Taehyung walked to the living room looking dashing as ever which didn't go unnoticed by Jungkook.

"Oh bunny take a picture. They say it lasts longer." Taehyung winked at the younger when he notice Jungkook was staring at him since he laid his eyes on him.

"Umph. Yea. I mean no. I mean yea I need to leave coz Jimin hyung is at my place." 

'Jimin? What is he doing at Kook's place?'

Taehyung just went ahead to take Jungkook's phone off his hand and dialled Jimin's number.

Phone call between Jimin and Tae

Kookie! I swear I'll kill you! Where are you? It's pass noon and you're not back? Are you ok?

Look! He is fine and no he won't be back anytime soon. Stop worrying about him Mochi. Bye.

Ha? Hello? Who is this? Omg did you kidnap Kookie? Wait what? Mochi? Tae? Taehyung is that you? What you're doing with Jungkook?

Jimin was taken back by the silence on the other side of the call which just indicates that Tae have ended the call long time ago.

'What the hell these two are up to?'

"Hyung! You can't speak to Jimin hyung like that. That's rude. And it's my phone. Give me back!"

Jungkook snatched his phone back from Taehyung who now is getting annoyed again by the young one who doesn't seem to notice that Tae doesn't like how he is so concerned about Jimin.

"Stop behaving like a kid. I talk to Jimin like that all the time."

"I don't fking care! Thats my phone and stop this attitude of yours Taehyung. I don't know why but you're just rubbing off my nerves since we met. You're annoying! Not me."

"What the hell? You're speaking to me like this in my house? You're stupid or what?"

"I didn't ask to stay. You put me to sleep in your bed. Stop being an idiot."

"JEON JUNGKOOK! Don't you dare to call me idiot." Taehyung finally lost it when the younger seem to keep challenging him over every single statement that he says.

"Then stop behaving like one. I don't know what's wrong with you or between us but I don't like this. I get along well with others but not you. I don't get it. If you don't like me then don't hire me to work for your campaign."

Taehyung just stood there unable to identify the exact reason for his behaviour. He is not an asshole of a person but somehow being around Jungkook just stirs a lot of his untapped emotions which leads him to loose the sense of control within himself.

"I...I'm sorry. I don't know. I guess it's just you're a new person to this circle and I don't really have someone new within the circle so often...after you know.. my parents."
Taehyung just backed away a little trying to loosen the tension between them.

Jungkook on the other hand was still confused but decided its probably not the time to talk further about this. He made his mind to return home and chill out before having to see Tae again for whatever it is.

"I'll head home." Jungkook told Taehyung who is now staring at the floor, speechless.

Jungkook took a step forward grabbing his bag and was about to head towards the door before he heard "Want to grab lunch?"

Jungkook have no idea how did he ended up agreeing to grabbing lunch with the elder when he clearly intended to go home and chill by himself. 'Maybe his damn bandana looks have captured me so well that I can't seem to say no when he asked'. Jungkook just sighed internally cursing himself for this situation.

Both the boys are now seated in Taehyung's car headed to a cafe for lunch.

"Jungkook. So. I think everything before this was pretty confusing isn't it? Me being me and you being you. I guess we didn't start off on a good term?"

Taehyung was pulling of another attempt to get to know the younger better. Although they have shared a couple meetings with the boys where stories were exchanged about one another, Taehyung still feel like he has yet to know the younger even more. There is something about Jungkook that keeps attracting Taehyung back for more closure.

Earlier back in his house, Taehyung had no idea what triggered his buttons to call Jimin and tell him off about looking for Jungkook. Taehyung just didn't like how his best friend is constantly around the brown haired boy and always knows what to say to make him grin from ear to ear.

Deep down in his heart, Taehyung wanted to be the person and reason Jungkook can feel happy too. Of coz in his conscious mind Tae have not realised that his infatuation towards this boy is slowly turning into...liking.

"Jungkook. I know you're probably still upset but making me talk all the time is pretty tiring and honestly it gets boring too."

Jungkook was snapped back from his own thought upon hearing Taehyung's remark with his deep voice that radiated nothing but sadness.

"Oh hyung. Sorry. I was just you know...thinking."

"Care to share? We have another 20 mins drive down to the cafe anyways."

"I see. Um. It's just that I'm not very open to new people and all these circle thing too." Jungkook started to open up a little when he finally decided to just let go and give Taehyung a chance to get to know him more.

The young boy went ahead and explained that he grew up very independently since a very young age. And though his parents have never lacked in providing for their son, they were seldom present as well. Jungkook have never blamed his parents coz they have worked very hard and a long way to gain a comfortable life.

Having a simple and humble life was something Jungkook has adapted to which resulted him to always stay under the radar that earned him a space on his own which also made him somewhat a loner. He have always excelled well in school and stayed away from unwanted activities.

Photography is something that Jungkook picked up as a secondary major in his high school. His love for scenery photography came in when he went on a trip with his parents to New Zealand in which he get to explore the beauty of nature and the ability to tell a story from each still that his camera lens captured.

Jungkook went ahead and explained to Tae that Jimin was a friend that came into his life very unexpectedly and didn't seem to mind when the younger didn't communicate or socialise much in their friendship. To Jungkook, Jimin is a hyung that he never get to have coz he was the only child. So, he cherish their friendship so much and willing to do anything for his hyung.

'Oh so that's how Jungkook accepts Jimin. As a hyung.'

"Hyung! It's already 30 mins. Are we there yet?" Jungkook noticed that it was past 30 mins since they left Tae's house.

"Yes, just pulling right in the driveway."
Taehyung pulled to a cozy little corner around the driveway revealing a small little cafe.

I'm trying to bridge their friendship now. Hopefully within the next few chapters the boys will get to know each other more. I really hope at least one of them will become aware of the importance of the other.

Who will give in first? I have no idea. Let's just wait and read. Haha
