SIN CITY, 2066:

the city's downfall is painted in noire sheets.
The old dogs of war end their prayers with success and their heirs roam the city in red collared coats.

In Sin City everything alive is placed in different boroughs and sections by having a rather good or evil nature, commonly labeled as Angel or Devil Intellect by the world famous scientist Ivar Lindström. The tests he invented are said to break down a creatures psyche in its very details, helping to get a better understanding of how to educate them to form an ideal civilization. And so far it seems the fruits of new Garden Eden are well and ready to be feasted on.

But poison always finds it's way to disturb the calm and happy, so find two "Special Pest Control" Investigators their way into an intrigue that is way bigger than their ego's together.

A rival scientist seems to spread a virus via air, holding the citizens of test city "Sin City" by their throats, when one after another the well sorted Devil Subjects suddenly go feral. The people get suspicious and sooner than later Ivar Lindströms Team needs to bring them to piece with force.

Patrols haunt the streets in heavy tactical armor, their bitter faces looking angry. The sections and boroughs close at the same times everyday. And in all this the two investigators try to find their peace themselves.

Cause what would a citywide confusion be without chaos and false promises?

test city, build on an aircraft carrier island by norman niehauser, german architect. good friends with lindström. houses test subjects of the halo program, by ivar lindström. high titanium walls, noise canceling, cyberpunk ish, futuristic. very dark. neon signs. asian flair.

halo program /
by ivar lindström. second phase of his project to create the perfect balance between people. all test subjects are enhanced citizens and legally american. there exist people that demonstrate against them being american.

angel intellect /
categorized individuals are born pure and have to learn what morals are. they have to be taught ideal manners and can be painted as they are white sheets. thought to be dangerous but also aspiring. make 30% of the people.

devil intellect /
categorized individuals adapt easier to environment and situations. self-thinking and more stubborn when it comes to the try of changing their worth. when educated right, very loyal. make 70%.

pest control /
invented divisions. something like the police. "special pest control" is a part of the organization that handles the gore heavy cases, etc.

angel is a very agile and talented newcomer in the pest control organization. he had good grades and was the best in his class. his test results show no problem and he's quite proud about it. angels nature is to be honest, mean and bad at humor. he has no luck with women however and is a little lost when it comes to common empathetic deeds. NERO DE SANTO • Angel Intellect • 30 YRS. • You
nero is disciplined, harsh and you're not his type. because he really only cares for work. he has an addiction to stress and buys plants just to forget them. his coffee is always hot, and the lollipops he eats seem to never get empty. nero doesn't share much, especially not his cigarettes. he dislikes his partner and likes to work alone.

yulya is a skilled investigator, a little confused but formed well. she's a power house and knows wha she wants. pretty much a big mouth however, what makes her hate being interrupted or told to shut up. yulya is intelligent, not really fair and super helpful when it comes to finding marshmallows. she mostly eats them on toast. with nutella.
