Ok I will now explain the jobs that the human workers have.
Medic- Takes care of sick or injured Humans and Hybrids
Caretaker- it's your job to make sure the animals have water and are healthy if and animal is sick then take it to the medic.
Feeder: it's your job to feed the animals the correct door if it's a herbivore don't give it meat and Vice versa.
Tester- you do tests on the hybrids.

The humans jobs are to keep the hybrids alive. Most don't care they feed the animals enough so they don't die and make sure they stay sorta healthy. Testers are not gentle most of the time.

Also the Lab is located on an island. Far out at sea.
