"Let see darling" Ms. Darby said

She held up a clipboard holding paper.

"Hmmm" She hummed

You tilted your head

"It seams they didn't give you a name" she looked up "do you know your name sweetheart?"

You shook your head. When M.E.C.H replaced your left eye it also took out some of the brain. A lot of your memories were gone. You remember some good moments before M.E.C.H but for some reason you barely remember your own name. It's only started with (a,b,c...) she sighed and placed her clipboard down and headed to the side of the bed where the medical equipment was.

"I know it starts with (a,b,c..,)"

She looked at you and gave a small smile

"That's good"

She unraveled the stethoscope from the hooks and placed it around her neck, she placed both side in her ears and held the the other end. She lifted the shirt you were wearing and you flinched when she reached over.

"Woah easy it's okay" she reassured and continued, placing the end of the stethoscope where your heart would be.

It made a small clink.

June lifted her brow in confusion then lifted your shirt more to see underneath.

She almost screamed at the sight

Seeing your arm and half your chest made of metal. The raw skin around it and the scars across your abdomen. She leaned in closed and saw how the metal was put into your body, how the wounds on your body were healing from that. Surprised they didn't get infected.

You began to cry.

She looked back up at you.

"Is there any place else that's made of metal?" She asked kindly

You hesitated but obeyed.

You removed the wrap from around your left eyes showing her your now metal eye socket. You uncovered the blankets and rolled up your jeans to show more metal across your legs.

She gasped but said nothing. She scanned your body twice and then turned around heading outside the curtains and into the main hospital.

"Wait!" You croaked But her ears didn't catch it.

You sat they're waiting for her to come back. Not wanting to strain your voice.

"Jack! Are you at the base?" June asked concerned through the phone

"Yea. Why?" He asked

"Get Optimus! ASAP. I have a patient here who is half metal and I don't know if it was Decepticons or not but it looked Cybertronian" she explained quietly not wanting other to hear her.

"What? Mom you sound like a lunatic"

"Jackson Darby this is serious"

"Okay okay,"

The phone went silent for a second. Then Hearing muffled voices.

"Hey Optimus!.....My mom needs you at the hospital. She said something about a person that half metal or something."

"He's on his way" Jack said

"Thank you! I'll see you later sweetheart. I love you"

"Love you too mom" he sighed

He hung up the phone and June put he phone back in her bag and walked out of the break room. Heading towards the half metal girl.

You played with the blanket That covered your body out of boredom. Waiting for the nurse to come back.

The curtains ripped open. You covered your ears from the loud noise.

"Sorry but I need you to come with me. can you walk?" The nurse asked

You looked up at her.

"I don't know"

She sighed and then ran out of the room. You tilted your head at the action but she quickly came back, really fast with a wheelchair in hands. She rolled it over next to your bed. She then put her arms underneath your knees and placed her other arms behind your back and lifted you up and into the wheelchair and proceed to roll you out of the room before you even got situated in the chair

"Uh...nurse? Where are we going?" You asked hesitantly

"A friend" she said her face showing no change in facial expression

"But...don't we need to stay in the hospital?" You asked. Not wanting to leave. Knowing you might get captured by those...robots

"Not for your case" she said and hit the wheelchair button for the front door. The sun was setting. But it still blinded you. You skin was pale and your hair was lighter color from the lack of sunlight during your time with the Decepticons. You covered your eyes from the setting sun.

There were multiple cars in the parking lot of the hospital. But the blue and red semi truck caught your eye. Something click in your brain but you weren't sure what it was. Having a feeling you knew it. But it's just a truck how can you know a truck it's not really a person.

Right?

She turned and headed towards the truck. Your heart started pumping faster. You weren't sure you wanted to go in. Even with the nurse you weren't sure who you can trust.

You both got closer to the truck and the door popped open. But you could barely who was inside. The windows were really tinted.

June stopped at the open door and stood in front of you

"Please, don't freak out okay?"

"What?"

She sighed but said nothing and helped you out of the wheelchair and into the passenger side of the truck. She set you down softly on the cushion of the seat. She climbed back down and closed the door and rolled back the wheelchair in the hospital.

You felt the engine purr beneath you.

Why. This is wrong

You began to worry. Thoughts rushing to your head

What if it's one of them

No it can't. She...human she wouldn't

Where the fuck is the driver?

You were to deep in thought to realize the mirror moved above. Looking towards you, the interior got a bit warmer.

You watched as Nurse Darby ran out of the building and heading towards the driver side of the truck. She opened the door and climb into the driver side and quickly snapped the door shut

She reached her hand for the ignition,

She made it look like she turned the ignition but it did it itself. You noticed the small detail hit kept to yourself

Get out now!

It's one of them! Leave!

I'm such an idiot.

Your thought were warning you but you could do a thing. You still couldn't walk with the conditions of your legs

The truck backed up and turned out of the hospital

"Uhh...where are we going?" You asked

She said nothing and stared at the road in front of her.

::Optimus to base. We need an extra berth, Ratchet we need medical supplies::

"What the fuck was that" you asked loudly

June gave a small scowl

"Really Optimus out of all places now you had to say that" She mumbled

"Who's Ratchet? And who's Optimus? Let me out! this isn't right!" You began to yell. You looked at her

She sighed and let go of the steering wheel with one hand  and brought her other  towards you

"Their code names?" she said confused. She placed her hand next to yours

"Ya code names"

::I would advise you not to lie. She's already been through enough June:: the voice spoke again

You gripped the door handle and tried to open it. Wanting to get out even if it's moving.

Not a budge

"What the fuck!" You said

"Easy easy" she said reaching her hand out to you

You head started to hurt. Your eye began to twitch making what you see a bit fuzzy in the metal part.

"Don't touch me!" You yelled

The truck soon made it out of town where no human eyes could see it. You began to hyperventilate. The truck made it to a huge  plateau at the end of the road driving off the road.

You shut your eyes and gripped the door.

You began to bounce as the truck went off road.

Then it went smooth and it got dark. You opened your eyes and saw that you were both in a tunnel. You covered your face with your arms not wanting to see the end of the tunnel.

June look at you in sorrow. She placed her hands on her lap. Knowing full well you weren't looking and that Optimus could handle it himself.

The light behind both of them quickly disappears as the tunnel entrance closed.

The Aston Martin snickered.

"What a bunch of fools" he said

He did a burn out, kicking up the gravel on the road and peered out towards the town again.

Driving away from the Autobot base.
