Laurance's POV (This takes place in MyStreet)

Courage musters inside of me, it colliding with nervousness. Am I ready for this? What if I mess up? What if he ends up hating me forever? Doubt fills the courage completely, now making me sick to my stomach. I put my palms on my forehead, trying to sort my thoughts out. Finally, there's a hand on my shoulder. I look up and see Garroth standing there. "I can't do this." I mutter to myself as I look into his big, teal eyes. "Are you ok?" Garroth asks. I don't trust my words, so I shake my head no. "What's wrong?" He asks, hopping over the couch and sitting down by my side. "Please tell me." Garroth pleads in a comforting tone. I take a breath, and open my mouth to say something. Nothing comes out tho. HAVE I SERIOUSLY LOST MY VOICE? MOTHER OF IRENE. I get up suddenly and stomp into the kitchen, leaving Garroth confused in the living room I grab a piece of paper, (along with a pen) then walk back into the living room. I crouch down to the ground, placing the paper on the coffee table. I start to write on it.

'I've Lost My Voice, Garroth.'

The paper writes. Garroth's eyes scan over it, "Do you have something you need to... 'Write' about?" Garroth snickers at his terrible joke. He's adorable<3!! I take the paper from his grasp and hover my pen over it. What if this is a bad idea? I'm not ready for this... GAH! My pen drops onto the paper, a bit of ink splattering from it. I get up quickly and run to my room, slamming the door behind me.

I can't do this

I can't do this

I can't do this

I can't do this

I

Can't

Do

This.

Endless words ring in my head over and over again, it not going away. "Laurance, please... Open the door." Garroth pleads. He shifts his body weight from hit feet to the door (I can see the shadow of his feet at the bottom of the door, in the crack between the door and floor). "Laurance..." Garroth's voice trails off. Like it was on cue, it starts raining (Just the cherry to a cake, right?). Garroth's weight is removed from the door, so I know what's going to happen. I move to the other side of the room, not wanting to go out of the window (Too much work). Quiet seconds pass until I see the door break down by Garroth's kick. The door falls to the ground with a Bash!. Garroth stands in the doorway, trying to plaster an innocent (and adorable) look on his face. "Laurance... What's wrong?" Garroth questions. Why is he going to the extreme with this situation? I don't know, and I'm not going to question it (Especially with my voice being gone and all).

Garroth's POV

Laurance looks like he wants to say something. He wants to say something so badly, but is afraid to say anything. He can't hide that much from me (when it comes to emotions), I know him all too well. "Laurance... What's wrong?" I ask in a gentle tone. He averts eye contact from me, now starring at the floor. I walk further into the room, only making myself inches away from him. I pull his chin up with my finger, "You haven't actually lost your voice... Have you?" I smirk. Laurance shakes his head no. "Then what do you need to tell me?" I question. "Remember, my voice is lost." Laurance says, his voice shaky from only Irene knows. Laurance looks me in the eyes as I chuckle at his comment. A small smile forms onto the brunettes face. "G-Garroth?" Laurance starts. "Hm?" I hum a response. "D-Do you like anybody?" Laurance asks. Butterflies rush thru me. Now, if we weren't in this situation, I would've said 'Who's the Stutter King now?', but now isn't the time for that (fabulous) line. "Why?" I question, a blush flushing onto my cheeks. "B-Because-- Just tell me." He cuts himself off. "Well... Y-Yes." I reply. "Who?" He presses. I gulp. Of course I want to say 'You.', but he'd probably hate me.

Laurance's POV

I wait for an answer. Garroth gulps, seeming to be thinking about something. "W-Well... Who?" I repeat. Garroth's eyes widen as he looks at the wall behind me. I turn around, "You like Zelda?" I ask, referring to the Legend of Zelda poster behind me. "N-N-No!" Garroth exclaims, chuckling. I chuckle we well, then turn back around. The playful mood is distinguished. "Who?" I repeat for the third time. Garroth looks into my eyes, "Y-" He takes a breath "You." He finishes. My heart is practically beating out from my chest. I smile, grab his cheeks, pull him closer then collide our lips.

Can somebody pinch me?

I might be dreaming.

If this is a dream... This is the best dream I've ever had.
