Lolo notices this and grabs Car's shoulders, "Let's leave them alone..." Lolo drags the brunette away, "But my shiiiiiiiiippp!!" Car whines. "We can talk about ships later." Lolo says. They're soon in the far corner of the coffee shop, chatting. "So what're you going to get?" I ask Luke. "A medium lattee with a side of you." (A/N: idk if anybody likes coffee of not so, ehh. Just go with it) Luke replies. I elbow him in the stomach, "Shut up. What're you actually getting?" I roll my eyes. Luke groans, "I told you!" He exclaims. "Just order." I say, annoyed. The barista walks up, "Hi! Welcome to Callie's Coffee! I'm Haley, how may I help you?" She asks. Haley the Barista has short blonde hair, it ending at the top of her shoulders. Her green silver-like eyes shine as bright as her smile. "Can I get a medium ginger lattee please?" Luke orders (A/N: idk coffee like I said earlier I only like one kind of coffee e.o). My eyes scan the menu.

Luke and I sit down at a table, a silence washing over us. "So..." Luke tries to spark a conversation, but his statement just ends in more silence. I look down at my drink, not wanting to look at his face. "Lexie..." Luke starts. I force my head to pull itself up. I look into his eyes, "Yea?" I question. "Would I be crazy if I said I liked you?" Luke asks. "Yes, you would." I reply. Luke sighs, the usual energetic and optimistic spark in his eyes disappearing. "Why...?" Luke asks. "Why what?" I question. "Why would I be crazy?" He finishes. "I--" I start, "I like you, Kitty...." He interrupts me. He leans over the table and unexpectedly connects our lips. My eyes widen, but I soon melt into it.

"AAAAHHHHH!!!! MY SHIIIIIIIPPPPPP!!!!" Car screams. Marshal and Indy squeal. "C-Calm down!" Lolo exclaims. "OUR SHIIIIIIPPPPPP!!!" Car, Marshal and Indy scream. As Luke and I pull back, we both start laughing, "My friends." I mumble under my breath happily.
