Birthday
Jonathan anxiously waits for Evan’s response or reaction. He waits for a very negative response. Evan finally smiles, “I knew it you hot son of a bitch.” Jonathan is half surprised and half relieved at Evan’s reaction. “You aren’t mad that I hid it from you until now?” Evan thinks to himself, what could go wrong if they opened up their relationship to the world. They were both pretty much done with YouTube. A lot of fangirls would piss out of their eyes, along with their friend Daithi De Nogla.
“No, I’m not. I understand why you would do it. That’s why you asked me if I still played games. I mean I do, but I don’t post them as much. You thought that our relationship would fuck up my YouTube career. Correct?” Jonathan nods, and is glad that Evan understands.
“I didn’t know one of my best friends is such a good photographer.” Evan smiles and grabs Jonathan’s hands. “Well, don’t worry, because I have a better career now.” The couple kiss for a very long and sweet time. They pour out their feelings and agree not to keep anymore secrets. Jonathan is going to show Evan where his stash is and they were going to start his recovery. With the both of them together, nothing could stop them.
It is now May 2, 2021, it is Jonathan’s 35th birthday today. Evan was planning small activities for them to do for the day. He didn’t plan on anything super big, because they have only been dating for 2 months, almost 3. They were merely going out to eat and to GameStop. Evan had a video game in mind to get Jonathan.
It is a sequel to a video game him and CaRtOoNz played almost 5 years ago called A Way Out. This one is called A Way In. It’s a game Evan and Jonathan could play together. Two guys trying to get into a bank of the wealthiest.
“Happy Birthday!” Evan cheers at the groggy Jonathan. “Why’d you let me sleep in? We need a shoot today. My little birthday treat.”
“I’ll get dressed for you,” Evan purrs. Jonathan’s face turns red at the remark. “We have to make it quick though. I have plans for you,” the younger man says and makes his way into the bedroom. Jonathan eats breakfast with a smug look on his face. This is going to be the best birthday ever for the clown.
In just five years he’ll be 40. It’s so weird to think about, and it makes him feel so old. He was already going through his date sexy, young men phase. He laughs at his own thought. Evan was merely 5 years younger than him. He wants to live the rest of his life with Evan. His life would be extended because of Evan stopping him from doing heroin. He is doing well so far.
Evan walks out of the bedroom with his signature look of yellow. He loves the color of yellow, and blue, because of Jonathan’s eyes. Jonathan increased the amount of yellow in his model’s closet, just because of Evan. Evan’s outfit consists of a yellow button-up with light blue-washed jeans; skinny jeans. He’s also wearing clear framed aviator glasses. They were his actual glasses, Evan wears contacts most of the time.
“Wow, I love it. I love your hipster look.” Jonathan chuckles. The birds chirp outside and the sun shines, “Lets go to the park, it’s nice and sunny out today and you’re looking like a nice ball of sunshine.” Jonathan smiles, dimples appearing. Evan’s face goes red and warm.
Jonathan sets his stuff onto the back of his bike. The older man gets on and hands the younger man another helmet. Evan puts on the helmet and slides on behind his boyfriend. “Be careful of the stuff behind you.” Jonathan’s demands are muffled under his slick black helmet. Evan makes sure the camera stuff is still in Jonathan’s black bag when he speeds off. Even through the helmet, Evan could feel the breeze smack his face. His arms were tight around Jonathan’s waist as they cruise through the streets of Los Angeles.
Jonathan takes Evan to a beautiful park with a cliff to the Pacific Ocean. “Stand by that tree,” Jonathan offers. The tree’s branches hang over the cliff. Making it look like a woman’s hair flying in the wind.
The sun is behind them thankfully. Jonathan learned in high school that the sun in a camera lense isn’t good. The picture may look good to some people, but definitely not to certain photographers. Evan’s smile seemed to glow in the sunlight. Jonathan adores it and takes photos for the next 2 hours all over the park and all over Evan’s body.
At the bike Jonathan asks, “What now?” After putting his camera away.
“It’s almost lunch time. Wanna eat?” Jonathan seldom wishes he had a car. He would eat lunch, oh most definitely, in the car with the windows up and music on so no one could hear them “eating”.
“Sure, what do you want?” Jonathan asks. Evan replies with a sigh, “It’s your birthday, you pick!” Jonathan smirks, “I want some of Evan for lunch.” Evan is lightly pushed against the blue bike, Jonathan's lips connect to his. Evan pushes on the older man's chest, “We can’t do this here, and now. You have to wait for dessert tonight.” Jonathan whines and like a child, pouts while getting onto the bike. Evan chuckles and hops onto the bike. “Stop pouting. We’re going to the best pizza place in Los Angeles.” Jonathan instantly perks up and they ride off into the distance to Evan’s destination. This 35th birthday is the best the photographer’s had in forever. He still has no idea what Evan has planned for “dessert”. Hopefully Jonathan has his camera for this wonderful surprise of his.

Sorry I couldn’t update sooner. It’s the opening week for Phantom of the Opera and I have a stomach bug, but I’m pushing through. I’m glad I’m still able to read updates by other wonderful people, but writing will be very tough for me until after musical season.
:/
